Our garage door broke last night, called Roly Door this morning. Expected a few days wait? No, they were at our house 6 hours later!! Joe N was the Service Tech, he was fantastic. We were worried about possible entry into our garage, Thankfully Roly Door was available to fix the problem. Thank You So Very Much!!

The guys came out for a non emergency fix within a couple of days. The technician did everything in his power to minimize the cost and made sure everything was perfect before he left. Plus, they couldn’t have been more friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. We called one month ago that our garage door does not work. A person came two days later. Didn’t do anything. Looked at the door and said that our board is burned and we either get a new board for $100 or replace the whole opener. They didn’t have it in the truck and need to order it. I was surprised that he could make this determination within 2 minutes without even taking a ladder and looking at the garage opener. I asked how long it will take for a new part to arrive he said less than a week. After 10 days I called and they didn’t know what I am talking about. Finally they found my account and that said the part will arrive in a week after the Labor Day. Three weeks later I call again. They say that they don’t have the part, they have no idea when it will arrive because they order it from México and it cane take months, they don’t have any estimate. So after suffering for one month without working, I called any other company. They came within one hour, fixed the door within 15 minutes. No new board was needed in the first place and we just wasted one month. When I called to tell Roly-Door that there is no need of their service they wanted to charge me $90 for the service call. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they rudely cancelled this request and told me not to call them ever again. They didn’t even allow me to talk and to explain them that the board was not needed and that their technician was wrong to waste one month of our time. Had they listened, maybe they would have jut gotten rid of this specific technician instead of being rude and unprofessional. I think businesses should listen to their customers feedback.

The gear kit broke off my garage door opener and the chain was loose. Roly-Door was recommended to me by two people. I called Wednesday morning and scheduled an appointment. Joe arrived early Friday afternoon and was done within an hour. Very pleased with his work. Would recommend to anyone locally with issues with their garage door openers!

My garage door opener has not been working properly for at least 2 months. I finally remembered to call for service today. The gentleman I spoke to asked what the problem was and was able to walk me through a fix. Saved me a service call!!! I call that GREAT service!!!! Thanks Roll-Door!

I had a great experience with this company, and I will use them again. In fact I have chosen them to replace my complete garage door in the near future . Then young man they sent name was Adam. He did a great job and he was very professional and friendly

We’ve called for an appointment two times and each time we had a great experience! The first time was the emergency call, where the technician did an awesome job and arrived very fast!

I had an unusual problem.I had to have the door allow a large electrical cord to go under it without popping back up. The technician was personable and professional and fixed it in five minutes. They have always provided excellent service.

When I called on 2/13/20 the person answering said theyd try to have someone stop by that day. Only 1 hr later, tech arrived, temp fixed the problem, and gave very good information on the repair. Main spring (custom) would be ordered that day and installed when in hand. Spring came in, repair was on time and without hassle. Thats a new one, without hassle. Fair value, very personable techs. The 25-year-old spring on my garage door broke, with my car trapped inside. I called around 10 AM; the door was fixed by 1 PM, and the price seemed reasonable. Impressive service!

I have had them over a couple of times for repair work. They did great work. But the other day I called in for advise about a broken keyless entry pad. The guy I spoke with did a great job figuring out my problem and giving me the correct advice...and it worked! Thanks

They gave me a next day two hour window which was very helpful. Jason came out 30 minutes early (they called to let me know). He did an inspection and gave me a price. He worked quickly and did the work for less than the estimate, as a part he though would need to be replaced just had a loose wire. He was very friendly. While unexpected expenses are never fun, Jason made it easier by being top notch.

As usual with a garage door issue, you need it fixed quickly. I called Roly Door in the morning and by 11am a service provider was on site. Thirty minutes later he had us back in business. Very responsive.

I couldnt get my garage door to open, the spring had snapped in the middle of the night. When I explained that I needed to get my car out to go to work soon, they had a technician over in 15 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I was still able to make it to work on time. Thanks!

Excellent service. Came last Friday to see what problem was...had to order a unit...came back today in the early part of time slot and completed within time stated. Will definately use again if we need them

Had a minor issue with my garage door that was installed last year . Called this past Friday 4/5/19 late in the afternoon to make them aware of the issue . Roly Door was here early today, Monday 4/8/19 to take care of it. Excellent customer service !!

A spring broke on my garage door. After considering doing it myself, I decided to have a professional come in. Im really glad I did. Roly Door was very easy to deal with, did a great job communicating, and even did some extra tuning on my door system free of additional charges. Door is working better than ever.

I thought I would have to replace a keyless door opener. After all, it was 22 years ago that RolyDoor installed it. Turns out that the replacement battery that I had purchased from a local supermarket a week ago was outputting 8 volts rather than the 12 volts listed. They tested first and sold me their 12v battery....voila, works perfectly. Theyve helped me before... a WOW experience.

Gave a time for arrival and did NOT keep the scheduled appointment. Was extremely rude over phone. Went with another company. Would NOT recommend.
