I’m feeling a little swindled. The salesman came to my home, I specifically asked a question 2 times about the window (a glider) being able to open from both sides and overlap in the middle to create 3 equal sections, 2 of them being screens and 1 center section where the glass overlapped (all equal size). He assured me, showed me on the tablet, etc. etc. I bought this window from him. 4 days later another rep came out to measure the window and told me that what the salesman offered doesn’t exist, and sold me another version of a glider with less airflow. The window that I agreed to and paid for after speaking with a sales person for 1.5 hours did not exist. This is a bait and switch operation if I’ve ever experienced one, and at $4500 for a window I expect to get what I paid for, which apparently doesn’t exist.

David a made the process of purchasing windows a pleasure. No pressure and extremely affordable. Love the fact that we are getting Andersen windows. I have met a lot of professionals in my life and David is without a doubt the best Ive ever met. A credit to your company

I order all new windows from Steve G. They are great windows. Steve answered all my questions before I could ask them. My house will be warmer in winter and cooler in summer because of my new windows.Seth L

SALES VISIT: Corey was incredibly thorough and upfront with his consultation. He was able to accommodate PM scheduling, he wore a mask, and was a very pleasant to have a conversation with, windows or no windows!UPDATE: Several months later, we have our windows installed. Corey promised us quick, professional, and clean installation. Our install team lead by Randy did an incredible job. They were very nice, and I could tell that the 3 of them had been working together for a while by how efficient their team workflow was.We had 5 standard windows, a sliding door, and a full bay window installed, with an expected 2 days of work. They had install, internal trim, and cleanup finished on the 5 windows within 90 minutes. In roughly another 90 minutes they had the same done for the bay window, which included a fully replaced exterior that was pre-built before they arrived. After a lunch break, they stuck around and installed the sliding door in roughly an hour. Day 2 was just a few hours of outdoor trim work.All in all, Id count installation as one of their selling points. The product is solid as hell, yes, but I understand that not everyone is willing to pay extra for the fiberglass composite that they sell exclusively. However, if youre picky about your furniture being safe, or the outdoor workmanship being solid, RBA is worth considering for that. Especially if you have a crusty, somewhat-rotten bay window like we had. This new bay fixture feels solid as a tank, and the wood (oak) they used looks and feels great (although it does require staining/sealing afterwards). The bay window ended up being a large portion of the price we paid, but I feel like it was well worth it to end up with a solid, confident, and attractive build in the end.Roughly an hour after the installers left for good, a customer service guy (or a senior installer, Im not sure) stopped in to check on the job just to see of we were satisfied and all that, which was a nice surprise.Im almost 100% certain that these guys are the most expensive in town. I could not tell you what % or what $ amount the difference is between RBA and their competitors, because we did not get quotes elsewhere. Mostly because we wanted to know that our installer and seller and manufacturer were all linked to one place, for which there arent many options. You can certainly figure those prices out for yourself if youre in the market, because I did hear good things about other companies such as Wonder Windows. But I can definitely tell you that with RBA youre going to get sharp service, a quality product, and pro installation. If you want it done confidently in one fell swoop with no drama, then this is the way. Price aside, we feel secure in the investment and the work that was done.
