Ordered a product through amazon from this company. Hi Tek Solutions was happy to take my money, unfortunately my product never arrived and I have received no responses on my attempts to get a refund. Unfortunately it looks like this business may be more interested in conning their customers than offering decent product. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE

Im not a local. When I went up, there was a sign on the door stating that theyd be back in 15 minutes. I waited the 15 and still no one showed. I understand if something comes up, but its not the best way to run a business. Unfortunately I cant comment on prices or stock for the aforementioned reason.

Right now the average review is between 3 and 4 stars so i gave it this rating to not have it change too much. I have not been there, but Joshua that left a review either works there or owns it because on Facebook marketplace he is selling something that is at the store. He left a review here giving 5 stars. He may very well be telling the truth on service, prices, etc, but it is not a good look initially, people may commonly do this when owning small businesses, i dont own a business so i dont know. I would be willing to stop in and give it a chance though. I hope you all are willing to do the same.

I walked there from my house bc theres no reason to drive 1 block away and the guy working there was rude as soon as i walked in the door. Walked right out and wont be back

I really enjoy going to this place and Im almost always able to find what I need at a cheaper price than I could at other stores. Great place to visit and a fun small business to support.

Bought a flatscreen TV here a few months ago for a reasonable price and havent had any issues, will definitely shop again.
