Disappointed it says they’re open at 10am, but really not until 11. Not usually a big deal to wait an hour, but when you have a crazy teething toddler that hour makes all the difference. The time should be corrected online.

Not only was the gentleman pleasant, he had the courtesy to give my 3 year old a deluxe Lids hat brush to distract her from being sad. Knowledgeable about sizes and inventory! Overall excellent customer service! 6/3/2017

Eric, from the store in the Greece Ridge mall did a great job on some custom hats I had embroidered for the bar I work at. He was very patient and really knew what he was doing when it came to the embroidery. They digitized the image of our logo and completed the job start to finish. I would recommend that anyone looking for custom hats go see Eric, you will not be disappointed.
