By far the nicest people we have dealt with. We’ve been going there for about 2 years now. They take great care of my mom’s hearing needs and whenever there’s been an issue (lost or broken piece) they’ve been right there to handle quickly and efficiently. Above all, they treat their patients with respect. An all together different experience than we had with another provider. Every time we go there we are so happy that we found them. After reading all of these positive reviews about Ontario Hearing Centers, I decided to take my extremely hard of hearing grandmother there to see if they could assist her in getting a good hearing aid. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more patient from the start. Doctor is extremely honest, detailed and even had me go into the booth for a brief moment to play the lowest decibel my grandmother could hear. This, along with her clear explanations, really helped me understand what my grandmother could/couldnt hear. I highly recommend it!

Ive been using hearing aids for over ten years. When my current ones stopped working, I called Ontario Hearing Centers late on a Saturday afternoon. What great customer service! They stayed open and assisted me. Technician fitted me with a custom set of hearing aids after a hearing test. I wore them for a week and found them to be superior to the pair I previously owned and at good price.Go see owner here; theres no pressure, hell take all the time you need, and the hearing aids will sell themselves. Its a whole new world!

I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received from this company. They were so thorough in their explanation of my options, and did a great job fitting me for hearing aids. And after making adjustments, they always followed up to make sure everything was just right!

The staff at Ontario Hearing is amazing. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to be kind and welcoming. My latest experience with them was yesterday, when our old hearing aids broke down right before we went on vacation. Our family doctor referred us to them because he knows how much we love working with these folks-Im happy to report that they were able to get us new hearing aids in time for our trip!

Ive had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. After finally deciding to give hearing aids a try, I noticed a difference immediately. With the white noise therapy, Im able to concentrate while reading, watching TV and my sleep is better so I wake up feeling rested.
