Excellent, courteous service from Dr. Orlando today for checking and cleaning my hearing aids after purchasing them 6 months ago. The blue tooth I-phone connection, the TV streaming and the rechargeable hearing aid dock enhanced my hearing immensely The upgrades were worth every penny..

Recently bought my second set of HAs from Dc. Mcnamara and his staff. Which really says it all! He and his staff, took the time to properly fit, explain, and immediately schedule a followup visit. Made sure that the HAs matched my hearing loss and just took care of me. Completely earn my 5 star rating, you cant do better! In fact, they now have their main office in SE Roch., Monroe Ave., and another complete office in NW Rochester, Spencerport Rd.

This was a great experience. The office staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. I did not have to wait at all. The care I received for my hearing issue was phenomenal. The equipment they had was top of the line. everything Dr. McNamara did was explained in a way that made it very easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed and treated my problem. Well, I just turned 60 and decided to have my hearing tested. The good news is I needed hearing aids. I say good news because I cant believe how much better I can hear now. Dr. John McNamara was so knowledgeable and helped me select the proper hearing aids for my hearing loss. No more saying What?, and I can finally hear the TV at a normal volume. Dr. Segmond and Dr. McNamara have gone above and beyond to deal with the manufacturer to address some unusual circumstances regarding my hearing aids.I have been seeing them for more than 10 years and have found them to be experts in their field. When I finally decided that my hearing was frustrating me, I went to the Ontario Hearing Center in Brighton. Dr. Segmond was so patient with me. She explained all the details and benefits to having hearing aids. The hearing aids she set me up with pair with my Smart Phone. I can now hear without struggling and asking people to repeat themselves, listen to music without earbuds, and because of the hearing aid design, no one can tell that I am wearing them.

I received my first hearing aid ever in 2012 from Dr. Andrea Segmond at Ontario Hearing, after interviewing 5 other centers. Dr. Segmond has been taking care of my and my husbands ears ever since then. Dr Segmond is outstanding in pre-screening and meticulous testing, outstanding in follow-up, providing many sessions to fine-tune my hearing aid. She fitted me with a Widex aid, which I like. She is knowledgeable, and caring, and gives thorough explanations. She is a pleasure to work with. She is still there for me six years later if I need anything at all. (Note: Ive occasionally needed an appointment when she isnt there, and Dr. MacNamara is also excellent, competent, meticulous and congenial).
