Berkeley Heating and Cooling gave us a great price with an amazing warranty deal. Other places we tried to get a quote from said it be weeks until they could get to us. But Berkeley was able to give us a quote and get the job done in just a few days! Todd and his crew of Stephen and Destin were quick with installing it (just a few hours) and were also incredibly knowledgeable about any maintenance and repair questions we had. We couldnt have asked for a more convenient experience.

Berkeley has installed both a new furnace and a/c for us within the past few years . I can not say enough good things about Todd and his crew! Everyone weve encountered at Berkeley is honest and knowledgeable about their products. After both the furnace and a/c were installed, Todd followed up with us to make sure we were happy with everything. Our old a/c unit quit in the middle of a Saturday night. Todd was in touch with us Sunday morning right away to set up a time to come look at it! We honestly will never use another heating and cooling company again!

Todd goes above and beyond for his clients and I cant thank him and his team enough! A friend recommended I call Berkeley, after I had called several other places and was getting a)intentional misinformation and b) incredibly frustrated...and cold! They jumped in and helped us, on a very busy weekend, when our furnace refused further fixing. There is so much I want to say to rave about regarding Berkeley Heating and Cooling. But this is too long already! These guys work hard to do the job right, as quickly as possible BUT without cutting corners. They truly care about their clients and their prices are excellent. Several local competitors now swindle you into their businesses by offering financing, but charge you more for their product and services. Our furnace died on Thursday and by Saturday afternoon we had a brand one installed.I had called every company in the area with no luck or outrageous prices for comparable equipment. The bigger companies also couldnt get back to us for at least a week to get the work done, even in an emergency. Todd was able to get one of his guys out to us on Saturday morning. He was great and had it all completed in about 5 hours.Todd is easy to get a hold of (call, text, or email) and great to work with. His prices were well below the rest of the companies in the area.I highly recommend giving Todd and Berkeley a call if you need anything done with your furnace!

We had a great experience with Todd and the crew. After being told by the first contractor that it was “impossible” to get a gas line run to our fireplace in our addition, I called Todd for a second opinion. Without hesitation, he came out the next day for an estimate, and said the job could definitely be done. I had a quote emailed within a day, and the price was completely reasonable. The job, which was a hefty 120 feet of gas line, run outside under our large pool deck, during the snowstorm/coldest day of the year, was done quickly, within two weeks from my first phone call, despite it being the dead of winter. The job was not only done right, but Todd and his guys went above and beyond doing extra “touches” to make sure everything was perfect. They were true gentlemen-trustworthy and pleasant, and we will definitely be referring friends to them, and using this company for our future HVAC needs. Thanks Todd and men!

After getting 2 out of 3 estimates for a new furnace and air conditioner, I decided maybe I better call a 4th place...and so glad I did! Berkeley quickly came out to do the estimate, answered all our questions and gave us straight facts without a 2 hour sales pitch. Quoted 3 different furnace options and was not pushy at all to go with the most expensive option. They showed up early the day of install and were there all day long. Did all the things another company was boasting and bragging about doing. They went the extra mile to run the PVC pipes along the back wall of the basement so its out of the way, which was a lot of extra time and work, but much appreciated. We are very happy with our new system! Had a few questions after using it for a few days, but Berkeley quickly responded. Highly recommend them!
