They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes with our business we need to find an unusual or hard to find part to fix our customers issue. They have always worked hard to help us find a solution at a reasonable price. They try to make sure and get the contractors in and out as quickly as possible so they can get back to work. Which is always much appreciated.

“The name WIT-WAY is an acronym for the founding principle of the owners; Whatever it Takes, Were at Your Service.” The man who they have working the front desk definitely needs to be re-educated to what this places motto means because it was not whatever it takes and was not at my service. Very rude and I seemed to be wasting his time.

Being a single mom and not knowing how to start my boiler let alone fix it when it was under water. I called these guys to buy a switch I was feeling hopeless, but this awesome guy named Dave helped me out more then most of the people I know, personally would. Thank you Dave ur the best! I had heat all night 😁

If it were pssible to write this review and give NO stars I would have. Completely ignorant. Went in to explain an issue we are having with the plumbing, man decides to say Yea that could be just abt anything and walks away from me. Assumed that maybe the other person was there before me. So I wait 5 min. He comes back and stares at me, and I explain a little more, he says the same thing to me. Rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and do NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you can find somewhere else to get what you need...do it. Going to this place isnt worth the aggravation. Ended up going to The Ultimate Bath Store in Rochester. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and overall decent people.

Honestly if there was another place that sold what I needed would have went else were. Very unprofessional one worker smokes when talking to you and why you explain somthing to him has a very bad attitude. Customer service is very poor when your asking for the parts they stop what there doing with you and help out contractors before you. Very poor. Got there at 830am didnt cash out til almost 930am all I needed was four parts for my ventilation under my house
