Not prepared for fast food delivery at all.Impolite and rude staff, zero quickness.They acted as if zero Fs given about anything.Food ordered at 5:41 pm, food arrived at 6:38pm. Do not go here.

Just needed a quick bite to eat, bought a taco.... good but way too expensive.

Smoothies and Julius are good but the food is mediocre for the price.

Love the staff that served us. She is polite which its much needed in a service industry. Tasty desserts but dont really enjoy the burger and fries. Will definately be back for their desserts.

Just what you would expect from this well established chain. We had chili dog and blizzard. Check out the daily specials; apparently they serve breakfast all day at this location. Convenient to Mayo clinic through tunnel

I will probably never visit Rochester, MN but if I do, I will stop by this DQ. So why write a review? Because I accidentally ordered a gift card from this store; I’m in VA and was ordering for someone in UT. The owners could have easily denied my request for reimbursement. But instead I was met with kindness regarding my mistake. They were understanding & immediately refunded the gift amount to my credit card. So if you want some DQ ice cream from nice, descent people, try this store. I’m a fan. And thank you again.

Staff is always friendly. Food is as good as can be expected from a Dairy Queen (but they dont use a fryer at this location, only an oven). Excellent ice cream, as usual.

Fast service with a smile.

I only order ice cream from this location and the serving sizes are the best around. Staff is always friendly to me. Can be slower when busy, so you have to plan accordingly.

Food wasnt cook all the way, maybe cooked half of the time needed.

Classic ice cream in great location. Mayo subway!! Decent staff,great selections, alot available for a smaller place. Overall great place and money well spent.

What can I say between a Blizzard, a Sunday or a Dipped cone... where else can you go? Its one of the nicer little restaurants that stills hanging on, and will still provide good burgers or hotdogs if you need something other than ice cream to feed your need :-)

Its your normal dairy queen but I am not a huge fan of their ice cream. It always tastes funny to me.

The food is bad. But their ice cream is as good as any other DQ and the serving sizes run very large.

Was surprised by the exceptionally friendly staff here. They like ever other retailer around the mayo clinic are very friendly.

Im very disappointed in the service i recieved on 9-21-2017, i will never come back, i was there about 1250 and the way your manager was treating her co workers was insane, the women cooking asked for help it was obvious she was very busy, the black haired women told her she was busy, rolled her eyes at me and ignored her employee as she continued on, the food was delicous, your manager was rude, and should not be a manager, personal issues belong in the back not where customers can see,,

I ordered a large basket of fries but it took an hour until I finally got it. When I finally got the fries they werent done and really soft. The service wasnt great wither.

I Was there for 50 mins waiting for a chicken basket and was almost late for a doctors appointment!They are under staffed for being at the mayo clinic!The reason for 1 star is that they did not even apologize for the wait!

Why does tour website say its open on Saturday until 4:30 and your NOT!!!!!!

Their ice cream is great

Typical DQ food, not the cleanest location, staff was a little different.

We just waited 25 minutes for 2 kids meals. They gave us a $1 coupon to make up for it.
