Great experience! Waiting in a long line is usually frustrating, even when it’s a good indicator of value. Manager “Trisha” and her staff go the extra mile from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave. I noticed she takes time to acknowledge each person that enters with a smile. They are a joy to watch as they show genuine interest in each person’s order. Dressed in playful and happy colors, they definitely inspire you to add rainbow sprinkles and other toppings. My banana split was amazing!

Disappointed. Google hours say 9pm and hours posted on door say open until 9pm. Here I sit in there parking lot at 8:04p and all the chairs are up, open sign is turned off, doors are locked and the person inside just pulled the cash drawer. Don’t waste your time to come if youre trying to get ice cream within an hour of closing.

The ice cream here is delicious! Had a hot fudge sundae with chocolate, chocolate crunch, and cannoli ice creams - all were smooth & creamy.I would have rated them five stars, except for two issues - they had flavors listed that they didnt have on hand, and, we asked for a scoop of ice cream with a peanut butter ribbon and it was too hard for the counter person to scoop. Absolutely not a reason to skip it, just made ordering a bit more difficult.

I visited this establishment for a family member who wanted a banana split when I walked in the place was not clean trash on the floor a few tables had stuff on them from previous customers and was not wiped down. The 2 gentleman serving customers did not wear gloves while scooping I my when using the soft serve machine, even when dipping into toppings buckets nope no gloves. No sanitizer station for them or customers. The price is the only thing that was good about this place.

Asked for a a mega shake with a bunch of yummy ingredients. They happily indulged me and I had a great thick shake!And their straws are nice and wide so they dont collapse!

This place is very frustrating. No one answers the phone ever. I’ve called many times through the day and no one picks up. I went to the store to order a cake and they tell me I can’t order in person-that I have to call. So how am I supposed to do that when you don’t pick up the phone? The only reason they get 2 stars is because the cakes are very good and custom flavors. But as far as running a business, not good at all.

Place has gone down hill since the older lady left. Been going here for a long time. Walk in with my nieces one day, and caught the store manager making out with some guy in the back area. She yelled at me for being back there. Well maybe if i didnt have to wait 10-15 minutes while youre playing throat hockey I wouldnt have to look for some customer service. Needs new management and better customer service. Bring back the older lady. Im done with this place.

Great ice cream

I usually really like it here but today was a one star visit. Heres why (in case anyone really cares... Lol)They were out of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, couldnt make milkshakes with any other flavor, no sanitizer available, no working phone (is what the worker told me as I tried to call before going to make sure they were open, but it seemed like a fax number) and just so-so customer service. I probably will just go to the store and make my own sundaes until ice cream season is back in swing elsewhere! Disappointed, but all good.

Eh. Price was okay ($10 for two small ice creams with topping). Milk based ice cream upsets my stomach and I figured in the year 2020 they would have an alternative milk choice...even if its just plain vanilla. Nope! Staff continued to talk for a full minute with us standing in front of them. Didnt say hi or anything. Took our orders and cashed out. No have a good day, nothing and we were polite. Place looks like a scene from an 80s movie. Cakes are horribly freezer burnt I hope no one buys them encased in ice like that. Kids enjoyed the ice cream so I guess thats good

I called this store 27 times to ask a question about a flavor..staff did not pick up or phone was answered and no one spoke ..hung up on me multiple ti.esThat is horrible customer service and I am a regularSO DISAPPOINTED

What happened? I go to this place a few times of year and used to give it 5 stars. But this year it is worth barely 3 stars. Flavours are still numerous, scoop sizes are a bit smaller. It must have been the worker. Absolutely no enthusiasm or eye contact or even “have a nice day”. I know it is not the most rewarding job but it is a customer service job at least fake that part.

Drove all the way there Sunday night Google says closes at 9 was 850 when I walked in was only 5 people in line 3 people working that obviously couldnt tell time refused me service said they werent serving anymore people crying about a long line all day....sucks having a job and having to do it bunch of bums

Well, I wont be going back to Ice Cream World after 30 years of buying cakes. The best woman manager retired and the place is not the same. I waited 18 minutes for my cake to be decorated and it looked like a kid did it. The Open sign was off and the place was dark. Goodbye Ice cream world!!!!

The staff was kind and courteous when she noticed I was looking at the cooler she asked if I needed anything. When I asked for the cakes. She pointed me towards the appropriate cooler then remembered who arrived after me and took care of me in order of arrival.

The service was great. The ice cream options are good as with variety one can try something new, different or stay with the classic flavors of chocolate or vanilla! I give this local community favorite two thumbs up 👍👍 & a smile 😀! The ice cream had a rich creamy texture and it had the perfect consistency for my preference of hard 🍦. The peanut butter with chocolate swirls & peanut butter candy pieces was heavenly over a bed of vanilla the perfect pairing. 🙌

Staff was friendly. Ice cream was good. Melted quick as it was about 83 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside the location. No AC or fans working made it a quick and uncomfortable ice cream trip. Spoons are too cheap and bend easily when trying to spoon some ice cream. Get the AC working and we might be back again.

Great flavors, great service. They also carry lots of ready made ice creams and ice cream cakes. Love that they are open during the winter for us ice cream freaks. Closed on Mondays in winter.

Place is dirty, took 30 minutes to get two milkshakes. Walk out, look in the cups, there’s hair in it... threw them out. Never again dude. Also tell your employees to wear a mask...

Me and my boyfriend went here, there was a puddle of ice cream of the floor he accidently stepped in it, we asked if we could or if someone could rinse off his shoe and they refused! He had to use a ton of napkins to get it off, and i cannot believe the staff how rude they are. Will not be returning, please save yourself the trip.
