The woman who took the excavator rental reservation has no clue about the actual performance of the machines. The specifications that are published for the machines are vastly overstated. I got stuck with a machine that could not do the one job I really needed it for. I had to spend thousands extra to get another machine to do the lifting. The bucket on the excavator was very small and I could not get the job done in the two weeks that I had good weather. I extended the rental from 1 week to 1 month and still could not get the job done because of the poor weather. When the rental was nearing the end of the 1 month, the conditions were finally good enough to do some last minute work. I called the local place to find out when exactly they were coming to get the machine so I could plan some work ahead of time. They showed up 1.5 hours early and demanded that the machine get loaded even though I had a dump truck on the way!!! I only needed that 1.5 hours and I could have been done with the job!

Excellent website experience, quick and easy follow up with location staff and impeccable delivery service. Additionally the forklift we rented was essentially new and very clean.

I am very impressed with all of the staff that we have interacted with! Shanty is extremely sweet, Tristan in sales has been great and Jammie is amazing!!!! Jammie has been super helpful and took on a tour to help us decide on portapotties for a large event we host every September too.

This place is scam central. I wish I read the reviews prior to leaving my credit card. We were told that a floor scrubber was 255.00 per week plus “insurance and fees” which was 358.00 per week total. Whatever. We picked up the unit on a Tuesday and dropped it off on a Wednesday and was charged 1017.00. Yes that is not a typo. We called and the jerk at the store and he said it was correct. We were 1 day late on a 7 day rental and were charged over 500.00. STAY FAR AWAY from this store.

Rented their largest Track Hoe to move & place 103 ton of rocks at our Lake Ontario home. Great service, delivery was right on time. Price was good, and they deliver to the sticks. Would definitely use them again.

Very Deceitful with customers - forgetting to tell you about the extra insurance charge until AFTER they are returned. Telling you the delivery charge is less that what it really is. Love the equipment, not the guy that handled our rental.

Tried to rent a cement cutter, had it arranged by phone so it could be paid for and picked up. One look at my fiancé who happens to be an upstanding young business owner and the guy says he needs to add a 25% mark up deposit on a card that he hadnt mentioned prior.Just bad business.
