I purchased a mattress here two years ago. It was a great price and the woman at the desk was very friendly. Less than two months later my mattress was falling apart. There is a 5 year warranty and I called to ask for a new one. I was told that since it was tax season and the store was busy, I should call back in a few months. I called back a few months later and set up an appointment with the owner to come to my home and look at the bed at a time I could have another person with me (after he belittled me for feeling uncomfortable as a woman for being alone in a house with a stranger). The appointment was set up for delivery men to come take my bed and bring me a new one and I was very excited to be done with the situation. The mattress didnt show on two separate scheduled drop off dates. On the third date, the mattress finally came. The second mattress is starting to fall apart again and I just dont want to deal with the constant disregard for scheduled appointments. Not to mention the variety of add on items that were promised due to the multiple missed appointments (one of which was a mattress cover that supposedly came with the mattress) that were never delivered. You get what you pay for here. Being a broke college student needing a cheap something to get by, this store is fine. I will never recommend this store to anyone again that isnt completely desperate for anything that remotely qualifies as a mattress.

If you truly want to sleep cheap, then this is your place. I got two broken box springs and a jacked up, bootleg mattress. Im out over 800.00 and will have to purchase another mattress and its only been 3 months. They are very friendly, but the quality of the mattress I was given is horrible. Because the box springs were broken, the mattress sank and i was told it would come back with the replaced box springs, and well, thats just not true. I pretty much sleep on lumps. I regret this purchase.

The mattesses smell like horse piss. Dont ask me how I know this.. okay Ill tell you. My mother had a horse that used to love playing with me, and he would lick my face and touch me in silly places. Then one day all of a sudden I was sleepin and he cam all on my bed then abruptly pissed all over my bed sheets. I never told my mother because now he bought a ring for her.
