Im only giving 5 stars because Alexis I believe was a very kind, patient, hardworking girl. She even stayed in overtime after closing to help 4 people including myself at 4:50pm she was finished with me after 5:30pm. She gave me what I needed and everyone else. Alexis really deserves a raise. Other people tried to come in and the phone was ringing multiple times and she did the best she could.

Alexus was very friendly...knowledgeable... and so willing to accommodate me...She took her time to show me different size units... asked all the questions to help me select a unit that would fit my household items. She made this process so simple and easy. Kudos to Alexus

Alexis was the best today!! She took us to our storage units and helped us get the locks on and didn’t judge me when I was all excited about the fact that my unit was an old jail unit!!! So cool. But like for real she’s the MVP she rocks.

She help us book our U-Haul after we messed up our reservation she also helpped us bring our U-Haul blankets to the truck. Thennn my girlfriend and I got a storage unit online but it was to small. Alexus helped us change our unit to a bigger one she walked us around the Store Space showing us how to enter. Alexus is a fantastic employee she fixed a lot of our mess ups. I will always store my things at Store Space, veryyy great storage center! Ask for Alexus!

I would like to say it was a privilege to deal with Elijah today, the day itself was beginning to be stressful but his demeanor was very welcoming and accommodating, even though he was new to the location. He was polite to my mother and I and very professional, he was also training a new addition to the organization and leading him in the right direction. Thank you and even though we had a hiccup here and there I would definitely recommend them.

I rented space here for a little over a year. In that time, theyve made several improvements to the facility including access. It seems as if Mike is always there and always very helpful. I cleared out my unit without notice and ahead of schedule. I meant to call them later to notify them. Before I could call, Mike was calling me. Good to know theres a watchful eye!

I stored my luggage at this location and I found the entire process of storage, moving in and out quite convenient and the people here amiable. Mike GH was at the reception when I was moving out and he was very accommodating with me waiting in the area for almost a couple of hours. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend this location to anybody.

I had the easiest transition into storage life with the help of they guys at Rochester Self Storage. The facility is clean, simple to access and highly secure. Its also really neat being an old factory re-purposed; very fun to walk through the halls with the old architecture!

I have rented a storage space for many years and recently cleaned out the remaining files as the contents therein had aged up sufficiently so that I could legally destroy them. I retired from the practice of law in 2006 .I must say that throughout that time I was always greeted in a courteous and professional manner. My communications have always been top notch.I also think it is terrific that the remodeling has produced a bright and welcoming atmosphere.I would highly recommend Rochester Self Storage and would use your services in the future f the need ever arises.Thank you!Dennis M. Ed was great! Was very helpful. Storage facilities was extremely clean. Large flatbeds to move stuff in. The only downfall I found was the website. Wasnt current, would not let me book. When I called they helped me out and all was good. I will only call from now on.

I was renting a storage unit at this site that developed problems. Theroof started leaking and some water was seeping in. The staff alertedme promptly and was extremely helpful in resolving theissue. Contractors were working on repairs when I arrived and Mikefrom the office helped me move my stuff to a different unit.

Excellent prices, clean facilities, attentive and helpful staff. Make sure you ask about student specials.Loading/ unloading bays with dollies to move your items into your storage unit. Moving supplies for sale at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

The staff at this facility are very helpful and courteous. The units are kept very clean the security is good and they worked with me getting me a few days extension to move my things out.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only concern was the elevator which can only be utilized by the staff.at certain hours and for most who move on weekend you only has to 3 to move heavy items to access elevator.after 3 you has to carry your items up flights of stairs or down.or wait till Monday like I did to use elevator.but overall the place is nice easy location and the staff is nice.

Rented u haul from this location. Very nice guys and truck was in great shape. They offered good advice on picking up car hauler after we loaded truck.

This rating would be much higher if they didnt charge me for the month after I moved out. I went in spoke with the person at the desk they took down my information and still charged me. I have called twice and been told each time that its an easy fix and yet nothing. Turned a good experience into an extremely disappointing experience.

Very professional service at the main office and agreeable rental rates. The storage space is clean, dry, well-lit, and easily accessible throughout the daytime hours.
