You should people their directing where people should go, like if they want to place their own bets then u point them in tht direction and people that want the teller to do it well u direct them that way.

The gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with out loosing a beat. Very polite...made me think of and feel as though I was speaking with my father ... Most patient with me and my questions .... I wished him a Happy Fathers Day when I was leaving the building.

Gotta love OTB especially on Kentucky Derby 1st Saturday in May! The staff is friendly & very helpful, the patrons are alittle odd but Ive never had a problem.
