Walked around looking to buy a new phone, car camera, and washer/dryer. Not one person offered to help. When I asked they all looked bored and uninterested. Place looks like they are moving or going out of business. Guess Ill order online from Amazon...better prices anyway...Best buy just lost a few grand in sales from me.
Great selection of electronics and appliances. Prices are a little high but youre paying for quality merchandise. The staff are very knowledgable and try to answer all questions.
My goal was to purchase 2 laptops during tax free weekend. I felt extremely rushed throughout the process and I was the only one in line at 7:30pm. I ended up purchasing 2 laptops and called this morning, a week later to see about pick up because I hadnt received the email I was told I would. The woman who answered was very rude, and asked for the order number. After looking at the receipt I informed her, I couldnt find it, that I saw several rows of numbers and my Best Buy Member ID. I asked, Can you tell me where I can find the order id? Her harsh response was, Its on the receipt and it says order number. My receipt was literally 2 ft long. I finally found it under the the item purchased. I was looking at the top and bottom of the receipt, not the middle. She then had trouble hearing me because your phone cut out then she informed me the reason I didnt receive an email was because, you put the wrong ending, you didnt have iCloud, you misspelled it. You need to have them fix that when you come in. By this point I remind cordial with her but I was aggravated. A week ago, I spent $1728.86 at Best Buy, my phone signal was full bar and I was not the one who entered my email address, it was the Best Buy representative when he took my order in store. How any representative treats you and talks to you is a representation of Best Buy. I regret spending my hard earned teacher money here and would have rather paid taxes and used Amazon than be talked to how I was today. Best Buy-My time and money may not matter to you but it matters to me. I will not shop here again.
Very disappointed after my shopping trip at Best Buy on Dave Lyle Blvd next to Target in Rock Hill. Many employees were talking and having conversations but no employee took time or was interested to find out what we needed help with. Will not grace their door with my presence ever again.
Theyre remodeling so had to stand at the door and workers get the items for you but was real nice and fast service.
Very rude sales people. Have to wait ridiculous amounts of time just to be told they’re sold out. The sales people make snide comments and do not care if they help you or not. Best Buy has never been a great store to begin with. But now it’s just awful. Go somewhere else with your business.
I went 2 times the same week. 2 different sales agents. But they were not helpful with any product info. Basically, they could tell you the price and if it is in stocks. Thats it. Nothing more. Also, Im used to their sales people being everywhere. We had to go to the guy at the front door to send someone to us. I did need to return a couple of items and the girl behind the counter was very pleasant.

Best buy always meets my needs but because of covid their shipments were affected drastically. If youre looking for computer parts you may be at a loss.
We love shopping at Best buy and it shows, because sometimes we spend too much!! Staff is always friendly! Whether its electronics for us or Pokemon cards for the girls, you can always find what you need at Best Buy. I prefer to still shop here in person over ordering online! Its a great store with an excellent selection!!

The workers didnt seem to be very organized, not very knowledgeable about products, and the actual store was in disarray (due to an upcoming remodel) There werent very many displays or demos. Id like to see a little more organization and customer service on the floor.

It’s nice and clean. Sometimes it’s hard to get help in the store. Most places in a sales environment you normally have to fight off sales people or they would at least ask if you need help. But not in here, was not greeting coming or going and was in there for a while looking at iPads and nobody came over or offered to help
Used to go in best buy alot until they started closing some down in my area, and stopped carrying some things. However on this visit, 4/25, I was able to find an item that I had been looking for and was told wasnt carried in stores - I had to purchase directly via Verizon. The customer service was excellent on what the kids were looking for, and the conversation the gentleman and I had concerning other items I was looking for and their experience with them as well. Best Buy in Rock Hill changed my mind in becoming a customer again.

Very accommodating walked into the store with no mask!!! The gale in front stopped me asked me to put one on to continue...I chose not too... so I waited at the front with the register until my two cords were brought to me again I was asked to put a mask on to go to the register of course I did not and continued with my purchase.... ***Buyer Beware *** I ordered a TV that was on sale-online to be picked up at Best Buy in Rock Hill SC. When I was emailed my receipt and order confirmation, it said it is available for pick up in South Portland ME (16 hours drive from where I live). When I called to get their error corrected, I was told that they will not fix the error and I needed to go online and cancel the order as it is no longer available or go pick it up in Maine. The customer service rep, without my permission, cancelled the order and now I have no TV for my son for Christmas and the purchase STILL is on my credit card. Very POOR service. From this point forward, I will not purchase anything from Best Buy nor would I recommend anyone to buy anything from Best Buy.

In parts of California, this place approaches Apple Store quality in terms of user experience. In Rock Hill... Not so much. Grubby, understocked and sub par customer service makes me wonder if this place is about to go the way of Circuit City... Remember them...?
Walked in to get my son a Christmas present... Walked out worth that AND a new laptop for myself. It was an open box item... So I asked them to turn it on and click around a bit to make sure it was good. They were happy to oblige with a jovial demeanor the entire time. Friendly staff.. Will go back.

They have had a severe shortage of computer monitors for about a year so I had to buy this piece of junk for $200 which Im not impressed with and plan on returning it very soon. I dont recommend the Acer monitor because of its severe instability. Every time the service that its on moves even just slightly like if you tap the desk then it wobbles like crazy. Stay away from the 27 inch Acer monitor overpriced at $200.
Greeted upon entry. Assisted immediately and sale completed in record time with a very knowledgeable staff member. I cant say how delivery will go but store experience was very positive. I recommend Best Buy for a refrigerator purchase.
I made a purchase with the promise of next day delivery. Said it was in stock and everything. Its a birthday gift for someone. Was very excited about being able to get it for them. Especially with next day delivery . Well I get a email saying that its not gonna be delivered the next day and that if its not here by a date thats almost 10 days later theyll just cancel it. But they wouldnt even let me cancel the order so I can purchase it from somewhere else that will have it to me when they say. Bad business. If its not in stock,and if you cant provide next day shipping. Dont say that on the page. Now I dont know if Ill even receive it, Ill have to wait and see if theyre going to cancel it or not. Makes no sense. At least let me know when its going to be here since their end of the bargain isnt being held. So dont count on next day delivery and just because it might say in stock doesnt mean that it is. Good luck. I really hope its at least here within the next couple of days. The ONLY reason I purchased from here was for the quick shipping that doesnt exist.

Its a big box retail operation. I went to purchase a Television. I was able to find someone to help me which I have had issues with prior at other locations. The gentleman that was helping me was trying to get someone in his area to cover for him so he could take a break. There seemed to be no one there willing to help. Another associate turned down helping him while I was trying to complete my order. Seemed a bit odd and turned me off from wanting to shop there given it was done in the open in front of a customer and the response was less than professional. Ill return given it is close to where I live but its not a destination for me to shop at. Its just convenient given the location and I have come to expect less than satisfactory customer service at such big box retailers.
Didnt have what we were looking for. Had to order it online anyway. Employee very clearly did not want to help us. He walked us over to where the laptops were and that was it. Could have done that all by myself. I needed help selecting one, he did not seem very knowledgeable about them. Wasted trip in the rain.

I have shopped at best buy for a while, I like their products and have bought my favorite laptop from them. But after recent events I have to give them a one star. I bought a new Oculus rift s from them online, came to the store and picked it up. Worked great. Friends damaged it and I did not have a warranty. So I try to call and ask about repairs, on hold for an hour, hung up on 3 times. Then When they say they can, I go in. I had to make an appointment. So I made an appointment, came in the next day to meet with Geek squad. They told me they do not do repairs. So they wasted my time, and lied over the phone. I hate talking bad because I have done good business with them before, but my recent experience has been awful, even though I am a BestBuy elite member.

He was offering information that we needed to make an informed purchase. also I thought I wanted this one TV but I have to do in a little bit of research inside Best Buy I was helped by another worker at Best Buy who told me that pretty much what I thought I knew was correct and he helped me get a better in the end.

If I could give 0 stars, I assure you, I WOULD!! I placed my order, and was told that it would be ready for pickup within 1 hour. I arrived at the store to pick up my item approx. 2 hours after I ordered. I was told in the store that I had to leave the store & drive around to the pickup location. I confirmed that my order had already been picked from the shelf. After waiting nearly another hour, going back into the store to be told the same thing (being told in an extremely condescending manner), talking to an employee in the pickup location (& by talking to, I mean literally being yelled at by someone doing the running for the order pickup that they were too busy to help me & I just needed to just wait), leaving & driving over an hour back home, I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup nearly 9 hours after it was supposed to be ready. At which point, I cancelled the order, requested my refund & ordered from Target & had it delivered the next day for just a bit cheaper. This was hands down the absolute worst customer service, pickup process & overall experience I think I have ever had in any store.

Poor customer service and a clueless Geek Squad even after paying $200 for the service, not to mention over $1300 for the phone. I would like to give a better rating for Mary, Paul and another female manager whos name I didnt get. They all provided great customer service and worked quickly to resolve issues vs crying, wining and complaining about what they didnt know and what they couldnt do as others did.
Best buy is finally open again and we were able to get just what we needed in a great time frame! They didnt have a specific item we needed, but the man who helped us knew the perfect substitute! Great place!
I purchase a computer from this place on line to be able to download photos. After trying several times with no success I contacted the store for help. The GEEK SQUAD tried over the phone to determine the problem. Unfortunately no one could help. I schedule an I person appointment. No one said we are going to charge you so when I arrived (after a thirty minute drive) and was told they would charge me to determine why this computer will not display the pictures my computer shows are downloaded. What a crock! Stay away from Best Buy because they do not care if your product purchased at their retail store works. So much for customer satisfaction.
Avoid the geek squad here — they will trap you into spending money on a repair you can do yourself with google or for much less. I was told a problem to fix would be $300-400, then guy was trying to trap me into a service job and then told me it would only take 15 min. I asked a few questions, because I’m not dumb as he thought. I googled the problem, fixed it myself, and kept my money to myself. Computer working just fine now .....

I don’t understand why you can’t talk to a live person here. My son wanted to purchase a couple of the Mario Bros plush animals that they carry, but when you try to buy online for store pick up it says “styles may vary” meaning you’ll just get one of 12 options. I’ve tried calling 3 times in the last two days to see if they could grab the ones he wanted, but no one answers. I was on hold for over 20 mins each time I called before hanging up. I don’t want to drag my 7yo in the store right now and since every store in America is doing curbside service, I’d assumed there would be a way to talk to someone there. That store isn’t that busy where their associates can’t answer a phone.I want to support a store in our community and not order on Amazon, but it’s hard when they make it so difficult. No wonder big chains continue to go under.

Curbside pick up.Per their instructions, I called upon arrival and parked in the designated space. They brought out my product, then off I went once verified.
DO NOT buy on line and pick up in store! It is the most convoluted process I have ever seen. They have a parking lot set up for you to sit, check in and wait. You get a message saying it would be about 25 minutes for your order to arrive. After my initial 25 minutes, I received another message saying it was taking longer than expected. After 40 minutes and noticing that someone who had arrived after me having their item loaded into their vehicle, I walked up to the bay where where they were handling the store pick ups. What I saw was a complete disarray of merchandise. TVs were stacked up by the door, if the item was small such as a watch or dvd they were just thrown into open bins. The poor employees were literally digging into each bin trying to find a pick up item in an attempt that equated to finding a needle in a haystack. After complaining about the wait, someone did manage to find my tv and bring it to my car. Overall, the employees were nice but they are working in a nightmarish situation that someone needs to go in and overhaul immediately.
This store seems much smaller than other best buy and the employees do not know about the items in the area that they work in.
