My tire had a nail in it that could only be fixed at a Lexus or Toyota dealer related to issue beyond my control. I haven’t had good experiences with Toyota in the past but today was different and it was all because of the wonderful customer service received by Jason Land, service advisor. I prefer to go there instead of driving an hour to the Lexus place for simple oil changes so thank you Jason for your superb customer service

I was in the market to trade my 2008 Tundra and was looking at a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid. I went online to request a test drive and Farrah Parker sent me a text to get some information on what I was in the market for. From start to finish Farrah was amazing. She responsive to my text, listened to my needs and answered all my questions, and in the end made sure that when my vehicle arrived that everything was ready and detailed out. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a car work with Farrah. You won’t be disappointed.
Toyota issued a recall on my vehicle for frame corrosion. This happened while I was living in Indiana. Moved to South Carolina, plated my vehicle in SC. Toyota of RH refused to comply with the recall because SC is a warm weather state. Clearly, someone doesnt know all of the things that cause corrosion on vehicles. Moisture and humidity also cause corrosion. They were nice enough to reccomend that I drive my vehicle to the nearest cold weather state to get the recall done. That would be VIRGINIA. My personal experience with things like this says that as soon as I get to VIRGINIA to have this service done, they will tell me that they will not do it because my vehicle is plated in a WARM WEATHER STATE. (Remember I bought the vehicle in Indiana, and 90% of my ownership was there.) Toyota said that they had no one certified to spray the corrosion inhibiting compound. They do have people who should be able to at least do the inspection, since they were able to tell me that I needed a brake fluid change, an alignment, and new tires. There were two other recalls that were done-which I had never heard about from Toyota. Kudos to them for helping me with those at any rate. The service department is undoubtedly professional and they undoubtedly do good work-the policies they operate under-not so much.
Our salesperson Anthony greeted us promptly, showed us around and asked questions to find out what we needed. Anthony negotiated a fantastic deal with us. And we got a deal that was at least $3000 better than any other dealership we talked to. And the finance guys Jarrett and Ian did a great job and got us a great rate. The dealership facility was very nice. I would definitely go back there next time Im in the market for a new Toyota.

Farrah and Todd were great to work with. The waiting area its also really nice with different teas, coffees, and other drinks (all complimentary). In the end, I didnt want to use my entire budget or finance, so I bought used elsewhere. However, with that being said I would definitely consider them in the future.
On Saturday 10/30/21 at 5:30pm we looked at a car for our son who was at work. This car was not even prepped it just came out of the shop. We said we would probably take it but had to run it by our son since he was paying for it and would call back in the morning. We called in the morning to tell them we would take the vehicle and we were called back 1 hour later and told that the car has been sold. I think that is wrong and deceiving to the customer. I guess this is their new way to do business. We purchased a vehicle in the past here and had a friend purchase one as well. NO MORE!!I

Toyota of Rock Hill has the best service! I scheduled an oil change first thing this morning for 11:30. In no time they were calling me to let me know the car was ready but that they noticed the alignment needed addressed. Rather than pressuring me like a lot of places do, they sent me a link to confirm whether or not I wanted them to complete the additional service. Tim was great and was in constant communication with me. No better service!

Wait times can be long, even after your vehicle is ready. Service providers can be attentive and keep you updated on service progress.Waiting area is clean and coffee is provided free of charge. As with just about with any dealership, cost of repair can be expensive if you no longer have coverage. Long wait times if you need a part ordered.
Scott H. was wonderful to work with on the purchase our our new to us, preowned vehicle. We had been searching for a while and visited many dealerships. Scott’s patience and no pressure approach is largely what brought us back in to this dealership to buy our car. STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF ROCK HILL!! I would give Toyota of Rock Hill zero stars if I could. I took my 2012 Lexus ES350 with 90K miles on 10/23/21 to get oil change and tire rotation. I was told the car needed a new serpentine belt, the right front CV axle replaced and the rack and pin replaced for $3,871.53 plus tax. I was leery because in the recent past I discovered Toyota of Rock Hill had charged me for synthetic oil changes when they actually used regular oil. So I took my car to Woodies auto service in Fort Mill on 10/28/21 for a second opinion. Woodies showed me that none of the items that Toyota of Rock Hill quoted needed replacing. They did show me the power steering pump was leaking, completely missed by Toyota of Rock Hill. Woodies also provides a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. This was the last straw for Toyota of Rock Hill. I will NEVER go there again.

UPDATE- After posting this I was contacted and my request was met. I appreciate the quick response and the disappointment the manager showed. Communication on his end was great. Thank youI had a diagnostic done on my sons truck. They told me it was going to be over $5000 worth of work for some exhaust work and front end work which I thought I was outrageous. I requested a print out of the work that needed to be done. I made this request at least a half a dozen times and multiple times I was told I would get it. I called them, some times talking to my rep and sometimes I left messages. I also sent emails requesting the info. They charged me $100 for the diagnostic and I never saw anything for my money. Needless to say they did not work on the truck. I fixed the exhaust with a new gasket and two bolts ($20 total). I will not be going to back here for any kind of service. Good luck

Just saw a persons TikTok from your dealership. Teaching people about the window sticker then shows your addendum sticker showing you charge 300$ for all weather floor mats but if you would have ordered them with the vehicle and it was on the window sticker they would have been 249$ that’s some shady practice that makes the rest of us look bad.

Newly relocated to Rock Hill, and I will definitely be returning for all of my car maintenance needs.
Today was just not the day. Normally I go through the week. Its much more professional. I scheduled online chose one oil change without telling me they had to do the higher price one so my checkout was much higher than expected. Checkout took entirely too long. In 8 yrs today was the worst service ever.

This is one of the few places that didnt try to mansplain or talk down to me. He even helped me get the car I drove in with home. Definitely above and beyond for a salesman and reflects wonderfully on the people who work at the dealership. I would buy from them again.

My 2020 Toyota Tacoma had its rear driver side back glass busted out and I wanted an OEM replacement so I reached out to Toyota of Rock Hill for their service. The two people I talked to were very polite, but I will say never stated whether they had the glass in stock (which all it took was to walk to their service portion and ask their co-workers). When I drove up there for my set appointment, I was then told it was not in-stock which was pretty frustrating. Jason reached out to me later that day. He told me they could order the glass before 3pm and get it the next day which thankfully they were able to. The replacement was done the day the glass came in. Overall very satisfied with my experience. Thanks Jason & Toyota Service crew!

Ray was very personable and answered my questions.The young woman who initially accepted my vehicle, informed me of the best grade of windshield wipers to get installed and that the engine filter was not necessary at this time to be replaced.
Both Tim Evans and the technician (I think his name was Norbert) were very good. I was concerned that the filters I was paying for might not make it into the car since I had dealt with dishonest dealerships before. Mr. Evans without hesitation took me onto the floor so I could see for myself. I appreciated that. Definitely would recommend them.

I live in the Charlotte area and work in the Atlanta area. I was on 77, about 30 minutes past Toyota of Rockhill, when the dash lights came on. I had my car towed to them and they had it fixed that day. They were nice, Informative, and on top of everything.
I went to them to buy a reliable used Toyota. They sold me a Toyota with a hole in the engine block. I had to replace the engine 4 weeks after purchasing. They would have seen the hole in their inspection and chose to sell anyways. I filed a BBB complaint and they said I should have come back to them to fix the engine. Why would I have them fix the engine when theyve proven they cant be trusted. I work in finance and will be sharing my story with all my contacts to not do business with this dealership.

Jared Deal was amazing in taking care of my vehicle. I had multiple sensors that errored at the same time. I felt confident in taking my car and having it diagnosed correctly. He figured out what was wrong and had it fixed the next day.

This was the best experience Ive had at Toyota in the 8 years Ive owned my vehicles. It looked crowded so I was worried Id be there for hours. Usually Im there an hour and a half. I arrived at 8 and was in my car by 8:44. Lauren was friendly and polite! Great experience and Im so pleased with the fast service.

We had a great experience working with Jomo. He was very helpful on the day we purchased our vehicle. We then noticed that our paper tag was about to expire and we hadnt received the official tag yet. I called, left messages, then had to call back (Jomo would return my calls, but the business office would not). I ended up making several calls to them over 4 months time about the tag. We went through 3 paper tags before the official tag finally arrived. They stated that there was title release problems from the bank....how did they sell the vehicle without a title??

I have had better service in the past, better communication by Lauren who possibly no longer works there. I was there for an oil change, was told I needed tires, would have scheduled for another day if I had known it would take 45 minutes longer than I was told. Hence I was late for work. I work in the service industry so. I think that better communication and consideration for me as a customer would have definitely been appreciated. I left there today with a frustrating experience. And when the technician brought my car around I said thank you, he replied yep. I just hope the actual car service was done properly.
