This Guy was very rude he unplugged my system left my door panels off my car I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this Guy!!! One of the worst experiences of my life.

PLEASE THINK BEFORE LETTING THIS MAN TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! I got a push start put on my car in September of last year and the starter was wired incorrectly and ruined my entire wire harness. Now I have to replace this part on my car, which cost $1700, and when I called to let him know what he did he told me that he would not help with the repair because it was not his fault. Even though he was the one who did the work & is the reason why i do not have a functioning car right now. And even though I still have the 1 year warranty/guarantee on the part and that if I have any problems with it or my car I could bring it to him. I will never be doing any business with him again and do not recommend anyone else do so either.

I have known him about 11 years,he is the most honest and hard working man,plus he knows his job,thats why Ill take my cars,and tell people how good he is and reasonable, thanks Robert for your kindness and business. Be bless brother.

This company is completely unprofessional. I got hung up on multiple times. The man who answered had no idea why I was calling wouldn’t even answer If I was calling the correct place. My fiancé called and then the store associate is now texting harassing messages and we had to block the number.

A scammer and cheat. It’s not worth the problems and worries Robert will bring with his unprofessional attitude and behavior. He lies to your face over and over again. People have sued Robert Salinas many times. Just check his merchandise boxes piled neatly in his store! 85% of ALL the boxes are empty from when he collected them while working for Kia (tech) in Rock Hill. BTW, he was fired from there and everywhere until he HAD to work for his self opening Rock Hill Auto Sound & Security. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN

The unprofessionalism and lack of others safety is the lowest possible priority when it comes to this business. After almost causing a major accident on I-77 we called. The gentleman who picked up was the one driving the vehicle, I asked him if he was aware that he almost killed me and my children, his response was well you are alive arent you? Any individual with a complete disregaurd for others safety while in a company vehicle or any vehicle should be repremanded and/or terminated. It is not surprising that this company already has poor reviews. Hopefully something can be done about this employee before a life is lost.

Honest person knows what he’s doing 100% would recommend to any one.
