This is literally the worst Dollar General in possibly all of South Carolina but definitely in Rock hill. they never have anything stocked, the cashiers are rude, their credit card machine doesnt work half the time and there have been times where theyve just been outright closed in the middle of the day. but today was the worst . I like to buy the Bahama Sunset cat litter from Tidy Cats from Dollar General it seems to work better than a lot of other Tidy Cats and Dollar General the only place that sells it. I stopped in today and they didnt have any on the shelf .Actually, they didnt hardly have any litter on the shelf at all. There was a girl in the back stocking so I asked her if she could check in the back to see if there was any there. she said no, because it doesnt come in any special box . Then I saw on the stock cart next to her there were two boxes of it. There were a few boxes stacked on top of it. She said shed have to put everything away that was on top of them first and could I give her about an hour. Worst service ever, I dont know why I ever even bother stopping here. As someone who works in retail, I would have moved the boxes aside and happily given them to the customer. She obviously does not know the value of taking care of your customer.

Cashier was so rude I would not recommend this store, she don’t know how to respect the customer management need to hire some nice people who knows how to help if I could I would give a zero stars to the cashier. She charged the extra for what I bought.

I love dollar general but this one was horrible!! The shelves were empty!! They were out of simple things like lotion shampoo body oil... The food aisles were worse unless stocked by a vendor. Very disappointed 😞

The cashier was very upbeat, Super friendly, and very happy! She told every single customer to have a blessed day andWe Love you! Shes exactly what the World needs. I wish there were more sweet and thoughtful people like her in this world! Even though the stores not on the best side of town, its still worth going in and speaking with her. I apologize for not getting her name.

Always out of stock and always have a long line, only one cashier running register the rest are to busy stocking to help yet the store is always out of stock.... horrible way to grow and or run a business

Went to location to pickup my FedEx package at between 5:30 to 6:00 pm an the store was lock an close and had lights off I was told my delivery was there showed up to retrieve it an people were turning away never seen it closed that early.. an try to call number an stay busy ..

Radio playing loudly in the store every time I go....Customer service is great... But a very noisy and loud store. If theyre going to play music it needs to be a low-key type music thats pleasing to the ears.

No matter what time you go - most times, there is always a long line and only one cashier - maybe too. Good thing is that the store is being renovated and I hope that staffing changes are part of the renovations

This dollar general has plenty of sales, making Christmas shopping easy and affordable. The first shift manager is always pleasant. Things are always organized and not sitting thruout the aisles, unlike other dollar general stores Ive visited.

Very disappointed, disorganized, filthy with dead& live flys roaches etc everywhere. Scattered items out of place, arrogant lazy foul mithed cussing arguments/physical threats between clerks in fromt of multiple customers many of us with young childern with us. Management insulted customers, berated as wellas clerks, incomprehensible what i witnessed in two unfortunate visits in 1 day. Unacceptable in every way

Shelves are always empty, employees are disgruntled, parking lot is rough. Unfortunately this store is closest to my house so im in and out a good bit but every trip gets slightly worse.I recently bought a slim Jim and when i opened it and bit in i quickly spit it back out and realized it was a YEAR out of date.

This location has mask required by the cash register and door but do not require their customers or employees to comply with it. I was in line with customers with no mask, two employees did not have theirs on and was just overall unprofessional environment. I will not be shopping there until this is corrected

Limited grocery shopping. Nice, helpful employees but Family Dollar has very limited foods and liquid supplies. Still, I like shopping there.

They have a five dollars coupon you can used every other Saturday you can get very good service

This is a store I go to when I want to be in and out. I want to get snacks, cleaning products or other little things I might need. I love it.

This was a horrible experience. The digital coupons dont work correctly. There is no associate who knows how to work them correctly and of I ever find out how to file a class action suite against Dollar General, I mostly certain my am for false advertising and withholding coupon discount s. I used to patronise this company weekly but never again

They had everything I needed to bad the service was terrible.They followed me and my children around like we stole something.We were shopping for after Easter craft activities. The shelves were very messy and products were misplaced.

The one on hwy 9 can be very slow & the Isles are cluttered with stock for them to but up. Theses stores are to busy to only have 3 clerks working at time. Manager needs to step up & work more than sit
