I can’t recommend Mike enough! I’ve been seeing him for 10+ years. I have dealt with my fair share of hearing aid places ( I’ve worn hearing aids for 25 years) and Mike it hands down the best in the Business. He truly listens to his clients and their needs. I appreciate that when I see him it’s not about trying to sell me something, it’s about getting what’s best for my hearing needs. This is the place to go if you want a respectable and honest person who will look out for all your hearing aid needs. I also appreciate the fact that when hearing aid emergencies happen, he will do his best to get it taken care of ASAP. If you are need for any and all hearing aid help, Mike is the best.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Michael Sisskind. He walked my mother-in-law through the testing, helped her clearly understand where her hearing needs fell based on the testing, and reviewed the benefits of the aid without pressure for her to decide to buy. He provided several hearing aid options available. He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had great bedside manners and helped to put my very nervous mother-in-law at ease. He took the time to help her familiarize herself with placing the hearing aid in her ear, explained how to take care of the device and adjust the settings. He took the time to make sure the settings were exactly right for her before we left the office.We were very pleased with the quality of care and service he provided. We are looking forward to a long partnership with him for our hearing care needs.

This is my first experience with hearing aids and have been with Audibel Hearing Center (Michael Sisskind) going on one year. I found Audibel while searching the web and reading many negative reviews for various hearing aid business. That is until I started reading reviews for Audibel and I saw so many positive reviews I stopped and called. I never looked back as Michael knows the business and your hearing issues almost intuitively. In my case Michael recommended the type of aid needed that fit my needs and he worked with my insurance as well. I waited to write this review after I had several follow ups for adjustments and I am now a five star customer and highly recommend Audibel Hearing Center to Friends and family do to Michaels experience and caring.

When we moved from Florida I had hearing aids. From day one I had issues with them they we’re very expensive. When I came to Rock Hill I saw the name of the company and decide to go in, Mike tried to adjust them, free of charge. Finally I decided to get new ones paying half the price from the previous ones.I could never hear the way I hear now, I went to do my two weeks check up today and said to Mike please don’t touch them. They are perfect the way they are.He really helped me. Everyone in his office are kind,they make you feel like at home.I would recommend Audibel in Rock Hill, for their hearing problems.

Ive been a client of Michael Sisskinds for years, and cant say enough about how kind, accommodating, professional, and patient he is. I feel so fortunate to have crossed paths with him when I first began to explore the idea of hearing aids. I was one of his younger patients, and my initial experience working with him and wearing hearing aids could not have been better. He helped me with both the physical and mental adjustments I needed to make, and in every visit he demonstrated what an amazing hearing aid specialist should bring to the table.When he left my initial provider I was devastated and tried working with others, as I had not been able to locate Michael during his transition to his new location. I had a couple of off-putting experiences with audiologists who were essentially a waste of my time and money. They just could not program my aids comfortably for me, the way I wanted them. When I finally tracked Michael down, I was more than willing to drive to another town to work with him.I ordered new aids again through Michael, but this time with a lot of expectations in terms of technological advances in connecting smartphones and watches to the aids. Michael, as usual, was beyond patient with me and worked with me to trial a couple different aids before settling on my current ones, which allow me to control my devices with my Apple Watch and iPhone via Bluetooth. Its incredible and so discreet.Whether youre an experienced hearing aid user or are thinking about them, JUST DO IT! They are life changing, and Michael (and Tammy) always do everything they can to make you comfortable and fine tune your devices until you find that aural sweet spot. 😁

There is no substitute for hearings aids being adjusted and fitted by an experienced professional who cares about their service, and their products. In the past Ive had hearings aids I purchased online, and at the big box stores. Like any other business or product you may a have a poor, average, or excellent experience. Michael Sisskinds service and products are excellent. He cares about improving your hearing at the best of his ability. Simply, he cares. Not a trait easily found anymore.

Very happy with the service and professionalism displayed by Michael. I bought 1 hearing aid yrs ago from a local competitor than was also an ENT specialist and was overcharged. I first purchased the hearing enhancer trying to save money. I quickly found out that was not for me. I did find out through that experience what I did not want in a hearing aid. Several months later I went to Audibel and received the free hearing test and purchased the hearing aids. Wow! What a difference I can hear sounds and even music for the first time in years. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional is how I would describe my interaction with Michael this morning. He doesn’t sell my brand of hearing aid, but that didn’t stop him from cleaning the Hearing aids and replacing the wax traps - very difficult to do! Michael explained what the problems were and fixed them. I was fortunate that he wasn’t very busy this morning, but he agreed on the phone that he would fit me in when I arrived. I could not have asked for a better experience with Michael.

I got my hearing aids from Michael after my son and grandson got theirs from the Audibel Hearing Center in Rock Hill. Michael performed a thorough audiometry examination, fitted my hearing aids and has been very helpful in helping me maintain them.

Finding this center for my hearing aid services has been a blessing. Ive worn hearing aides for several years but never had very good results with the products or services. I was beginning to think a really excellent service provider did not exist! But then I tried the services that Michael provides at Audibel. As a family medicine physician, hearing is critical to my work. I broke my own denial about hearing loss after increasingly having to ask patients to repeat things, realizing that I was lip-reading, and finally, being unable to discern what was being said in group meetings. It is not easy to acknowledge ones own disability. Michaels empathic, non-judgmental, and patient-centered approach provides a safe space to go through the journey from disability to ability. He sticks with you until you are getting the results you need. As a result, I am now hearing like I did 20 years ago. Just went to a noisy restaurant last night and I heard everything that was said at my table! Thank you Michael. Thank you for your part in making my life full again!

I have been with this practice since November 2018. I can say that the service I received is exemplary. Michael Sisskind is always ready to help with anything. With other places, it seemed as though they only wanted to make money. They were not committed to a relationship with their clients. Michael is! After being in denial about my hearing loss for so long, it is wonderful to be able to hear and understand. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

Ive had a high frequency hearing loss for many years. I have visited multiple hearing aid centers and have tried multiple hearing aids.The hearing aids provided by Michael at Audible have been excellent. After only minor adjustments they fit better and improved my hearing over all the other aids I have tried.The only thing better than the hearing aids was the courteous, professional, knowledge and friendly service provided by Michael.

Michael Sisskind is very knowledgeable and well informed in his field. When I finally decided to get the hearing aids the doctor recommended some time ago, I made an appointment with Michael. I found him to be a kind, gentle, caring person who carefully explained everything to me. He did not rush me through the procedure and answered all my many questions in detail so that I understood everything. I feel that he really cares about me as a person, not just as a client. I went to him wanting a specific brand of hearing aid. He ordered them for me but I was not happy with them. I wanted to return them and he and his staff took care of this for me. My Grandfather has received hearing aids from Dr.Sisskind about a month ago, and since then he has been able to hear so much better. We no longer have to yell at him so he can hear us. My grandfather is also a very hard-headed man so trying to make sure he uses the app is always fun to do. I really enjoy being able to talk to him and not having to yell anymore.

His gentlemanner with discussions makes each visit easier for me to handle. He genuinely cares about his clients.
