My wife and I visited Carolina Health and Hearing recently. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised with our experience. This office will be our choice for hearing assistance in the future even though we live in Charlotte. To find a competent yet caring professional is a home run in todays frenetic environment. I throughly enjoyed my experience at their office. Receptionist was very courteous and got me set up without any issues. Hearing exam was very professional and complete. I felt satisfied with the results it revealed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing any hearing issues.

Great people Dr Lisa Pool and receptionist Tia are the best. You don’t feel like you are pressured into buying something and Dr Lisa is both knowledgeable and pleasant. You won’t regret your visit.

The staff actually cares about their patients! No really, I took my 98 yr old mom here to replace her old hearing aids was happy to find that we weren’t rushed or pressured at any time. The doctor made an extra effort to work with my mom in order to evaluate her level of hearing loss...not easy to do with a senior with moderate dementia. There was no pressure to purchase devices with more features than she needed either. It was easy to arrange appointments that fit into my work schedule. I highly recommend Carolina Health and Hearing if you are shopping for a provider to help with your hearing.
