Too bad they are so corporate. First off you have to know ahead of time what you want to buy before they will help you. Its so asinine as thats why I was calling as products change fast. Dont expect any help. They will ask you 25 questions and build a profile on you which they will then spam and harass you.Call me crazy, but what is so obtuse in calling a company, asking for someone in sales and then learning about what machine may or may not work? No, corporate policy is to not assist you until they know everything about you and then over 24 hours later someone will call with no advance warning or scheduled time.Would have been great to know before I spent 3 minutes listening to prompts about employment, 9 minutes on hold, 16 minutes giving away every piece of data that identifies me and then come to find out their corporate policy is a joke.
