Jon was amazing!! He showed me the unit and I ended up getting a larger one after we discussed what I was storing. He made the process super easy and very easy to understand. Being that I’ve worked in storage before, I was extremely impressed with his level of customer service. The property was clean and overall, the experience was fantastic. Thank you Jon!

Staff here was very friendly and accommodating. Kayla was the one who sent me over to this location from Rawlinson and helped me find a unit given my circumstances at the time. Unit and facility are clean and tidy.

We rented a unit the day this location opened. We have been very happy with the service provided from the moment we walked in the doors. We were contemplating 2 different sizes and Lisa helped us decide on which size to go with by allowing us to view the units. Lisa was helpful and pleasant. Some things that drew us to this storage unit is it’s unique location, the fact that it is temperature controlled, and entry is secure with a key-code. Very happy with the unit. We would recommend Go Store It to everyone as a great choice for storage.

I rented the other day and Lissa was super helpful. She greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was a little confused on what size unit I would need so Lissa was very patient and showed 4 different sizes to see which one would better suit our needs. We finally decided on a size and after that it was easy. Lisa made the process simple and easy. The facility is neat and clean and the carts make it easier to transfer our belongings. Would and will recommend to friends and family.

My experience opening my account was great! The representative was very nice and informative. I explained to her what I wanted and she showed me 2 units that were suggested. She went the extra mile to make sure I got the best price possible. I gave 4 stars as I was not able to access my unit before business hours the next day at the Celanese location because I was not told a rep needed to be available the first time I came to the unit to unlock it. A rep did come out that day as soon as he could to unlock and prepare the unit for me though.

No complaints about the unit, location or staff but after renting the SMALL unit for two months I started getting late charges and notices of a monthly price increase that was ridiculous considering this is a national chain that should offer more consistent prices especially for rentals that are beyond 60 or 90 days. They are not trying to keep my business so I have every intention of going elsewhere.

Lisa Beasley made our rental experience so much easier! We had trouble reaching a person for several competitors and were so relieved when speaking with her. With all of the uncertainty that a move brings the one thing we were able to rely on was Lisa’s guidance. She was professional and reserved us a unit that was just what we needed based on our furnishings. The facility on Cherry Rd is clean and easy to navigate. We have loved the convenience of having carts available to help us move our items just inside the facility. We would definitely use Go Store It again!

Great cool place, spaciously one floor. Price deals good. Need sturdy lock for security. Does not use the plugged type due to lost key requires drill and the difficulty is hazardous. Suggest no hole in center donut shaped type lock, not easy to clip lock. Circular and round with key on center of circle. Peace of mind is doable.

Very quick and easy to get our unit and staff was very helpful and friendly. We have been very pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of the building every time we visit.
