The girls are wonderful and funny and they do a great job it was a great experience

They charged me $2 to print ONE paper. I asked to speak to the manger they told me because the owner is asking for that price. I look at the receipt and its labeled under miscellaneous non taxable. Seems pretty illegal

The employees are very helpful, kind, and polite. They are fast and efficient too. I been going to this store for over 12 years and all the service has been top notch...not one experience ever!!! Thank You, UPS STORE!!!

The rudest UPS store ever. I’ve been to 6 different stores. This store have their own rules I guess. For someone that’s in school for business management. I wouldn’t want rude people helping my guest. It’s a way you can talk to a paying guest without an attitude. If you don’t want to go to work DONT GO! Their customer service score gets a 0 from me.

I do my best to leave good reviews for companies that treat me with respect and courtesy. This UPS Store is amazing and the customer rep that met me at the desk is a wonderful asset to any company. I regularly ship packages to my daughter in college and I previously went here and the people there were amazing in the package was shipped with great care. Another day ended up going to a FedEx office and was treated poorly like I was an aggravation to the customer when I was trying to get a package shipped to my daughter. She made it very obvious when I walked in the door that she did not want to deal with me without even speaking to me first. My daughters items or left on the counter still in the bag that I took them in and the lady said she will take care of it period I did not have any comfort in leaving that store with those items not even in a box. I had a nother shipment and decided to go back to the UPS Store on Heckle Boulevard.This UPS Store make sure to put my daughters things in a box, they did not act like I was an aggravation to them,the lady at the front new my face from previous visits she was smiling and helpful, and made me feel like an appreciated customer. I think her name is Jacklyn. I would just like to express as a person who ships frequently that I will highly recommend this UPS Store. The workers here are so nice and respectful. they are not rude. They are very helpful . They try to get you in and out as fast as they can .

I had a box that was delivered to me ripped and damaged. I call UPS and they had the person from the Rock Hill,SC distribution office return my call. Diana from that office told me to take the box to the local UPS store, which is 1735 Heckle Blvd #103. In that store I was informed by the owner a Mr. Hari (No last name) told me he would not take the package, would not give me a receipt for the return and would not guarantee UPS would accept the package back. I was shocked. When I told this gentleman that I was advised to bring my package to him he said he did not care and would not guarantee anything for me. I was so upset, since this was sensitive medical supplies that I just had to leave. Now I have to go all the way to the distribution center to make the return tomorrow. This man was of no help, he was rude, and he said he is an independent owner who could do what he wanted. DO NOT GO THERE!! Who knows what will happen to you packages.

Awful.. they took my direct tv equipment return and told me they would take care of everything. Now I get a bill from direct tv for $300 for not returning equipment.

As a local small business owner I often ship with Hari. Over the years not only has he gone out of his way to provide top level service he always does it with a smile. When I drop off an item that needs to be packed and shipped or need copies I know that the job will be done properly and fast.

Taking the time while standing in line outside to say how completely absurd it is that this store has one employee on duty at 4:00 and they are allowing only 3 people in at a time..... there’s currently 9 people waiting to get in. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes just to get inside!!!!! Awful!!!

I shipped a wedding gift and it was not packed properly. It arrived in pieces. This UPS store on Heckle was not helpful at all in refunding for the damages. Ive been waiting for weeks for them to do something and still no resolution. The employees are rude and not helpful. I would not use this store for any reason.
