Extremely extremely rude will def go somewhere else!!! It is a well stocked store and have lots of sale items but never enough staff.

ALWAYS very short-staffed in Pharmacy...picking up prescriptions takes forever!

Several times now my medications were held for “insurance” or for instruction verification.This is “helpful” to the point of interfering with my treatment. They held back my medication for three days ($18 retail) while I was bedridden with pain and swelling. The explanation I was given “held pending insurance, no action necessary”. I had to find this out and clear it up myself. It turns out my insurance only covers 30 supply. My dr wanted me to try to reduce the dose at the end of the week by one pill, but Have enough for a month in case the reduced dosage did not work out. So that I could finally get relief I settled on 30 day supply based on the reduced dose .Well It did not work out and I had to take the full dose so ran out in 22 days, and I couldn’t refill till 30 days.So I got a new prescription for the same stuff but the doctor modified the dosage again my prescription is delayed, No other explanation other than pending approval. I had to call Walgreens several times to find out the problem and explain the doctors instructions. When they did fill that prescription, I had to stand in line a second time so the pharmacist could explain to me the dosage, that same information that I had explained to them over the phone hours earlier.THIS IS NOT HELPING, It is interfering withtrtreatment.

My review is for the pharmacy — specifically for the pharmacist today. She was extremely helpful and kind and helped me out in a bad situation (I was reacting poorly to a generic scrip) and she worked all day to get the name brand prescription in stock for me, get authorization for my insurance, and suggested that I could probably find a coupon to help with the cost. In the midst of dealing with horrible medicine side effects this pharmacy was compassionate, prompt, and helpful. Thank you so much.

The pharmacist told me that they were all out of a certain medication. I asked her to contact The nearest store to see if they might have it. She then told me that all Walgreens were out of my medication due to the Distributor. after a wild goose Chase to CVS and Walmart, which do not take good RX for narcotics. I called the other nearest Walgreens myself and asked If they had it, sure enough they did.

This walgreens sucks. They told me over the phone they would have a time-sensitive prescription ready for me to pick up the next day. I walked there and had to wait 25 minutes and they informed me that they could not give it to me yet. So I walked back the next day, waited 35 minutes, and got my prescription, only to realize when I got home that they forgot half of what I needed. Now my time-sensitive medicine is all messed up just because they didnt read their computer screen right!!!! Very infuriating.

The employees are always so kind and helpful. The pharmacy people are not kind, and the two times that I have stopped there to fill a cold med script from my doctor is always a hassle. They are so rude and put out in the pharmacy.

Horrible.. first in line and I still have to wait for half hour for prescription to get filled for my daughter who has strep throat.. no hello hi nothing... Half hour?! Really any other Walgreens get it done in 15mins.. worse Walgreens ever.. never coming back after today!!!!

Some of the most rude and genuinely unhelpful pharmacy staff Ive ever encountered. They will take your refill by phone, wait a week, and when you show up inform you that you need to wait another week. It might be your mistake--but a phone call. Sometimes they will make you wait in the store for 2 hours for a prescription that, eventually, they discover they dont have in stock. Never had a positive encounter, smile, hello, or polite treatment here.

It is quick and convenient. The workers are always freindly and willing to help.

If you wanna wait 9 hours for one script to be filled while ur sick and not feeling good and then sit in line for another 40 minutes this is the place to go😉😒
