Horrible customer service. Pain out rude, and they act like robots over the phone or something. Had someone go to Rock Springs to get two gallons of paint Sunday, she got the wrong color. I paid for the newest paint called Dynasty. Cost me a pretty penny. I asked if there was anyway to just swap the two gallons for the exact color I needed, which is just plain white. I have to drive an hour and half down there, and instead of being helped out, just pay again for another two gallons of paint. Not very good hospitality, or service at all. They wouldn’t even consider helping me out, it’s insulting and disrespectful. Learn to have some compassion seriously..
Staff were fine, nothing too amazing per say. Products are usually top notch. They have an isle for individual ratchets and wrenches and sockets which is amazing when you need a 3/8 drive wrench that breaks often. Plenty of space as well in and out of the store, though that is a must when they drive forklifts around.
The new guy in the Paint Department is HORRIBLE! I asked him a simple question and not only was he WRONG but he answered me in the most snarkiest way like he was Mr. Know It All! Then I received my paint without the supplies that usually come with it. They should really stick him somewhere else where he isn’t interacting with customers. I definitely won’t be going back here for paint!This is sadly my only complaint about this Home Depot because the rest of the staff is Amazing!
An woman named Dawn was the most helpful employee I had ever met. I went in there super stressed out about finding blinds to fit a bunch of different window in my house that were all different measurements. She helped give me advice about getting them cut just a little smaller than the window so they dont rub again the framing and eventually become damaged over time, then she happily cut them for me. I came in a few days later and she helped me figure out how to measure for vertical blinds and genuinely wanted to help me. I was nervous about buying the wrong ones and she was more than happy to tell me that if they didnt work out to just bring them back and well keep trying until we get the right ones. This woman most definitely went above and beyond what was expected of an employee and with such patience!
The reason for the 5 stars is at the end of this long post! Went in looking for several big items.. as I know right now everything is back stock. Asked the lady in the large appliances about refrigerators and she said all the ones we wanted were back stocked and good luck. My husband asked if she could check other stores she told us no but she could give us the numbers and we could call!!? Seriously?? She finally called another store after my husband had words with her. We had several more things to get but after that interaction we were not expecting anything good! And then Gillian in the paint department totally gave us our faith back in humanity! I needed a a perfect match to cabinets we had previously purchased at this store, it wasn’t coming up in their system so she walked back to the cabinets and brought back ONE OF THE CABINETS!!! WOW! Now that is amazing customer service! Thank you Gillian! We will be returning!
Not a whole lot of other options for a lot of the things I need so it sure is nice to have in town. Most of my visits are good but we’ve had some bad experiences ordering things.
Great selection, one them places a person could go and spend all day looking at tools and smelling the lumber.
Took my German Shepherd in for the first time. SHE LOVES HOME DEPOT! Several customers and employees approached my GSD to pet her. She was in lala land with all of the affection she ws getting. A great socialization skill that is essential for all dogs. We had such a great experience that why go anywhere else from now on...

This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. If your price on something has changed, maybe you should label it as the correct price instead of refusing the price listed and being extremely rude about it, then proceed to have your employee rip the price tag off then call your customers liars.
A gentleman there actually asked if I needed assistance which was refreshing, and knew exactly what I was talking about and where it was. Reasonable cost. Fast check out. Good experience.
We ordered a freezer on Black Friday (November) and were told it would take until mid-December for it to be delivered. A short while later we were called and told it would not be delivered until January. Then a while later, not until the beginning of February. Today I received another call and now it wont be delivered until March. I called to talk to somebody who blamed all of this on COVID. And said there was nothing they could do. I said I was not dealing with a third party, I was dealing with Home Depot who took my money and who gave me a shipping date and estimate on subsequent delivery date. I was told what do you want me to do? (this was Megan). I asked what the company policy was in a situation like this. I got no suggestion from her. How about free delivery or a discount or something to keep me satisfied as a customer???? They are fixing to lose this sail as I am ready to go someplace else -- even if I have to pay more.
It was fun to go in and check out all do it yourself. Ideas it is a great atmosphere to stimulate your creativity

Bill is super helpful, but busy, took the time to explain my project, but I had to wait for my turn. Worth being patient for the knowledge he shared.
Found what I went for and more. Staff was polite and professional. Cleaning supplies were fairly well stocked, though still limited to 2 per customer still. Good to see clorox back on the shelves. No lysol yet unfortunately. Hopefully soon.

Great place for chickens to eat near the shop tonight at least the next right to be in touch and be in a hurry and get 666th 6AM in a few months ago when you are doing a good job on your home for the 66next to 6AM and the closer you get the more you are going 6through the more likely 6AM the next day and then to get to know the other side and 6AM to get a better understanding about it Im not going anywhere in my prayers to get a job and most everything I need is a great way of doing it is to help you butcher your life is a great place for you and you are a good friend and you will need a little more help you will be done by the end is it

Home Depot is only missing a Genie in a bottle. Their staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. They have a wide selection of products and can meet most if not all home DIY projects.
Still love the Home Depot... I wish I didnt hear bad stories from my friends, about them but, it shouldnt take 2.5 hours to round up and pay for wood and rebar...

Appliance department is an absolute joke! From trying to find a sales person to finding something in stock. No one seems to know anything or really care. The whole department just seems to be an afterthought or possibly run by toddlers. They might as well just let you know up front that if you purchase something its going to be a nightmare. Thats if course its in stock and not back ordered indefinitely.

Always fun to go to home depot. They have just about everything. Unfortunately there is the downside that all big box stores have, some things lose a personal touch, sometimes you think the price is good but it isnt, and sometimes its hard to find the right help. Nothing that keeps me from coming back though.
They had what I needed at a great price. I found the employees helpful, patient with me, and a pleasure to work with.
Perhaps I am in some way biased, but I love this place.
Pros:Affordable building supplies and tools.Cons:-Staff is not knowledgeable about the products they sell.-Will Call orders are not to be trusted and must be inspected for quality before leaving store.-A lot of timber is warped.-Staff avoids responsibility by sending customers to irrelevant sections of store.-Products such as sheet-rock, cabinets, glass, etc are not handled with care.

They must have had a meeting recently about items being stolen...my husband and I were in the sprinkler system area, an older gentleman employee approached us said hello and then just stood there watching us while we looked for the sprinkler parts we needed. He didn’t ask if we needed help just stood there watching us expecting us to try and steal a dollar sprinkler part. Next time we need sprinkler parts, we will just order online from Lowe’s

If youre going in for something that you can just pick out and buy and leave, its great. We went in for a washer and dryer set tonight and not only were we told that they had none of them in stock, but the salesman did not seem to care whether we even bought something, let alone if we were happy with our experience. Spoiler alert: we werent. He told us nothing about features they had, gave us no reason to buy, and looked like he could not wait for the transaction to be over so that he could leave. Which, he did. Immediately after the sale was made. We asked, simply, if we would be notified when our order arrived and were told that no, we would have to call after about 10 days, because they were prepping for Black Friday. Ive never been displeased with the service Ive received from this Home Depot before, and I love their prices, but for another large purchase like this, I think Ill just spend a little extra and shop online or go to SLC.
Service could be better. Stood there in view of employees and did not get assistance for what seemed like 30 min.

Definitely lower cost than some other places. Sometimes it feels like no one wants to help you or that you feel like you are an inconvenience, asking for help. It could also be a little easier to find things, especially simple things you would expect on a shelf.... Oh there it is at the end of an isle or in a box display totally away from where you would expect it to be.
All in all a good store. Getting help is somewhat of a task at times, but everything seems to go smooth after that. The new app makes it easy to find items in a rather large store setting, but they usually have what I need and at a decent price.
The employees are very knowledgeable and actually know where items are located when you ask them.
I was able to find the things I needed with no issues, however I asked twice for assistance to get a toilet down....after 45 min. And no Im not joking! A very nice customer helped me out.

I was in your store on 7.16.19 at approximately 2:30 pm wanting to get a certain type & size shipping boxes. Had checked web site before hand on stock availability was happy to see that was 21 available because I needed 10. Went to Checkout / Customer Service one girl on phone & the other having a conversation unrelated to store with customer in front of. So I then found another employee who directed me to the far wall to the left & what I was looking for wasnt the there. An employee by the name Jeremy was kind enough to ask if I needed assistance in which had helped but there was only one box. He then went to check in stock room & there werent any. He stated that your store would be getting a delivery on Friday. Kudos to him !!!! Thats what I call Customer Service !!!!! 👍
Every single time we come here the staff is not friendly and has a huge attitude when we ask where something is. Tonight they looked at me like I was dumb when I asked where something was. The associate told me it was in isle 11. When I couldn’t find it I asked another associate who was equally as annoyed by my request and found what I was looking for in a completely different isle. I wish this was a one time experience, but it’s the same experience every time. We’d definitely shop some place else if there were more choices in Rock Springs.
I wish the people were a little bit more knowledgeable. Overall staff is friendly. The store is clean. The customer service isnt too bad. Weve had to do some returns before, and though a bit sluggish they have typically taken care of us.

First time using curbside pickup and it wasnt too bad a little confusion because the extension to call on the sign had to be rerouted at one time but still got to somebody that helped me and brought my stuff out and I was on my way.
Was denied veterans discount even having veterans designation on my state drivers license. RS store requires special registering with their store before giving Veterans a discount even though the policy put out to the public clearly states that you just need to be able to prove you are a veteran to receive discounts on Holidays. RS special policy is sure to take enough time for the Holiday to pass, ie VETERANS prepare for the run around with RS home depot, and no discount.In the end, Lowes in Utah was glad to give me a discount for the $3100 I spent on a zero turn mower.

WHAT THE HECK IS THAT BLACK AREA WITH STRIPES AND A FEW TREES MIXED IN?????? A WHAT?????? PARKING LOT??????HAHAHAHA! NO WAY. NOOOOOOOOThat is the most ill designed parking area I have ever ever seen. It might, maybe, work for small small compact vehicles. In fact I was recently side swiped there in their lot causing $600 damage to my vehicle and luckily the person stayed around to accept responsibility for his actions. That parking area is not for pick up trucks or vehicles with trailers. Its not even fit for large cars. At least put the parking spaces on an angle so that you can get in-and-out of the spaces. They were a real dummy whoever designed It. The person that approved that design is just as bad.I would give the people that work there a C So far as their knowledge and helpfulness in the store. Thats generally. There or a few employees that are very helpful and very knowledgeable also. The cull lumber is a joke, its as though somebody scattered a Box of wooden match sticks and threw them on a cart. I have gone to other home depot stores and it is well organized and they move that lumber quickly. Who wants the dig through all of that tangled the mess..? I like the store and I go there and put up with the shortcomings. The manager is key to the success of a store. Somebody needs a fire kit under ther chair.

I would give no starts but you can’t. Terrible service in this store. We came 2 hours to buy a bathroom vanity and couldn’t get anyone to help us see what’s in stock. We finally gave up on the vanity and we’re going to the flooring department to get one other thing we needed. Again couldn’t get help and couldn’t find the item. We left with nothing!! Drive to Casper or Cheyenne to Menards they have way better service. They lost over $500 in sales but probably don’t care.
