Worst service ever!!! They deserve no stars! Unsafe work, lost parts and still returned truck claiming there work was safe and complete. Please do not waste your time and money, extremely unprofessional! Left truck with them for 3 weeks and still was not done right, had to take to different shop because I did not feel comfortable with the service! Their name is Integrity Auto but they have NO INTEGRITY!!!

At Integrity Tire and Auto I felt like they didnt take advantage of me. Being a women and having little knowledge of cars and tires I feel like a lot of tire/mechanic companies take advantage of single moms or anyone who doesnt know what they are doing lol! But with Integrity they talked to me and made sure I understood everything with my car, they asked before they did any mechanic work and made sure I gave my approval. Also, they didnt screw me over with prices. They have the lowest mechanic rate in town, and lowest tire prices as well. I was really impressed with the service and prices. I would definitely recommend everyone to give this new tire company a chance! They are great.

I came in from Salt Lake City, I had bought a car from a dealership that had a number of problems, their mechanic couldnt figure out the issue at the dealership so, I took it a few other places and me being a teenage girl was treated like a joke, but then I found integrity tire! Their mechanic was about to find the issue, order the part and have it fixed all in 24 hours! They listened to me when I told them what was happening and didnt treat me like a joke! Thank you integrity tire!

Integrity tire is amazing! Fast, hard and efficient work! I would highly recommend them to anyone over any other shop in rock springs!
