Good selection, and glad we didnt have to travel out of town to find what we were looking for. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We had a great experience.

My son is disabled and on a fixed income. Unfortunately the boots he purchased last year from Boot Barn were a couple weeks beyond a year old. After my son purchased his boots last year he moved to Arkansas temporarily when his boots started falling apart. He asked around about boot repair but no one knew anything about it. There wasnt a Boot Barn in Arkansas where he was staying. So my son had no way to return his boots. I forgot to mention these where his very first boots he ever purchased.My son recently returned to WY and today we went in our local Boot Barn to look around and to ask if anyone does Boot repair in the area. Marshall the General manager was more than happy to help my son. As my son explained what hes been going through with his boots Marshall shared his knowledge about the nearest boot repair places. Unfortunately those places are in Colorado. Marshall also told my son about the possibility of Danpost helping him with repair or even replacement. He told my son to try them before trying to have them repaired. He also said if we have issues with Danpost to let him know.My son contacted Dan post and they told him they wouldnt do anything at this point and basically rushed him off the phone without hearing him out. My son called Marshall with the disappointing news and Marshall was more than kind and had us bring the defective boots in for replacements. Again he took time to educate my son on how to care for his boots and showed him how to use the silicone spray we purchased. All I can say is Marshall you are awesome and definitely deserve the position you have with Boot Barn. You made my disabled son very happy today, thank you for your kindness 😊

Loved stopping here great boots, the owner is really nice and they have a dirt lot in the back for truck drivers.. Was really happy with there customer service! We will be back!

They have a good selection of adult cowboy and Western boots. I couldnt find anything for my kids.

Should really be called Western wear barn. Boot selection in store was abysmal. Guys work boots are an afterthought. I didnt check the womens but they selection was smaller and shared with kids. They have a lot better selection online and offer ship to store but really how many western cut shirts does a shoe store need....

Very friendly service

Did have a good selection of FR clothing. Sales people were nice and friendly. My husband got a pair of FR jeans. We were on the road and noticed the security tag was still attached. We had to turn around and get it removed. Location was nice, except parking area.

Wonderful. I love the friendly service I get when I come here. It is always so clean and organized. It is well worth the hour and a half drive.

Always excellent help at Boot Barn.

They do boot stretching but won’t stretch boots that are “used” due to covid-19. I suggest going to someone else that won’t use it as an excuse.

Okay, so this visit started out a really shaky/I was not happy at all. Customer service wasnt impressive to start. HOWEVER - Diane / Diana was helping my husband and I, with our purchase/ checkout, and totally redeemed the visit! She is a true credit to this store. The help is lazy and unhelpful when asked about getting a pair of boots I was met with a simple, dry, “what we have, is what’s on the rack” they almost seemed racist. Eager to help other customers more like themselves. Glad we were just passing through.

Me and my husband went in to find boots for a friends wedding for us and our 2 year old daughter, the ladies working were above amazing they were great with my 2 year old very efficient and even took time to help entertain my daughter so we could try on boots! Walked in and all employees were standing around, clearly not working. I needed to use the bathroom they said there wasn’t one for customers. My mom was looking to buy a pair of boots, no one was helping, all were standing around like idiots. I had to ask for help and got minimal help, asked a question and got a one word response. We left, not wanting to spend money at a place that employs lame people like that!!

Im assuming that they want you to spend money, but as we were shopping we needed to use the bathroom and were told to go across the street to McDonalds!
