Not enough can be said of the excellent service they provide to travellers. In and out in under an hour, replaced 2 tires on my trailer. Excellent prices and Alicia went above and beyond, adjusting one of the wheel bearings on my trailer.Five Stars!

Was traveling from Oregon to Illinois. Got a flat outside of Rock Springs Wyoming. Called Les Schwab and they came right out to fix me up. Once Tyler got there he removed my tire and saw one of my bolts from my brakes was missing which caused the flat. He made sure to get us fixed up enough to get to their shop. We were greeted by Vince who went above and beyond even stayed 2 hrs past closing to make sure we were safe and got back on the road. We are 2 young girls with a car full of animals and a uhaul trailer. I will forever be greatful for that team and all they did for us. Thank you guys so much! Amazing customer service.

Great staff. Needed tire repair while passing through Rock Springs. Tire was repaired in a very timely fashion and there was not even a charge for service. Highly recommend.

I came in here the first month I moved to Rock Springs. It was highly recommended by my church pastor back home in California because he’d been to one there, must say, you guys did not disappoint. Alicia was so nice and helpful. She checked it out, found a big nail in my tire, she patched me up and sent me on my way. Such a Blessing. There was another guy who’d helped me by checking the pressure to all of my tires and kept conversation while we waited for the patching. So professional and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back here for all my tire needs. Thanks for making us feel like family.

2/3 of the way into a 3,000 mile drive, I lucked into a nail somewhere. Because it’s a run flat tire, Walmart referred me to this Les Schwab. As I parked, a manager walked out to greet and inquire how he could help. Minutes later, I’m stunned to hear that there is no charge. That’s a pretty persuasive pitch for customer engagement and loyalty, so I’ll be finding a LS center as soon as we arrive at our new home in Washington! Nice crew, clean, good waiting area.

Good costumer service

I was on vacation with my family and far from home when we picked up a screw in one of our tires. Took it to Lee Schwab. They were out to greet me before I was even parked. I was back on the road within 7 minutes. And best of all, their free tire repair meant I didnt have to use some of our vacation money to fix it.

Stopped by this morning and was greeted before I even made it across the parking lot. All staff was friendly and professional. The whole process was easy and smooth. Which is impressive being only open for a few months. The car ride home was smooth as ever thanks to these guys.

Had a flat on I-80 about 15 miles out of town. Limped into town on a worn out donut spare. I had barely climbed out of my car and a nice gentleman came out to see how he could help me. I showed him my flat tire, and he said hed see if it was repairable. Turns out it wasnt, so I ended up replacing the flat tire and another tire that needed replacing anyway. Once we decided on the tire, the crew had my car in the bay within seconds. 20 minutes later I had two new tires and was back on I-80. The entire experience took less than an hour. The staff at this location was super courteous and helpful.

Best customer service ever

Overpriced service, plenty of local shops that do a better job at a better price. Example: Brand new tires mounted and balanced that were not bought from les Schwab is $50 a tire for “liability”. What a joke.Follow up, “Nate” indicated this was for specialty tires only but was not the case when I called les Schwab. I informed them I needed a 185/55/16 winter tire installed. Which is a very small car tire that is fairly common. Hardly a specialty tire I would think. Ultimately went to plains for a $25 per tire charge.

Great costumer service. Work was done quickly.Had a brake job done.They quoted me standard rotors and pads, which were installed. I wanted to upgrade to a higher quality rotor. The tech had already installed the standard rotor before I realized it. I asked for the other rotors, and they installed them on my vehicle no questions asked.

The kind of honesty I found at Les Schwab here today is the kind youthank God for! Your kindness is appreciated, thank you.

Traveling through Wyoming back to CA and had tire losing air. Call this Les Schwab they were waiting for us. That staff was so fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. Found the rim was cracked. Although they didn’t have a replacement we were able to come up with a fix in order to get us back to CA. Such an amazing group of guys

Was on vacation and my wheel bearing went out being a 1000 miles from home these guys were awesome they had to order a part so we had to get a hotel for the night they gave me my wife and our dog a ride to a local hotel had our car ready to go the next morning when i picked up my car they informed me i had a bad tire also and they replaced it with a great used tire for free so our trip would be safe thanks guys you rock

They were the best value of the 3 estimates I got on my joints/struts. Consistent in pricing. They were patient with my research and scheduling changes. I had everything set up and ready, they still had no problem taking my husbands call after tons of time with me and no problem with his detailed questions as he knows cars and parts by brand/reputation etc and had to contemplate having it done or doing it himself.. Annoying issue of creaking and squealing fixed, and guarenteed. Tee was my go to guy from the beginning....the others did well too!!! The female even inquired on my door handle that I forgot to tell her now has a trick to it...aka, she was honest.

So glad I found this Les Schwab. Hooked up my 5th wheel early this morning and my tpms showed one of my back tires at 30 lbs. Took my truck over and they opened officially at 0800 but let me in early. They had me fixed up and back on the road within an hour. I tried to pay them and they would not take anything. Tried to tip the tech and he would not take it. WOW. Did I mention they had to remove the rear wheels off my dually? Pretty hard work not to charge me. These are good folks and a great dealership. From now on, all my tires are from Les Schwab.

We simply went in to get our tires checked due to low pressure light and they couldn’t have been more courteous. They checked all 4 tires and aired them up. We will go back for any service we might need.

This place got me back on the road when no one else would. Out of the 10 or so tire shops in rock springs, I called all of them and had 19 inch rims with sport tires and none of them could offer a solution. Les Schwab got me home, no one else could seem to ❤️❤️
