We have worked closely with Emily to purchase a modular. She has been amazing. She has been patient, prompt, and helpful. She holds a lot of knowledge and is regularly up to date with information regarding building time, upgrades available, and costs associated with the build. Wyoming Factory has been amazing to work with! Betsy has always been available when we had questions, needed information and just helping us through the process. Do not believe any of these positive reviews! Emily offers to pay people for good reviews! She did this to us! We didnt accept any money but wrote her a review because of course picking out your home, and decor is fun and enjoyable! But just wait till you see the product they deliver! Its a joke! They play the blame game and point the finger at every one else but themselves! Ya, she can sell you, but thats all she can do! Please please please dont fall for this place like we did! Its April and we are still not in our home! Emily promised me we would be in by Thanksgiving....then Christmas! Still not completed and shes blamed everyone else!!! Take some responsibility! I wish I could post pictures of what you get! We had to finish the inside of our home ourselves!We have also had contractors contact us about them not being paid, and now they are taking them to court!

Wouldnt buy anything ever again from this place Emily will say how you will be taken care of and what a great place they are..we bought a home in July finally delivered the home 5 weeks ago and its still sitting in our driveway!!! We have made numerous calls and you can guarantee each one of them will say the same thing. I figure they have a script and simply read it off. Ive told them several times to come get it and now seeking legal advice..

Emily at Factory Homes spent a lot of time with us during the whole process. It is nice to be able to work with a local company you can call, stop by or text with questions, even if she was out of town, she would get back with us. If she did not know the answer she would get it for us.She came out and inspected the property to make sure we had things correct and also came out for the final walk through with the manufacturer. It is definitely a process and things did not always go smoothly, but with persistence and patience, on all parts, things work out.

Disappointed by experience with factory homes; should have bought my Champion Home from someone else.When you build a home in Wyoming you expect to run into delays due to weather and labor shortages.However you do not expect your home installer (factory homes) to be so incompetent, they failed to read the home plans/contract and then required multiple, multiple as in many reminders just too poorly or fail to install things like siding, crawl space insulation and central air, heat tap on water lines and door/cover for crawl space entrance.Seven months after install the heat tape and siding install are still not completed two important items that protect the home from weather. Factory homes have repeatedly promised to finish their job and then fail to show and if the project manager responds to inquires you just get excuses and they still do not get the installs completed.The most common excuse for the failure is bad weather; however this is quite untrue as the weather has been fine for months, and part of the work is indoors.In short buy you home else where even if it costs more you will save money in the long run!!!!!!!!!!!

This is absolutely the WORST company! They can sure sell you, and make promises, but they can not keep or stand by anything they say!! I can guarantee the reviews on here are paid for! The quality of the home is extremely disappointing!!! We were promised several times to be in our home by thanksgiving.....then they said Christmas....now its March and we are still not in! We have had several problems with the home... leaky roof, a furnace that is not large enough to heat our home,---the company suggested we purchase space heaters to solve this problem, poor finish work (my husband and I have to finish the home ourselves).A contractor got in touch with us to let us know they are going to court to try and get payment from them. This is not the first Ive heard of this company not paying there contractors! I have been in touch with others that have purchased a home from this company and they are dealing with many troubles like we are. Apparently they dont pay there contractors but sure want there money. How bout you finish the house first???? Crazy idea! The list is long on why you shouldnt purchase from them. Please save your time, money and sanity and go somewhere else!!!!

Emily helped us through our long and oftentimes frustrating construction project. Through it all, she was always smiling, friendly, and professional, even when she didnt have all the answers we wanted. I recommend Factory Homes for the quality of the modular house and the courteous service.

I definitely recommend these guys. Emily has been nothing but helpful and has given so much of her time and knowledge to help me even prior to us being under contract. I work shift work, and even though it is not expected, she makes herself available on all kinds of off hours.

My first review was much more favorable the buying process was really good and Emily was great to work with. The home was built quick but it was damaged in transportation to the site and I have now waited 30 days for answers. I am being told after 30 days of waiting that the repairs will be completed and delivery next week. If you purchase a home from them and have issues with damage dont expect it to go smooth my regret is not hiring an attorney when it happened. This past month has been very stressful because of not knowing when or if our house would ever be delivered to our site. We are now a month behind of schedule getting a repaired house. The house sat 47 days getting repaired was sat on the foundation and the dff was completed then I find out the proper inspections were not done and they want me to sign a warranty because champion wont warranty my home. Champion wants to pull the roof off the house to make sure there is no damage. The trucking company that hauled my house is now threatening me because FHO is withholding money from them I was told they could legally charge 18% but my home is paid in full. I made a very reasonable offer to try and get this past 6 months of hell behind me but now feel I have no option but to get an attorney. You do sign a contract to protect FHO from any liability but you would think they would try and protect their customers when their contractor causes this much hell for them

The most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with. One excuse after another. Check out their Facebook page....oh, wait they took it down.Maybe if you paid your sub contractors and did what you promised you would have so many un happy customers. Maybe you could contact Emily and her husband in eastern Wyoming to complete their home. Another very in happy customer.
