Stopped in for a tire pressure check after my light came on. Turns out I had a nail. They also noticed I was overdue for my maintenance and were able to do that while I was there as well. Ahlysha went above and beyond and got me a ride to the mall so I didn’t have to wait there. This is my second Subaru and I will never go anywhere else.
I was crazy nervous to take my car to a dealer after reading the bad reviews on Google, but my experience here was very pleasant. Great service, friendly, timely. Had an appointment for two recalls on my 2017 Subaru Impressa. They quoted 2 to 2 and a half hours and took 2 hours. Waiting room was very nice with huge tv, snacks, and cold bottled water. Nice comfortable chairs too. While in the waiting room, I over heard someone else that was in the waiting room, they had come in to tell her that some of her lug nuts and studs were stripped or broken, and asked her if she wanted them replaced, and the cost. I liked seeing that, some dealers just fix things and tack it onto the bill. So it ends up being a nice surprise when you get your bill. So the fact that they ask for permission for such a minor fix is very comforting. I will definitely take my car here again in the future.

Not bad! Came to get warranty work done and the process went pretty smoothly. Service was completed in a timely fashion. The only reason it gets four stars is because the appointment system and communication with customer and appointment takers and service needs work.
I was very disappointed. I was quoted one price then charged another, in the past.UPDATEToday 12/21/19, I had an issue with my license plate holder. I stopped at the dealership and was greeted very good. They took my car back and fixed it for me. I expected a charge but was pleasantly surprised they didnt even charge me for the service.Thank you, your staff was great!

Was able to set up my appointment on line very easily. When I arrived was greeted and was treated extermly nicely by the staff. The work was completed in the time frame I was told, and all discounts I found online were applied to final price.

Very confident and happy with the work. As well most dealers, there is a price premium you pay for that service, but they really want the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied.

Good service but probably the highest prices around for routine oil changes etc. Almost forgot, my first oil change on my 2018 Crosstrek & rotation. Oil filter was damaged . They fixed the problem later upon my return but oil smell lasted a couple days in the cabin. 2 visits for 1 oil change and 3 + hours of my time . Maybe a free oil change or some type of coupon for next service. I did get an apology but still paid $80 for oil change and tire rotation .

Our Forester woke up with a dead battery. I hooked up my battery charger and it reported that the battery connection was incorrect. I was sure that the leads werent reversed and became suspicious of the battery (i.e., internal short). Having heard stories about batteries exploding when charged made me uncomfortable about hooking it up to another battery so I called Napleton Service.The tow truck arrived within a hour and shortly afterward the Forester was delivered to Napletons. I got a call to confirm the delivery of the vehicle at Napletons. A short time later we received a call that the battery was fully discharged. The problem was a bag of salt in the cargo area (a nice thing to have when driving in Northern Illinois) was interfering with the closure of the rear hatch resulting in the storage area lamp remaining lit and the discharge of the battery. The battery was on the charger and would be read later that day.We went to pick our vehicle expecting to pay for the service and the tow. The Forester is still under warranty but I didnt think this problem was covered so I was prepared to write a check. I was surprised when they said there was no charge, including the tow.This outcome is in direct contrast to what I learned to expect from dealership service. Im planning to buy a new car in the fall and you can bet that Napletons will be the dealer that I will visit first. Thanks Guys,
