I worked with Gary Judd and Mike Price when helping my mom purchase her new car. Gary was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to get her the best interest rate for her loan. Mike took the time to answer all of my moms questions regarding the Forester and Outback. Once the decision was made to purchase the Outback, Mike made sure my mom knew how to operation all of the programs that came with the car. Never buy a used car from them. Bought my daughter an 08 jeep from them.. They said they did an all points inspection.. Front end starts making noises.. I call their service says call Salls. Never got a call back.. Took the car to Firestone Struts and A frame shot. $1800 in repairs.. I get used cars.. but when you say youve done an inspection and obviously you didnt.. cause what Firestone showed me.. its obviously you didnt even look.. stupid me should have climb under the car and checked.. but test drive seemed to be good.. and took them at their word. and was quiet for a couple weeks.. but its shot. She listened to my needs and educated me accordingly. Justine knew the product line well and introduced me to all the various models then helped me design a car with just the right features for my Sweetheart. Justine procured my final selection from an out-of-state dealer since she didn’t have exactly what I wanted here in Rockford.Justine’s mannerism’s and approach to helping customers made my car shopping experience a pleasurable one. I made an appointment to have my vehicle checked on a Friday, I didn’t receive a call during the weekend so I called them on Monday and I was informed that they didn’t had a chance to do the diagnostic. I was informed that someone was going to call me on the evening but never received a call. Once again, I called them and again they were not able to check it and they didn’t really knew if they would have time to take a look at my truck the following day. I struggle to get to work for nothing.They just made me loose my time. I don’t really understand why do they give apppointments if they are not going to be able to do their job.
We were shopping for a used car for my daughter (new driver). We had been to 5 dealerships and Napleton Cadillac was our last stop. What a breathe of fresh air! We were immediately welcomed by J.R. He was a blessing and so wonderful to work with! No pressure, he asked what we were looking for and immediately got the keys to the cars we wanted to test drive. My wife and I stopped into Napleton Cadillac on Perryville to look at some used Cadillac’s on Saturday. We were promptly greeted by one of the sales members, and she was so helpful. We test drove about 4 or 5 used SUV’s and one sedan. We then came to an agreement on price, and the trade in value on out Jeep.While sitting in the show room area filling out paperwork, my wife found a new Cadillac CTS and fell in love with the car. The price was higher, but we were able to work with sales person, and a manger to come to agreement on prices.Two things I liked the best was low pressure from Staff, and willing to listen to our needs. Secondly when we were in the test drives I was amazed but the knowledge that she had about the cars we drove.A big thanks goes out to the Napleton team here in Rockford Il.Rick

I experienced a wonderful sales team when I purchased my XT5. Justine was my sales person and answered all of my questions before I asked. She was more than thorough in her presentation and went above with the offer to come to my home to set the garage door opener! I traded in a car back in March 2019 and purchased a used car. The car that was traded in was then sold to local auction and purchased by another dealer. The car was then sold to an individual who hit someone in another state In June 2019. The car was NEVER transferred from my name. I have been dealing with debt collectors for a $19k debt that I have nothing to do with. I contacted Napleton several time just to be told there is nothing they can do at this point. I feel Napleton dropped the ball on this trade in.
I’ve never reviewed a car dealer before but felt the need to give a warning. Check your oil level after they change it! The tech put a whole 4 QUARTS less than what’s required. If the most basic of services can’t be done properly I’m terrified to think how a more involved service would turn out. This is why my other vehicles’ oil has not been changed by anyone other than myself in 15 years! Extra star was for service advisor Ryan’s polite manner during check in/out process.

We worked with J.R. Henry and he was a delight.When we didnt find what we were looking for online it gave him and idea of what to look for. Sure enough, he found the right car for us. The other stores we went to werent trying to sell us anything, but he was willing to work with us and he knew his stuff. afterwards he went the extra mile to make sure that the front license plate was installed after the sell was complete and everything was in tip top shape.No regrets.

I did not purchase my Cadillac here. I purchased it at the GM dealership in Sycamore, I was so disappointed with their service that I made the 45 minute drive to Napelton and I am glad I did. Excellent service department. If I purchase another GM auto it will definitely be my 1st choice for a dealership.

I have been working with Napleton Cadillac for 10-12 years. Scott Nicoll, the sales manager is great to work with, I have purchased six Cadillacs from him, at this point. What really makes the experience complete is working with the service department. I usually work with Greg Langley, but they understand how to supply you with service without making it any more of an inconvenience than is necessary. I can get to three Cadillac dealerships in about the same amount of time, but always go to Napleton.
Dont trust Napletons! I was told my trade-in license plates would be destroyed. I received 8 tollway violations where my plates were used on 5 different vehicles. Plates in picture should NO signs of being bent/folded. I had to file a police report. Police have spoken to them, they said they followed their standard procedure. They LIED!WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!

Im going to to give this place a 3 star but i hope its seen my the manager there i did come there to get a car it was very nice my wife and i did not get anything there because of are credit. i ended at bowar and sons auto and well i got a car there its a great car. but here is what kind of why I am writing. I was kind of bothered by a story that the other manager told me, told me he applied at one of the stores there 4 years ago. be for working he is now and because of some shoes and a hat he was laughed out never got the job. so i googled each place i don,t even see one sales person with even half the reviews of what robert has. moral of this i guess they under judged him i happy i went to here i want.

Maybe they dont care about these professionals, but personally I want to know my car was handled by some who is not worries about losing their home or where their next meal is coming from. Idk, call me a softie for middle class Americans(which are becoming increasingly harder to find). Heres a letter they sent their staff, decide for yourself if this is the kind of people you want to do business with.

Worst place ever!! I do not recommend this place. Bad customer service. Not professional at all. They didnt even provide my second key at time of purchase last November . Now that the first one is lost they arent doing much to provide the second key or at least provide a different car. Its been 4 days that my car has been at a dealer for a key because they simply wont fax 2 papers the the dealer needs. Now my newborn missed his appointment for a kidney ultrasound because we have no way of getting there. And when i spoke to the manager to request at least a rental because they never gave us the second key he hung up on me. This place is a big headache.
I dropped my car off here a few weeks ago for warranty work and had a terrible experience. I was told that because a new turbo is needed it wouldnt be fixed for about a week. When I asked for a loaner they told me none were available, which could be understandable. However if you are going to have my vehicle for over a week and not accommodate me with another I find this to be unacceptable. Mike, the service manager, told me I can either pick my car up and drive it around or take it somewhere else. This dealership has shown no urgency or interest in providing its customers with the services that they have paid for. Last but not least the manner in which my vehicle was returned was nothing short of disrespectful. My car was left half way hanging out of my parking lot, and due to a recently broken foot I was not able to move it myself. When I go to inspect my car I notice my running boards are halfway knocked off on both sides. Worst customer experience ever with this place and I will never go back again!!
We had been looking for a Cadillac for a while. We stopped in to Napleton without an appointment after seeing they had one we wanted in stock and immediately were welcomed by Demian Wright. Demian made sure my wife, infant son and I were comfortable as they arranged for the car to be brought around. Nick Perkins was our direct salesman and was a joy to work with, no pressure, straight forward and incredibly helpful. Brian Langkamp additionally made sure we were well informed and had anything we could need. Wonderful overall experience and would highly recommend this team and dealer. Because of this experience not only did we purchase the vehicle same day, we plan to return when we replace my wife’s car.

I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership less than a year ago. The salesman was nice, all other aspects of my purchase have been the WORST! My Escalade has broken down 3 times on the side of the road, mind you I’m a single mom with 2 kids under the age of 7, and each time I got no assistance from the certification I purchased. This dealership has never had a loaner vehicle available or offered to reimburse a rental!!! In addition the service staff was so rude and unprofessional the first two repairs I had to have done at a Cadillac dealership 3x as far from my home!!! During the last repair, Napletons of Rockford not only lost my keys, when I went to pick up my vehicle after so called repairs, the battery was dead!! I still wasn’t offered a loaner or any arrangements to assist in transportation due to their error!! Lastly LOL as if this wasn’t enough I asked for a trade in offer and they offered 19000 less than the purchase price I paid just months ago, perhaps because they sold me a LEMON!!!! Missing my KIA 🙌
