Anderson Dodge,Chrysler,Jeep, I highly recommend. They service my jeep and only them. They have barriers up between the customers and their staff. The staff are ALL wearing masks, which makes me feel safer. The sales persons wont bother you if you are looking but are attentive when you want them to be. The service persons will get your automobile in and if you are waiting, will throughly explain what needs to be done and how much it costs BEFORE the work happens. Parts can be bought there and if not in stock can be ordered, usually overnight or within a few days, with or without paying up front first. I dont know who is in charge at this location of the Anderson franchise here in rockford butThe dodge, jeep, Chrysler dealership is the best from my standpoint hands down. Thanks everyone.

We bought a used car here and paid cash for it. Hear a knock in the engine the very next day, and tried to take it back to them. They would not take it back and told me they would work with me to find another car. We spent to weeks looking for another car that would fit our needs. When we finely found one, they said they would give us 6,000 dollars for the car. All total I paid over $10,000 for the bad car. They wanted us to give them another $5,300 dollars for a car that was almost the same price as the bad car we bought from them. I thought they would be fair, but I found out they where trying to cheat my and my wife. Please don’t buy from them. I don’t want the same thing to happen to anyone else.I have to be far here. They just called and said they would give me the cost of what I paid for the bad car. That still leaves us paying tax, license, and other fees all over again. We need to think about this, because we don’t want to get taken again.

They had my car for over a month then when I went and picked up my vehicle up it was dead as a doorknob and they locked the gate on me so now I probably cant get my car until Monday I am highly upset and disappointed, 04/10/21 they did give me a loner vehicle which I took very good care of and returned they opened the gate yesterday and I jumped my car and were home now

This location is Ford but there is a lot of others here today including 2 Cadillacs. My service person explained this has become the normal.I dont mind bringing my Jeep for oil changes to a Ford dealer but if my Ford needs specific service I always come here. I guess Im just old. Surprising to me is the Girls at the service counter. Again I guess Im just old. But good job, Ladies, in this mostly mans world.
Took my 2018 Ford f550 in for a check engine light. They were absolutely no help. The service person checking people in should not be doing what hes doing as it was like all he wanted to do was get me out of there by telling me they were two weeks out on service. When you spend over $70,000 on a vehicle that is only a few months old you would expect much better service. I honestly was embarrassed for whoever is running this outfit.
Always get good service & leave with information about upcoming issues or maintenance I might need to address. They give my car an oil change & inspection to get me ready for road trips several times a year. I dont leave home without them!

I cant even begin to describe this, but Ill try. Our appointment was at 9. We arrived about 8:45. The girls at the front desk were awesome. I checked out the service area. It was very clean and organized. As my wife pulled the car in we were told it wouldnt take long. Well they nailed it . It didnt take long for them to tell us we were at the wrong location and directed us to the right place.

Our 2017 Ford Explorer with 28,000 miles has been in the service department for over 5 weeks on 4 visits since October of 2018 due to a continuous transmission issue.Finally, on the fourth visit they learned that the transmission has an issue due to a defective casting from the foundry. The part is on back order as we wait.This dealerships service department is inept and had they properly diagnosed the problem the first time in October of 2018 or the second time in January of 2019 this would have been resolved long ago.We spoke with Linda of Ford Motor Company Customer Service who is an area supervisor and learned that they care very little about their customers and how much inconvenience that they cause.Take your service work elsewhere because when this dealership cannot properly service your vehicle, Ford Motor Company will stand idly by and be of no assistance.

They tried to tell me my car had an oil leak after a recall repair. Car hasnt leaked a drop since I got it and its a 2010 escape.
I purchased a used car a little over a month ago, and clearly you dont inspect these cars. the first one I was shown lost power as soon as I drove it out of the lot. the car I did purchase needs all new brake lines, theyre completely rusted out and failed me while I was on the highway. thank goodness no one was hurt. the calipers were bad, which took out the brake pads. the rotors needed to be replaced as well. so now Im about $1000 into this car. I understand buying used has risks, but buying from a dealership who goes on and on about how well tested these cars are should alleviate some of those risks. apparently not.

In the last 2 weeks I have visited Anderson Mazda, Jeep, and Mitsubishi. I can honestly say 2 of the 3 dealerships are sorry. Poor customer service. Dont waste your time going to their Mazda or Jeep dealership. Your better off driving somewhere else unless you like to be ignored or told to come back some other day when your more important to them.In fairness the Mitsu dealer has fairly decent customer service. That is why they get the 2nd star from me.
