George was our sales rep and he was amazing! He went over all of our options and answered all of our questions. He did not pressure us into purchasing something that we did not need or couldnt afford. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision. He was even quick to respond to a question I had about the phone the next day.

Zero stars actually. Do not go here. We went in to this store to purchase an iPhone 13. Worked with “Abe” who told us we were required to purchase a $250 additional package per phone. That was a lie. Told us we were required to take the insurance for at least a month for each phone. That was a lie. When we started questioning those required charges he told us we were “free to go somewhere else it’s a country.” We did. Beware - This is not a corporate store but an authorized dealer. When we told the Verizon corp store on 173 of our experience, they told us they get a lot of complaints about that store.
I cant say enough about our experience at this location! Kristina was amazing! She was so patient, so knowledgeable and such a great personality. Plus she solved my initial no signal problem. She then presented us with options that eventually convinced me that I needed to upgrade from my iPhone 7 to the iPhone 12. Of which, I was reluctant to do, but as I am writing this, am very glad that I did. We will always seek out Kristina on any future issues with our phones. Thanks again Kristina. Jeff Bieck

This Verizon store is incredible. Other store feel like used car lots, tons of pressure, switch and bait tactics, but not here. We had Ryan as a salesman and he was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ryan actually steered me towards products that would save me money because they were better products. Im totally happy with my experience at this store, and with Ryan who stayed late, and did not rush us. Wonderful salesman.
The customer service was extraordinary. I had the good fortune of working with a representative named Laela. She was able to seamlessly help me transfer my entire life (that was stored on my phone) from AT&T to Verizon. It was a profoundly easy and calming experience, considering such a monumental change. In addition to the obvious expertise that she brought, she was mindful of my apprehension and anxiety I had in breaking up with AT&T after a very painful relationship. I look forward to moving over to Verizon. I am reassured by this experience that this will be a very solid company.

Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD DEALING WITH PHONE SERVICE!!!!!! I WAS IN STORE FOR FOUR + HOURS WEDNESDAY APRIL 21ST,and today April 23, 2021 I still have no answers or resolution! Im absolutely disgusted with VERIZON!!
Great service and staff.DO NOT get the Black Ice polymer screen protector, STICK WITH ZAGG. The Black Ice does not cover scratches! It is not a good option. In no an effect on Cellular service - there are better options.

Terrible customer service and efficiency. I ordered and paid online and only had to pick up. There is no line for just pickup. You have to stand in line behind all the other customers who are shopping for their phones!! I think it’s terrible service during this Covid time to make people wait needlessly. I’ve picked up before at another Verizon store and it was an efficient process. I would not recommend this store unless you are bored and have an endless amount of time to wait. There needs to be a better manager to ensure a more efficient process.

Casey Jones does an amazing job for this store. I was very satisfied with his services.What I dont like is the efforts this store goes through to look like a Verizon store when they are actually an authorized retailer. If I had not dealt with Casey, I dont think I would feel comfortable allowing someone to play around with my account and they dont actually work for Verizon.The only place I saw the real name of the store was on the employees lanyards and on a business card. Yet you see the name Verizon on the outside of the store and a big V on the inside. To me, that is dishonest.....

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I spoke with Courtney over the phone and was excited to hear they were open. I have a crazy work schedule and I was hoping to get a birthday present for a family member before Monday. Courtney told me word for word, “that would take too long. I’m not going to stay here after closing time for that.” Her tone was rude and unprofessional as if she just helped the worst customer in the world and took it out on me. Once I pointed out her customer service she laughed and sarcastically thanked me and hung up. I will not be giving this location my business solely based on her alone.

I worked with Duron and Michelle in store today. They were very informative and patient. Took the time to go over every possible option and ended up taking the most efficient route even though I was very stubborn at first and not listening so kudos to Verizon for staffing such knowledgeable employees.
I WAS LIED TO AND APPLE INC COMFIRMED THAT THEY HAD LIED TO ME!!I took my phone in and told them I was having battery issues and they said even if I replaced my battery that my iphone still wouldn’t work correctly because the recent software update wasn’t compatible with my iPhone XS. So I left the store and called Apple. Apple said that they were lying about it. They said why would we allow software updates that ruin your phone? And why shouldn’t the XS be able to handle the new update? It’s a newer phone, not something old. They were like now the old iPhones like anything less then a 6, we don’t even allow those phones to update because their software wouldn’t be compatible with the newer updates. The Apple rep told me to go to their authorized dealer, which is BestBuy here in Rockford and have them replace my battery and if that doesn’t fix the issue then Apple said they would repair it. ...I wouldn’t trust what any sales rep has to say if it’s anything regarding a repair, make sure you call Apple first. These salesman are trying to tell you your phone is broke and not to even bother fixing it so they can make a sale. Had I listened to this sales rep, I’d be spending another $1200 on another iPhone instead of $70 for a new battery.
