I came from out of town with a completely broken phone. The gentleman working on a Sunday was absolutely faaaaaabulous!!!!! I had a very unique issue and he made several calls to get my phone fixed. Me and my daughter were able to get back in the highway to get home with a working phone. Thanks so much!!!! You are absolutely amaaaaazing at your job!!!!!!! And the best personality and customer service ever!

The employees knowledge of their phones was a joke ...Went Sunday Feb. 28th 2021 to get new 5g phone an I was sold a 4g phone a Galaxy A 21... and was told its a 5g phone and had to change to new network which is fine.Went home changed all the stuff and looked at the box and it said 4g...uhgWent back Monday March 1 2021 and tried to explain what happened and the employee said that all the phones are 5g and that the phones update would put it to 5g..🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️If that be the case why do you need a new phone...Only 2 phones are supported by 5g told her that and she just shugged it off...Poor knowledge and customer service will not return ever again....

Real bad service the workers were nice and all but weren’t completely honest on what they are selling really bad reception internationally. Your paying the same amount of money for bad service when you can pay the same amount at another phone company for way better service .

I could pay over the phone but I dont. I love to visit with the owner and his wife. Best customer service ever. I love the beautiful orchid too!

Terribly disappointed. Owner of the store told me how great the new Android, which was free, was going to be and how much better odd Id be with my new phone carrier. I was back at the store the next morning because the phone calls are so scratchy. He did some adjusting but nothing has changed. The phone will not pair with my car Bluetooth and Im on my own for that. He texted me, youll figure it out!Some of my texts messages were unreceived, Im dropping calls, I can no longer use 4G in my home. Customer service for corporate Boost is a joke. Customer service on East State Street is a joke. I lost $100 because the franchisee wont honor the seven-day return option nor will he produce a signed contract. There is nothing, I repeat nothing, in the new cell phone box. Im going back to MetroPCS and you should too.
