The one woman (short, long black hair, adorable!) was an absolute God send in helping me find the right shoes. She went above and beyond. Seem to know everything and more about all the shoes there! Very impressed! 🤗😊☺️

Best sneaker store in the mall hands down. Not a wide selection of womens shoes but the mens selection makes up for it, if you can wear their sizes.

Rude employees. Kept getting ignored when they stood around talking to one another. Took my business to Famous Footwear instead.

I brought in some sweatpants to return and didnt have a receipt. I have them emailed to me but I tried everything to find it. The young girl tried to help me find it by giving me suggestions but it just wasnt there. She called what I assume is a manager over because we didnt know what to do at this point. Her response with an attitude was we can give her a store credit. The employee that was helping me had a better attitude then her. The young girl looked through every transaction they had for the dates I have her that I thought I mightve purchased them. She was able to pull it up and credit my card. She was patient and east going. In my opinion she needs to show the other lady how to treat customers. Great job and I appreciate you!

It was a nice store. Pretty clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much to shoes from as far as what we were looking for in girls. But the prices were out of this world. $40-$80 for kids shoes. I was floored. Kids grow out of shoes fast, no sense paying that much

Worst shoe store in the mall have been going there pretty much my whole life getting me and my family shoes. Bought a pair of shoes three days ago try to exchange today they were the display model shoes last pair didnt like them because they were red and black thought they would look better was going to exchange for white ones they werent in stock so Peter the manager wouldnt give me my money back because he said they were scuffed on the bottom. Wouldnt try to discuss any alternative ended up having to order will never go back there again in my life no customer service at all. Should have read the previous review and took caution

Absolutely AWFUL. Went in and ordered two pairs of shoes online which one coat $80 and the other $150. Called 6 business days later after being told it takes 3-5 and was told one pair would arrive tomorrow and the $150 pair was never put in. So I brought my receipt in and asked about it to find out that those shoes NOW are sold out and I cant get them and on top of that there manager wasnt at the store so I had to leave once again and comeback the following day because she couldnt do anything about a refund. Literally terrible experience. Will never go back and I suggest you do the same. The mall location in Rockford is trash as well as the customer service over the phone.
