Dont waste your time. Unbelievably slow. Overpriced. Not a great atmosphere. And the drinks are not good - especially for the price.Visited this location around 3:40 on a Sunday, had one order placed before mine and waited 25 minutes (for an iced cafe latte). Extremely disappointed and will not be going back.

So.... it’s nice to have a place to get bubble tea, boba and some fun desert drinks. This place has a rewards program for regular visitors and the staff is super accommodating. We would’ve liked to try the pandan waffle but they were short on eggs during our visit (no worries tho) ...they took care to make up for it with comping the entire order because of the lacking items. This place also was super cool with us having a toddler dining along and really had a decent product line up. It will be interesting to visit again to try another item. Definitely a cool addition to the drink establishments in the area. Thanks for the tasty treats!!

Cute decor, endless drink options, and the best waffles

Came to get a drink & snack at 7:50 pm on a Wednesday and they’re closed! Both website and front door say they are open till 9pm. With no note giving a reason for early closing. Any place should be reliable on when they open and close or at least have transparency with customers why they close early

Most authentic Vietnamese drink place Ive been to in Illinois. Super nice, friendly staff. I like everything so they gave me recommendations and when they heard that I like Thai tea they gave me half a drink for free.

Im originally from the Chicago suburbs so when this place opened and I could finally get good boba in Rockford I was so excited. Last time I was there the girl working made me my favorite drink (Thai tea hot with tapioca pearls) even though it wasnt on the menu. Love the place and the atmosphere. Sadly being on a college student budget I cant afford it as often as Id like and I wish they were open until 10

This is our new favorite place in town! Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful if you have questions about the drinks. Im so glad we have a place like this in Rockford now so I can satisfy my bubble milk tea obsession.

Not a bad review though a little ticked they havent updated anything about their status, including to Google. The place has been closed down permanently.

15 minutes for a single coffee, nobody else in the store besides me. 2 guys arrive 6 minutes after me and leave with 2 drinks before I get my coffee. How long does it seriously take to make a single coffee? This location has been very slow a few times but this 15 minute incident warranted a review.Ive gotten coffee during rush hour faster at Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks than I have here during their slowest hours with no traffic. The coffee is great but the service is too slow for the expensive prices youd expect better.

Ive been waiting so long for a bubble tea store to open in Rockford, and its finally here!! Really good smoothies, bubble tea, coffee and snacky stuff. Would definitely recommend 👌

Yum! If you know what you want, they can customize. A little bit hard to find - they dont have their big sign up yet on State Street.

The wait for 2 drinks took 10-15 minutes. When they finally arrived, one of the drinks was lukewarm. The other was pretty much $5 milk, barely had any tea flavor, barely any boba. I’ve made better milk tea in 5 minutes at home following Youtube tutorials. Consumerbase consisted of high school kids eyeballing my partner during the wait. Have eaten at numerous other milk tea shops, this has been the worst. Employees were nice but will be seeking business elsewhere.

I only went there because my kids kept saying how good their drinks were and Im glad I did because they were right. I got a smoothy on a flavor that was not on the menu but they made it work and it was very delicious, thats what I call good customer service.

When we moved to the Rockford area I was disappointed that there was nowhere nearby to get boba tea. When I found out they were opening one here, I was over-joyed! This has become my new favorite place and I am never disappointed.

Originally when I heard there was a boba shop opening in rockford I was really excited... It meant I didn’t have to commute more or less than an hour to grab some boba. However, even saving me the time, the boba, at best is subpar. Texture compared to the chicago suburbs shops like coffee haus, is too thick and it isn’t runny/liquidy, compared to regular boba you get everywhere else. The only really good smoothie flavor would be the mango, but that’s about it. The milk tea is fine besides the fact that it has a very bad aftertaste, the first time I had it, it tasted so bitter after every sip, like what kind of tea are you using? These things make me question how they’re make their drinks and why they’re not improving on it. The wait is also too long, like other reviews I had to wait on my drink for like 20 minutes on few occasions, and it was never busy.Finally, the prices are too damn high. The drinks are not THAT good to be placed 5-6$ range. Add a few toppings or jelly and it’s 6-7$. For a drink. That’s decent at best..... Coffee haus which has better quality, sells their boba for 4-5$ However the waffles go crazy.

Great drinks and pandan waffle. I added sweet condensed milk to the waffle, and it was even better. I tried the chai bubble tea (sweet and delicious), if you prefer something caffeinated, but not as strong as coffee and not that sweet, try the matcha bubble tea.

Amazing place! The bubble tea is delicious, and there is a huge variety of other drinks to try, including Durian smoothies(for the brave)! There is also mochi, pandan waffles, and coffee. Very good customer service, good wifi, great spot for working on homework. They also have a cool rewards program!One thing - the shop is not where Maps says it is (in the middle of State street), it is by the Jimmy Johns and Chilis.

Everyone who works here is super down to earth and has no problem explaining anything on the menu.The cold vietnamese coffee with boba will rewrite your DNA its so good.Hands down the best boba anywhere in rockford.
