We have had good luck here, for both arts and crafts supplies, as well as for decor. That said, heres some rules for best results:1. Remember, there is absolutely nothing here that you need. We never fail to find craft supplies or decor that we like, but definitely nothing essential.2. Never ever pay full price. Usually half or more of the store is on sale for 25 to 50% off. If what you are wanting isnt for sale, be patient: it will be very soon.3. Pay attention to details. Theres a lot of scratched and dented items. Especially when youre buying decorations, it takes all the fun out if you get something home before you notice damage.

They usually have a great selection of crafting materials but when we went in this time we couldnt find what we were looking for. I still love the store though.

They haves massive selection of everything you could possible need from arts and crafts to decor. The store is really organized and clean for how big it is. The bathrooms seem a little outdated but overall it’s a very nice store. Definitely head over here if you need anything arts and craft related. They also have big sales all through out the store and staff is also helpful and friendly.

I was gonna buy some items on a table with a sign 50% off so I chose some items and proceeded to check out and most items were ringing up full price I alerted cashier of sale, and she responded only wall ornaments are 50% off, there were also tabletop decorations also on same table (all automotive related) with sign that 50% off Technically thats bait and switch, you shouldnt combine like items on same table with a 50% off sign, granted sign had in very small letters wall decorations only. This seems to common practice place like items on a table and only some are on sale and others are not, hoping customer wont catch on...seems to be just on the other side of deception

I love Hobby Lobby! I ALWAYS find what Im looking for and then I find something I wasnt looking for and I buy that, too. And lets not forget the vintage candy brands! Is it wrong that I want to live in the front entrance area?

** I do like this place but I had to get Spinal fusion surgery on my back in December 2020. There are No electrical chairs, very upset! 2 wheelchairs that you have to role yourself is not happening with back surgery 😢 I lasted 3 minutes and had to leave. What a shame.

I love Hobby Lobby. I just wish half the store wasnt devoted to cheap knock off home decor made in third world countries.

I loved how friendly the staff were and how awesome the merchandise was. I had not been in Hobby Lobby for years, so it was nice to see how it changed. I did have some problems with their signs, as merchandise wasnt marked right. But the manager helped to sort it out. Overall it was an okay experience.

It has saved me a lot of trouble having to find the best equipment to store my large inventory of screws.

There were no employees on the floor to answer questions and when I found an employee to ask a question she turned around as I approached and walked away. Poor customer service.

My painting was framed here. When sale agent showed me one thing, the finished product was totally different. Half the was covered by the frame with ugly presentation. They refused to correct the problem. No refund. No apology. I had to throw the frame away since it ruined my painting.

By gar some of the worst customer service ever. They consistently have lines multiple customers deep and clearly dont care. Sat in line with six people today and a woman looked at us multiple times never calling for help. When Tara finally arrived she was more concerned with recounting her woes with a coworker than helping customers.

Absolutely the best store for holidays Halloween thru Christmas for decorations!

So much to look at and lots of sales through out the store.

This location is great for last minute crafting supplies but I have found similar products online for cheaper. This location is always out of stock of something I need. Especially T-Shirts & Vinyl. I do love the clearance section. They could also have more registers open so they lines would be shorter. Last time I came in the little boy I babysit slipped in a puddle. It looked like it had been there awhile. There was another spill on the other side. Not one wet floor sign or any employee around to clean it up. I had to mention to the cashier because I couldnt find any other employees to let them know. The floors always have boxes in the isle, its hard to get around in my walker or walking down them. Im sorry but this location is always a mess compared to other locations.

Staff is most often friendly and helpful....when the store is staffed. Most often 3 cashiers and nobody else working in the store. To be fair I try and avoid this company because they feel the invisible man they pray to is better than the invisible man you or I may pray to and dont allow their employees proper health insurance.

I went looking 4 a special color of acrylic paint and they had it. I was so glad. Always go there 4 ideas. They have a nice variety of things. Now looking 4 gold roses.

I dont drive so I got a lyft to hobby lobby just me and my baby. I did my shopping spent over 100 dollars of my hard earned money in that store, just to be told that I couldnt simply plug my phone in for a simple five minutes so that I could get me and my baby a ride home. Well whoever was on the radio Im guessing the manager or supervisor, goes to say we are not liable for that like are you kidding me Im a customer I just needed a ride home after I already spent money in your store. So what did I have to do walk with bags and a car seat to the next store in the cold so that I could try to charge my phone to get home . Ill never be coming here again because that was ridiculous and embarrassing.

This place is the best local option for frames and framing. They nearly always have at least 40% off frames. This week its 50%. They also do custom matting, which is why I came in this weekend.
