After spending nearly $500 last year for them to service my John Deere d140 I tried to use it for the first time this year and it wont start. After going through some initial checks I discovered that the fuel filter they replaced as part of the service was put in wrong. Im still trying to get this thing started. Fuel was not flowing. 1 StarUpdated 5/19/2019I eventually got my mower started the following day after I flipped the filter, blew out the lines, changed the fuel pump (that wasnt bad), but the better part of this update, I was contacted by Management to make it right. They picked my mower up and appears re-serviced it (I detected fresh grease on a zerk fitting), sharpened blades and I assume checked everything out. When they delivered it back the other day I told the guy, It looks too clean!. I havent had a chance yet to run it (mow my lawn) due to weather and my busy schedule. Kudos for them reaching out and making it personal. 5 StarSide note: I dont believe the Norm is to have a bad experience from here. I know stuff happens when things are busy and hectic such as it was when I initially had them service my lawn tractor. All new belts, blades, battery, oil change, filter, and regular maintenance

Just called in the other day needing a new connector and starter switch for my little 1983 John Deere tractor, I forget the name of the man I spoke to on the phone all I know is he wears glasses, but he was very customer oriented and good to talk to you on the phone which was nice because I am a nobody to these people. They had the parts I needed in stock And when I got to the parts department to pick up my stuff he had to even printed me out a wiring diagram for my tractor! I will definitely be a returning customer!
