Great customer service! I only needed a small piece of glass and this was at the beginning on the virus problem. She took my order over the phone and told me she would let me know when it was ready to pickup. Since they couldnt have customers enter the building we arranged a time where they left it outside the door for me. Thank you!

Dont buy if you live in a cold climate. Our glass units built by Cardinal have been installed for 4 months. We heard a pop last night. The inside pane of one of the units split right up the middle. The so called customer service person tells me Yeah, that happens in the cold sometimes. Funny thats not in their sales pitch...No assistance whatsoever except for It shouldnt happen again. Ill be looking elsewhere for different manufacturer. My previous windows have been installed for 20 years and not one cracked. Apparently my previous windows werent made by Cardinal.

Tried to get a window glass cut but they couldnt even tell me if it was going to be a week to a month

Thr people were friendly enough, but they cut my glass wrong. 1/2inch too long. They were closed on Saturday so I had to take it to the place I should have gone to in the first place!

Ordered a mirror cut to size, picked up same day!
