I cannot say enough good things about Antonio, Jacob, Iran, and the rest of the Discount Tire crew. Antonio worked with me for weeks trying to find availability on wheels and quickly scheduled when the parts finally arrived. There was a disconnect with my Jeep accepting the new tire sensors, but after a couple of trips they resolved the issue with new sensors, which Iran assisted with. They handled everything in stride, with impeccable customer service.
Had my RS5 serviced here. Fixed my flat in no time. This is a well run shop. Respectful and professional! I recommend coming here.

Usually use Tire Kingdom but got fed up with their inability to schedule, work timely and constant up selling. Pulled in with a leaky front tire. Was meet promptly and courteously. Told it would be done in 45 minutes with no appointment. I was skeptical as they had a full garage. It was done in 30 minutes. And no charge! Just a request to come back when it was time for new tires. No mention of additional services, flushing this out that... Just good old fashioned customer service with a smile. That just earned my business. Thank you to the crew there.
Well run operation with superior experience; Honest, clean, friendly, fast. Visited three other local shops, where Managers were dishonest, annoyingly tried to push highest priced tires, or had limited high prices tire choices stocked. Someone less knowledgeable could easily be taken advantage. Nice job Antonio and team!
James and the team were professional and great group of guys.We replaced the China Bombs that came with our 2021 Coachmen Freedom Express 238BHS. We purchased five Goodyear Endurance tires. They even helped make sure the spare tire was changed out but helped make the removal of the spare more safe.We arrived early and got our well before the allotted time. If you enter this location with an RV turn in front the main building and to the left, the easiest way to back your RV for tire change.Great work and assistance from everyone I came in contact with. My son was interested in working when he is old enough. James gave some insight into the job.Thanks you!!!!

This place is amazing Andy was fast and professional and took my truck right in and fix my flat for free that is your policy but only certain size tires and I had a 3500 Ram so thats pretty large Tire of course I couldnt let that go I gave them a tip for lunch they did not want it to accept I would highly recommend this place to anybody very very very nice people talking from a woman standpointmo
We have used Discount Tires for years. Always happy with their tires and service. Lately though they dont seem to carry the more affordable tires and try to talk you into the more expensive one. This last purchase they added certificates for refund, replacement without asking us. These are a huge rip off and if they looked at the last 15 years of our buying tires from them they would have known we NEVER buy them. This Discount Tire seems to be more interested in money than in customer loyalty. Will find another tire store in the future.

Absolutely top notch. Ive been here five times for various reasons and cannot believe the service I get. These guys are helpful, efficient, courteous and professional. Dont know if its this store or Discount in general but whatever formula the owners use, its definitely a winner. Never an idle hand and every employee is has been great. Thank you for being one of the few places thats a pleasure to visit.
I called the day before to make an appointment. I told them I was on a tight schedule and to get in when I showed up. The service advisor assured me it was no problem. He knew I had a 3/4 ton truck. I show up and they were busy but no one would even make eye contact for 5 minutes. Only when one advisor walked by me he said someone would with me shortly. 10 minutes after my appointment time I was told it would 45 minutes. I guess the rack they use was tied up. I went to get my truck serviced at the Ram dealership and had them do it. I bought my tires at Discount Tire because of the free tire rotations. They aren’t free if it takes over an hour of your time.
Dont use the self check in sat there for 15 min while the office staff con6 to gossip about others other than that tire seem good
I dont see how its possible for this store to have a single negative rating. I came in for a free air check knowing I had a front left tire leak. The attention to detail, information given, and what stood out the most.... the HONESTY. Im not a car guy... honestly wouldnt be hard to upsell me. After fixing the issue I needed fixed they noticed a different tire issue. One that they could have convinced me needed replaced. An employee by the name of Sebastian instantly said I have nothing to worry about. All while feeling pretty lousy from allergies. It may not seem like that big of a deal but that honesty saved me a few hundred bucks. With this pandemic, my wife recently being deployed, and with all the crazy stuff happening, the kindness and honesty shown was a much needed change of pace. I will drive past 10 stores to get to this one. Great job to the management team and not sure how... but your team deserves to have some sort of acknowledgement for their outstanding customer service.
My experience today was absolutely incredible. Everyone was so nice and efficient. Honestly I will try and find out who I can speak to about how wonderful my experience was from every single staff member. I also really appreciate Sebastian asking me ahead of time worst case scenario if I wanted my tire completely replaced if it was not an easy fix. In a time of so much negativity who would have guessed a tire store would be what restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much.
I made an appt didnt wait long but was quoted $74 for tire pressure sensors and wasnt told that was for Each one! Computer was down so I didnt get a full price till it was emailed to me. Called manager and he told me he could get me a $50 gift card to make up for the $200 charge. I was also supposed to get a military discount but didnt see it on receipt. The tires are good but I could have gotten them for the same price elsewhere. Not sure they are Discount!
Best tire shop in Brevard County. The guys here are great. They are always busy but get you in and out quick. I have bought several sets - great for trailer tires as well - parking lot is friendly for RVs and boats.

This store treats you better than family. They had a rim in stock to fix my car. Checked and rotated my tires. Helped me with my ATV tires. In and out was real quick. ALSO. The tire brand they have made especially for them has a budget price and performs gr8. Put a set on the Honda 1 year ago. Corners, braking, and weather, these tires do the job!

Really unprofessional, I had 4 tires put on my SUV. Took an hour and a half to even touch my vehicle, I was told I would be waiting an hour. I’m fine waiting I’m a patient man, there is a certain type of decency to tell me how long I should be waiting. Could have done it at home if I wanted it to take 2 1/2-3hours. As well the fact comes up that they know nothing about balancing tires as my 15in rims came off the machine with 5 weights on two tires, that they chose to put on the front. Rookies, shop ANYWHERE else.

The personnel at this location are always professional, courteous and efficient. I called and spoke to John to price out a set of new tires for my truck two hours before they were due to close. I knew exactly what tire I wanted and while providing the quote he inquired why I chose that tire. He took the time to educate me on the tire I wanted and a comparable tire that performs better in our region. I decided to go with his recommendation as he is very knowledgeable and it is the man’s trade! He was able to get me in and install the tires before they were done for the day. I won’t go anywhere else regarding wheels and tires.I am very pleased with his recommendation!

They only deal in tires and tire-related services, no alignments, no oil changes, no brakes. They specialize in tires and they do a great job at it. I had some issues with TPMS sensors on my 10 year-old truck, they tried everything in their power to get it working correctly, new sensors twice, multiple attempts to relearn the sensors. Unfortunately in the end it didnt quite work out, however no fault of theirs as the problem was not with the sensors, it was a problem with my 10 year-old truck. John (the store manager) and crew run a very professional shop, I was very impressed by the level of customer service and care they have for your vehicle. Very quick service as well! In the end John refunded all of my money and refused any additional money for installing regular valve stems. I will be back for any tire needs in the future. Highly recommended!
Discount Tires was highly recommended by my Nephew, a car Mechanic. I bought 4 tires. The price was right and the service was top notch, from calling to order the desired tires, to front desk and Tanner, the young man that gave me back my keys and answered my questions. In the midst of this Pandemic, it was so very nice to get honest and quick service, a rare thing these days!!!! GOD bless you!
They are very professional and accommodating, and I went for a new set of tires including a same size spare and they call me when its time to rotate, like I said nice people and accommodating. AAA+ in customer service and explaining what actually needs to be done and not something created for them to make money. I left happy and impressed.

This tire shop is amazing!!! Everyone is so nice and pay the extra for road hazard so you can drive without worrying about your tires...I caught a couple screws and was losing air pressure and a valve stem was bad 45 mins later my tires are fixed, Im shown the screws explained the problems and fixed with a smile....ILL NEVER BUY TIRES ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THANKS GUYS 😁
Tire pressure light came on. Discount Tire scan each tire and found one faulty sensor. Made an appointment to have it replaced. After paying for and replacing the One sensor, they explained that they couldnt get the light to extinguish because I had two more bad sensors, with low battery power. I declined to have additional sensors replaced because I felt scammed in the process. This was my first and last experience with Discount Tire.
Fast, Efficient, Fair pricing, Friendly management and staff. All around pleasant experience. Couldn’t ask for anything different. In and out in 20 minutes with some new trailer tires on my boat, didn’t even have to unhitch from the trailer.

These guys are professional and customer centered. I was greeted before walking in the door. A nice gentleman checked my tire (nail repair) and immediately put me in the queue. The place was super busy but you couldnt tell bc there were plenty of reps ready to help. I was out in under 1 hour. They text you when finished. I was informed of what took place with the tire.
