The best description of my experience with them is - Poor! Gary Benson is without a doubt the most unprofessional, indignant, insulting individual I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In my opinion his work is below average and his timeliness is absurd.My estimate was for $2650, the time frame was 4 weeks, and he was only going to do the job his way or I could take my truck somewhere else.His first insult was when I asked whether part of the process was absolutely necessary, to which he responded, are you going to start nickel -and-diming this job now? That is when I should have picked up my keys and driven away.After 3 weeks and not hearing from them and not receiving any picturesthat Benson offered to send, I sent an email inquiring about the progress and requested pictures. What I received was dismal. The work he had completed could have easily been done in one day! (So much for his way)After 5 weeks, which was longer than the estimate, I sent another email asking for a progress report and updated pictures. Thats when the lies started. The truck wasnt even half finished and it was obvious that it had been sitting - not even touched. Their idea was to finish the truck when they thought I was going to be in Florida rather than when they said it was to be done. They then recommended I spend an additional $200 on a conditioner for the fuel tanks, a job that should have taken half a day -it only took them over a week to complete. ( So much for his way )Finally, they set a date for completion, a mere 10 weeks after the start day. When I arrived to pick up the truck, an irritated Benson started in with the insults. I cant wait to get this damn truck out of hereThen he start his diatribe, alluding that he had worked on the truck endlessly the entire time, that I had not offered to pay more money, and that once again I was attempting to nickel-and- dime the project. If I asked a question about the work or pointed out a flaw, he was quick with the sarcasm and insults. Finally, I declared I had heard enough of his unprofessionalism, paid my bill, and drove away.As it turned out, there are several things wrong with the truck. A mere 10 days after painting, bubbles are forming in the area he repaired and there is orange peel in the painted areas. No guarantees - as declared by Benson. The drivers door is damaged, the side window is scratched, the truck bed has paint damage and the tailgate has been dented. All of this will be the customers responsibility, an estimated $2000 to repair. (So much for his way)This guy is contemptible, he will say anything to get your business, do just enough work to render the vehicle unusable, fall ridiculously behind schedule, and then rush to finish the job - which ends up being below average work. (So much for his way) Go elsewhere!!!

They have had my RV for 7 months and it is still not fixed. Ive been paying storage and insurance for all these months on an RV I have not been able to use because they have had it sitting in their lot not doing anything to it. Insurance Co. paid out for damages in the fall of 2017! When we called or emailed to check on it they would never give us an answer, they would just say we will call you back, then never would. My husband has been in Afghanistan and when he returned he went to just go pick it up and forget the repairs- thats when they finally decided after 7 months to start it. Now it has no roof and we cannot pick it up, but my husband goes back to Afghanistan in 3 days, so we did not get to use it at all while he was home and will not be able to for months because he will not return home until fall. I question whether it is even legal to do business this way. Ive never seen anything this unbelievable in auto service my whole life. I feel like theyre holding my RV hostage and still expect us to pay a huge amount to get it back when they finally decide to release it. Meanwhile... weve still had to pay for insurance and to hold our storage spot all these months!

This shop has the best service team I have ever encountered. They take a genuine interest in you and your vehicle and in the two years they have been taking care of my vehicles I have never felt more confident that if I needed to go somewhere, I could just get in my car and go.

After getting different answers on what was wrong with my cars frame they were able to diagnose & fix within a good amount of time not the fastest but worth the wait & money to have it done right the first time. Gary & Mary are a dynamic duo would bring my car here for any & everything.

This place is awful. They do not get anything done in a timely manner. Theyre rude, inconsiderate, and only care about money. They do not care that they have someones car, and that rentals are expensive, as long as they can sit on their ass, and do nothing for the majority of the day, theyre fine. Stay away from this place, it is unprofessional, and overpriced.

I have taken my cars to them for years. They are meticulous, perfectionist and I would take my car to anyone else. Schlinkers in rockledge failed at repairing my car and prestige fixed their mess
