Great, friendly folks who are extraordinarily professional and thorough. They go out of their way to find and properly fix problems. Ours is a high mileage 2002 Volvo C-70 which has given them some challenges, but they never shy away from it.
Very professional, and prices are way better then what you would pay at the dealership. Went in for some work and they found other things that needed to be changed out. Not only did they tell me but they were able to show me as well. Defininaltly will be bringing my car back to have it worked on if its needed
VERY GOOD SERVICE! KNOWS Mers, BMWs VW, Range Rover etc. My 1st visit and I was well satisfied .
Bavarian is the place to go! All my friends are happy after leaving there for there repairs. They fix my infiniti after no one else could. I had a water leak and they got the work done in a timely matter. The service was professional and kept me updated throughout Service.
This is great place to take European cars. Excellent service the prices are reasonable.
They always take such good care of me! They always solve my car problems. Great neighborhood car repair for all makes of cars.
Hello I been knowing the owner since he was on merit island many many years ago. But his working rate is way way too high. Him and his staff is very very nice. Also the parts he order he says he ordered them From mercedes And that I get but I found the part after he put it on my car a lot cheaper the very same part even though it was made by Mercedes Sold through someone else with that said. I am happy With the service that he provided me I would go to him again if I need to but his rate is way way too high and the Parts is way way too expensive so my suggestion if he will accept you bring in a part and he put it on I dont know if he would do that that will really cut down on the cost But over all he does very good work and I am very happy.PS I know a real mechanic or owners dont like putting on 3rd party parts but sometimes you have to sacrifice Depending on the situation.
Bavarian did us right on a head gasket job for a 944 Porsche. I felt the price was fair and the work was done quickly and correctly. At a later time; as I was in a bind, the mechanic lent me a special socket so I could finish a plug/coil change on my wifes BMW. Great folks at Bavarian!!
Excellent technicians that are trained by the manufacturers! Ramon has years upon years of experience and keeps his technicians up to date on any new processes. Tom has been there for years and has done a great job any time Ive needed service on any of my vehicles. For anyone complaining about price of parts, etc, if you find it cheaper elsewhere go ahead, but I trust the guys at Bavarian and theyve always done right by me.
Good people whom you can trust to do good work!
Fair prices, honest, timely service - highly recommended!
I was having terrible problems with my BMW 328 xi. After taking it to Melbourne BMW and them looking for problems that I didn’t bring my car down for and then charging my insurance company for problems that they didn’t fix that were covered under warranty. I brought it up to Bavarian. I explained what was wrong with the car, what I needed to have done and asked them to look for a few other things. They took excellent care of my car and they charged me very fair for all the work I needed done.
I went to Bavarian Auto Center with an issue concerning the seat on my BMW. I was sold a part for my seat and they installed it for free. They then put me in touch with somebody who does interior repair. He did a good job repairing my peeling door handle and charged me a reasonable price. So far the workmanship has been good on the repair. I visited this establishment another time and they tried to sell me on a 50k mile check up on my car. I later found out from the Melbourne BMW dealer that my car didnt require a check up at 50k miles. I asked them on a quote for some body work. I decided against having body work done when I found out that they primarily use Maaco for their bodywork. One thing I appreciated was that the diagnosed my BMW for free when the Melbourne BMW dealer wanted to charge me $137. They also offered to replace a sensor on my car for a couple hundred less than the BMW dealer. All and all I think this place is pretty good value and Ill continue to go here for light maintenance on my vehicle.
Always an excellent service.
Stopped going to them a few years back due to overcharging for everything, compared to other import mechanics. Thought I couldve taken my X5 to Melbourne for same price. Forgot all about this and recently took my car in for a mechanical issue with my window. Asked for an estimate which turned out to be twice as much as another mechanic. If the almost bamoozling wasnt enough they charged me $112 for an estimate!!! Never again will I step foot on their parking lot.
I hope this helps people before they take their vehicle to this place. Due diligence was not done on the 98 323ci. A multipoint inspection was charged, but they missed some very important suspension parts that were in much need of replacement. Said that the car was “road ready” and that it would be fine to drive from Florida to NY. $1700 worth of making the car “road ready” turned into a disaster with my mom and aunt trying to drive 900 plus miles on a road trip.My mom and aunt had to detour to Atlanta GA and drop the car off with me, then had to spend money on a rental vehicle because this car wouldn’t make it to NY, unless you travelled at 60mph or less. Not sure why you would put any person in this vehicle knowing the severity of this issue. Car was seemingly out of control at certain highway speeds. They had to keep the car around 60mph due to bad tie rods and control arm bushings.I know that the tie rods and control arm bushings are bad because I had another mechanic verify the actual problem. I ended up driving the car on the highway to see exactly what they were talking about and it was a very scary experience. It felt like you were going to lose control of the vehicle and it was extremely squirrelly. On the highway, that’s the last thing you want. Then to put people in a vehicle that is scary enough for them to stop a road trip is saying enough.I hope for this businesses sake, they take this review serious and do their due diligence next time on future customers vehicles. I know that I will not return as a customer, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
Good service and quality work! No need to say more!!
I have been doing business with Ramon, the owner, for close to 30 years. For the most part in years past Ramon always struck me as an excellent mechanic and a good friend. In the past few years my experiences with his shop and business practices has dwindled. Seems as though the tail is wagging the dog over there and his experience is not present most of the time as he is not present. On several occasions I had to take my car back as service was not done properly. He was always courteous to me and stood behind his shops work. BUT, there is an inconvenience factor involved. As a friend I still used his services on my Import cars when needed. I have few cars and drive very few miles a year. It just seems as though Ramon is not on top of his business as he once was. the . When I asked him or voiced my concerns over this PRESENT matter of installing trans fluid and filter before a trans repair as I, as well as any novice would, know the fluid and filter would have to be taken back out for the repair. His response was we can reuse the Trans fluid and filter after the repair. This struck me not only as irresponsible but labor conscious as the trans service was not necessary before the repair. PLUS there is a contamination factor to reusing the fluid. When I pointed this out to him he told me that is what I told him to do. Why would I or anyone else ask a mechanic to perform the same task twice??? I was polite in my concerns and he told me TO GET MY CAR OUT OF HIS SHOP AND HE NEVER WANTED TO SEE ME AGAIN Needless to say, Ramon was more than a Mechanic to me I thought of Ramon as my friend. I am deeply hurt by his actions of this morning and found it necessary to vent my concerns for him and his business. I am not a mechanic but I am an enthusiast and take my cars to heart. When issues arise I have a tendency to read all I can in the different Mercedes Forums, not to second guess the work that was to be performed on my car so that I may get more knowledge about my cars as I keep them for many years.. Evidently in sharing what I found in my research and questioning this person he took offense. For that I am sorry. But, no one in business should treat another as I was treated this morning and actually my feelings are hurt. I just did not lose a mechanic today, that I once trusted, I lost a good friend. Would I recommend Bavarain Auto to another? Most likely. BUT, beware to who works on your car .I guess in my case the old saying goes FAMILIARITY BREEDS CONTEMPT . And I now know the way I was treated and the way this shop was working on my auto was wrong. I saw the girl who runs the office looking for a used part on e bay. A part on the Mercedes 722.9 transmission that has a tendency to fail. A used part would have just brought an issue down the road for me. I treat and maintain my cars that when I do sell them I am proud of the way I kept them and feel a sense of responsibility to the next owner that they will enjoy my cars as I have. The last Mercedes I owned for 16 years. The present one I have owned for eight years and plan on keeping it for many years to come. Long story short I found a reputable gentleman/shop that offers a repair/rebuilt service for the part I needed with excellent credentials. The part was 25% 0f the part quoted me from Bavarian and when asked of the origin of the part to be purchased for the repair on my car the owner, Ramon, got very abrasive, as mentioned. I fully understand that it is expensive to maintain a shop and respect the efforts small business owners have to make as I was a small business owner myself for years. I understand people are in business to make money. BUT, what is fair is fair. I sure do miss the days when complete honesty was the only policy and today, especially being on a fixed income, I have to watch the pennies so as they say the dollars will take care of themselvesGOOD LUCK TO BAVARAIN AND HIS STAFF.Kevin Maguire
I stopped by to look at a truck at 511 pm and was told we are on are way and to come back tomorrow. No one even asked for my information or anything. Is this how you run a sales business? I will be going else where to spend my money, with a business that actually cares about a customer.
Avoid this shop. Friendly but disreputable.
Quick reliable service
3rd time bring car bar for front end alignment after I got tires from them, not pleased!
Love them!!!
Very helpful!
