Yup. Its a Publix. Friendly. Helpful. One of the bakery ladies was INCREDIBLY helpful in digging out a sugar free cake from the freezer for me. She never gave up, even after I told her it was fine and Ill look for something else. She kept looking. And found the last one! Incredibly grateful for her making my dads bday just that much more sweet.

This particular Publix is my favorite. The employees are great, the store is always clean and bright and the parking is superior. The store is on the smaller side but easy to navigate and always well stocked. I understand they will be undergoing renovation and I sincerely hope they are able to keep that home town charm that sets this store apart from the rest.

I love my neighborhood Publix. Everything is always so clean and Everyone is always so friendly. They have the best dairy-free cheese aisle anywhere.

I figured she would put something simple together, but what she took ten minutes out of her busy work day to make was nothing short of breathtaking. I managed to find one package of pork cube steaks. No multiple choices. Literally 2 days later when i opened it to cook it. It was spoiled😪

Best fresh produce around an borehead meats for subs

I found the staff to be friendly and were helpful in looking for bottled water. It was the first time in the store. No one likes to wander around a store looking for one product.

This is our favorite Publix because parking is easy and we know where everything is. There is another Publix an equal distance from our house but its a struggle to find parking most of the time at the other one. Weve only ever had one issue at this store - a customer service rep was extremely rude, unfortunately when we had a visitor from out of state and we were telling her how great Publix is. This was about 8 years ago and I dont think shes here anymore. Anyway, this is our favorite Publix and the shopping center also has a McDonalds, KFC/Pizza Hut, Dollar Tree, Badcock furniture, gym, flooring store, Chinese takeout and I think a Firehouse subs, CVS on the corner. Convenient stop if you need to visit Publix and Dollar Tree (I also like this old DT better than the new one).

Clean and easy to navigate. Pay a premium for quality produce and smiling employees willing to help.

Went in the store to pick up a few items for the holiday. The only problem was that the lines were quite long and there were no express lanes open.

Store seems fine but if you want a sub plan on waiting a half an hour because half the Delhi people are hiding out back or walking around doing nothing well 10 people stand in line all Publix basically the same Deli manages do nothing

Honestly, this is probably one of the worst publix around. The deli is ridiculously slow, always pre-order your subs then show up 20 minutes after they say they will be ready, you may not have to wait then. Hot food is always empty too. They are friendly but dam. This publix is also one of the older ones so there is not as much of a selection either.

Older store, and it looks like it. Hard to find things here, doesnt seem as well organized as other Publix stores.

Its one of only 2 Publix stores I will go to. The rest are mainly terrible with staff that are clueless and the International sections being their only redeeming feature.

Most things were easy to find. Not my neighborhood market.

Produce fresh as were the fish and meat. Staff were properly masked, friendly, professional and courteous. Aisles were marked for one direction traffic and 6 foot markings for distancing at registers. As advertised where shopping is a pleasure.

Store looked very old school compared to newer stores design but very nice parking lot and well staffed for a Saturday before a holiday

I experienced a little sadness in some of the stocking the shelve crew but the produce Dept/ meat / bakery were happy campers today made my experience fun today the hole store still is nice Ive been going there for over 20 years I know people have bad days but the manager needs to help them along they have working there for years Ive never known the stocking crew looking ruff in there every day smiling faces

Smaller store easy to get around

First time ordering subs online at this location. Wanted a buffalo chicken tender sub. The best sub there is. Go home to find out there is like no Buffalo sauce on it. My husband even asked for extra and that was a disappointment.

The staff are usually super nice and helpful. I live right by this publix and go all the time. However, the past few times I have came into the store to shop I have had one of the managers named Teri help me with some of my shopping. She was rude every time and not much of a help. This was a multiple time occurrence and I’m disappointed.

Avoid this location. Literally had an employee try to pick a fight with me when I entered the store, then had management defend the inexcusable behavior of the employee. Their deli loses orders. Not the cleanest location.

Publix is a remarkably pleasant place to shop. The stores are always very clean, neat, well organized. I love the BOGO offers. Great deals. Good for saving money. My Publix at Rockledge Crossing is wonderful. They never run you out of the store or seem impatient if you come in close to closing time. Theyre all very patient, helpful and courteous.

I had an excellent worker, named JT, make my sub. He was extremely respectful, happily fulfilled my requests, and did all so in a timely manner. The cashier, Rachel, was also excellent. Great customer service!

I do enjoy this Publix, although it is slightly smaller than the Publix in the Centre at Merritt Island, they still have a great variety of products and if they Dont have an item you are looking for they have always made the extra effort to either order it if possible, or if the item is time sensitive, they did call another Publix, not far away to see if they had it. They went the extra mile for me which just shows how dedicated they are to customer service. This is more rare these days than you would hope! A+ for how they they have treated me!

I shopped in the fresh fruit section, where a young ladies happily helped me find the baby pears in a bag. She was extremely friendly. Then, upon checking out... the cashier help me save more by suggesting another item!! Wow!! I live in Port St John, I will DEFINITELY refer this location to others as well as shop this location!!

What a wonderful experience. It seems smaller than most; however small in size but big in customer service!!! Everyone is helpful, friendly and eager to assist when you cant find something. I live an hour away but when Im in the area, I try to do most of my shopping at this location. I work nearby so it serves me well :)
