Everyone there was very nice and the store is well stocked and clean.I wish all grocery stores would offer a healthy snack for kids.

There are beautiful and welcoming places, but it is the quality of their employees what makes them special. Such is the case of this Publix. Many thanks to Dorttie (she works at the Cafe). She was sweet and helpful. My husband and I were passing by and stopped there for lunch. She was very friendly. 💚🍯

The store carries variety of items especially organic ones. Their staff are nice and professional. The shopping experience is great.

I just have to say I love this publix!! The customer service is the best! Mrs. Dottie T in the Cafe is the sweetest and made me delicious coffee. Kindness goes so far and the Publix offers it around every corner 😊

I love Publix and know I can get everything that Im looking for everythings usually very fresh but their prices have gone up the prices in Viera seem higher than the other Publixs.

They have pretty good Brötchen! And I found Kohlrabi- happy day. Also clean and one of the larger stores.

Love this Publix! I drive past 2 others to get to this one.

Usually my experiences at Publix are very good. Went in today, ordered a ROAST BEEF sub, got home and it was turkey. Not really a fan of turkey, but I ate it anyway as I am on a strict medication schedule and was not going back. The girl in the deli seemed totally out of it and took her forever for 2 subs.

BIG CLEAN & WORKERS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE.

Not understanding why prices keep going up & up, enough is enough! start thinking of your patrons & community. Guess its time to start spending my $ @ Aldis & WM where its much cheaper to shop

Order a sub at 1:40pm for pick-up at 2:10, 30min for a sub. A little crazy but no big deal. Anyways get to the store around 2pm, no sub but again not big deal. Shopped around for 10min. payed and went back to the deli counter. No sub. Waiting there for about 10min. and nothing, the only guy making subs was taking orders so clearly my sub wasnt being done. Having to head to work I left without picking up my order. I called in where a kind lady advised she would transfer me to the deli to cancel the order. After being on hold for 5min. She advised she could not reach anyone and would go over to the department.and let them know I was looking to cancel. As of now I have not seen any reverse in payment on the app not Credit card statement. Deli counter needs to be fixed. There is clearly a procedure issue when it comes to online orders. This is now the second time Ive had an issue with an online order. Will unfortunately not be ordering from them again.

Worst sub ever. And 20 minutes late after I ordered online. Unimpressed.

This Viera store is always Very clean, the staff and Management are more than willing to assist you but their prices keep me away. $100 worth of groceries at Walmart would cost me much, much more for the exact same items at Publix.

Love this store and the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. I have compared prices with the new WD and I see little difference. Although I do feel the quality is a bit better at Publix. If you have the time I guess you could shop at both places and save some serious coin.

This Publix is a “big” one, meaning they have the hot bar, wine bar, and gelato bar! We have had several catering orders in addition to weekly groceries and that have always had what we needed. Their floral defection is always well stocked too!

This store is always clean and every employee that we have encountered in our countless times grocery shopping has always been friendly!

Publix is always a class act, whichever one you shop in - clean, well stocked, friendly and well managed.

This is my 3rd time getting a sub at this Publix that turned out to taste horrible. I am not sure how they trained the staff, but for some reason they toast the sub with all the vegies and mayo on it. In turn the quality is absolutely horrible if you have lettuce and cucumbers on it. I use to like this Publix, but I would now suggest to stay away from doing online orders as this is when it has happened to me. I use to never have any issues, but please stop toasting the sub with the vegies and mayo on it. The customer just ends up with a soggy sub that even a dog would refuse to eat.

This Publix location has to be the best and extremely genuinely helpful. The bakery in particular made me a custom Disney cake that was needed within the hour and had it done in 30 min. Beautiful and appreciative.

Excellent application of the sterling Publix plan. Bright, pleasant, and BUSY. They could use more cashiers, but thats the normal grind in CovidAmerica.

The best Oublix Ive been to. Ive only been in Florida for a month. Publix in general people are friendly and helpful. Here you can get that too but I find it to be bigger and more it has more items. More to offer

Its Publix. Meat Dept help was spot on with getting slider pattied made for us along with great selections of Crab Cakes an d Salmon.

Great place for groceries and the best place to get subs. The fried chicken is also fantastic. I think its better than KFC.Publix is a cross between whole foods and Jewel osco, if you know about those two stores. But the prices I think are better than both.The service and friendly staff are always outstanding.They also have a hot food bar with soups that changes according to the day, that is really good.And again, if you want a great sub sandwich, stop at the Publix deli.

Best supermarket in America, Jerry the store manager and his staff do an excellent job taking care of your needs. Freshest produce and best quality of meats in Brevard County. The deli and bakery tie in to give you a premier shopping experience. Nice high end wines, that are temperature 🌡️ controlled.

This really isnt about me, theres 2 entrance doors, the one to the left by the pharmacy, I see two elderly people walking in, look lost cuz theres no shopping carts, so I stop, get them one, why isnt there carts at both entrances?Also, not about me, thinking theyll want to return the shopping cart, well theres not enough places in the parking lot to return the carts, could you please add a few more!Again, thinking of the elderly!!Thank you!!

Great service just locals are not friendly

The ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever received at any grocery store ever! DO NOT be deceived by the Publix Guarantee. Even 1 star is too much for this place.Jerry has absolutely no care for the satisfaction of the client. Rather, customer service is rude, disrespectful, and accusatory.I will NEVER return to a Publix ever again after this atrocious service.

I live closer to the publix in suntree, but drive a little longer to this location. They have produce there that you cannot find at suntree. Sungold kiwi, petite avocado, dragonfruit! They have a butcher area there, and an excellent wine area and selection. All around better items that you wish suntree had! Employees are very nice, and the store itself has a good flow and space. Very clean. Amazing produce for sure!

Very pretty supermarket in an upscale area, but deli worker was seriously lacking on Sunday, 5/23 in the evening. There was a long and growing line at the counter waiting to order Publix subs and it literally took her 20 minutes just with one order. As the line grew, she seemed to slow down even more. I understand she may have been having her own issues but I can guarrantee you that each of us waiting on line had our own schedule to attend to also. I ended up stepping out of line and getting a pre made sub which, knowing this, I could have had prepared to order somewhere else. If you are unable to perform your job for whatever reason, ask for back up at the very least. Will not be returning to this deli since I rarely have the time to waste.

I really wonder what the point of the large PUBLIX GUARANTEE is. Despite my clear dissatisfaction in their service, the manager and customer service staff did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.They faulted me instead and wasted hours of my time. I cannot express in words what an atrocity this experience was.

Rating is for Pharmacy only. We followed the instructions to sign up for a slot to get a Moderna booster. However, when we arrived at the pharmacy to check in, we were told they used all their vaccines to the walk-ins and had none left for those with appointments. Poor management.

In my opinion this is a larger publix with a butcher and fish prep section. Due to its location is can get pretty busy so after school and after work hours should be avoided. Even with the busier times though the employees are always helpful and courteous. My family loves using the butcher section so even though we live closer to other locations we make the drive out to visit this location

Im currently in line waiting for my havarti to be sliced. Im a local restaurant and its needed for my special. The man slicing, I believe his name shawn, is and has given me nothing but a sarcastic attitude and demeaning tone. Going so far as to suggest I plan on leaving it in an isle rather than purchasing it. Dare I ask what is for??. I expect better from Publix, maybe Im crazy but wow. Nice customer service shawn. Ive never had a problem at this Publix except for one time when the machine for the online orders were down. They had made our sandwiches of course when we had walked in and addressed that we had online orders. No problem, and even three hours later, the manager had called us making sure that we didnt pay twice for our sandwiches because of their mistake. Thanks for looking out for your customers! 💛
