Diana is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Michelle scheduled our installation quickly and followed up to confirm the installation. Roger and Brad installed our new hardwood flooring. They arrived early (which I love). They worked non stop. They pulled our existing carpet and installed the flooring without wasting time. They came the next morning and they finished up in record time. The installation was perfect. Roger and Brad are incredibly organized, meticulous and friendly. I am so happy with my flooring and even happier that I used a local Brevard County company.

I had some water damage to my hardwood floor. I call Classic Wood of Rockledge, fl. Turns out, they did the original install in 2008 and located some of the exact planks in their warehouse. I contracted for them to do the repair. Two gentlemen came at the appointed time and day. In fact, they were a little early. I was so impressed with their knowledge and ability. They worked extremely well as a team, each knowing what the other was doing and anticipating each others needs. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Workmanship exceeded all expectations. The first time I had visited Classic Wood Flooring I was really impressed with the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were not pushy at all, but eager to help us find a perfect replacement for our rug in the living room. That was two years ago and we just decided to re do our master bedroom with the same Luxwood plank floor that we had installed a few years ago. The 2nd time around we pretty much knew what we wanted, but they were very prompt coming out to measure and giving us an estimate. It only took about a week after that for the guys to come and install it. We were impressed with how fast they actually got it done and the guys were super professional and nice. They did a great job and we love our new floor. Makes such a huge difference.We would definitely recommend using this company for any of your flooring needs.

So pleased with our backsplash and feature column install! Diana and Alex are so knowledgeable of product and visual fluidity. We were thrilled they came out to our house. Alex has an artists eye. He provided great insight into the entire projects completion with many helpful ideas and suggestions during measurement. Our tilers were Luis and his team ~ they are quiet and respectful of the homeowner. Immaculately clean, there was not a spec of dust after they left! Our tiler even lined up our feature column tile in a manner that was so easy on the eye the line flows smoothly in a vertical line. As homeowners we didnt notice how perfect the lines were until another sub in our house was admiring the work and pointed it out to us! That speaks volumes about the quality craftsmanship we received. Classic Wood Flooring is a remarkable place. Overall we are pleased with the high quality products and ease of service. Diana is so sweet and truly enjoys her job.. customer satisfaction is her priority. We were in continual contact due to some unforeseen timing on our end. I absolutely LOVE my new floors!!!! Everyone at Classic Wood Flooring were very professional and helpful from start to end. Thanks to Heather for being so nice and just a super person to deal with. We are still rearranging the furniture, but I cant help looking at the floor and smiling at least 50 times a day :) :)

We had wood floors installed on our riverside home and the color was too dark. But the salesperson told us “dark is in.” There is no way to pick flooring with a small sample they give you. In the store the larger sample looked lighter. Needless to say it’s too dark and shows all dust and fuzz and looks dirty all the time. So disappointed!!

I worked with Staci P. to transform a few rooms in my home from carpet to a smooth floor. I needed something quickly to teach my virtual Zumba classes. I was not sure what I wanted at all but she helped me pick an in stock beautiful laminate (which I didnt think I wanted-HA!) and we even added it to my bedroom--which is giving me much better sleep! Now I have the rest of the house to do so she is working with me on samples and options there as well. Thank you Staci for making it easy to make my house look beautiful!

This company was used in the construction of my new home. All I can say is I monitored the building daily and have more than enough pics and videos to back up my story 100%. Why did I do this? To prove that if a corner can be cut, a person can be lied too, and they can get away with thinking I won’t find out? They were wrong. Even after I called the builder and they had me contact classic, it was all down hill in the poorest way of job consistency and knowledge and professionalism I have seen. What it came to the flooring, carpet and transition strips, they failed to fix their own issues. Let’s start with the carpet........... it was never kicked right into place even after they returned to fix it. They pushed the carpet fibers under the transition strip a second time to hide the concrete floor showing through.L, which have come up again. The transition strips were not installed correctly the first time, the rep came by and stayed grabbing them from the center and violently ripping them up showing me not enough nails were used to hold them down, even after I told him “ there was nothing wrong with that transition strip, it was fine” his answer was he didn’t like it. So he fixes it with globs of mastic and sets it down back on the floor. Is this a fix? Wow, never seen that before. And yes, like a previous reviewer said, the master shower tile grout is disappearing showing all the rubber nubs that connect the tile together. When I tell them about this, the rep shows up with a wet dry vac and a pair of vise grips and a make shift metal prong stuck to it. Said he was here to redo the shower. Are you serious? Your just gunna pluck out the ceramic tile nubs and fill it with grout? You call that a job repair? It’s going to continue to happen to the rest of the shower. A guy by the name of Richard was supposed to show up, bring me all new transition strips and he wanted to look at the work. He never showed and the builders warranty guy dropped off the strips for me to install. Bottom line is the rep told me they are on a time crunch to get new construction jobs done fast. Great on a 400k home, where the majority of upgrades I chose was Shaw interlocking floors. I’m not in construction, but I take true pride in my work, and did my own upgrades around here. No one cares, get the job done and move on. They have a time limit on which to get jobs done in new construction. I have gone over this home and have found so many things. I’m not here to review the builder, but they sure need to stay on top of their hired help. Just remember, there are many companies to choose from, if you find a builder, get a list of the contractors they use, and do research on them. I missed doing that. I thought they had that covered already. Guess I was wrong.

Don and his team donated flooring and labor so that our Resource Center at Family Promise of Brevard could serve families experiencing homelessness in a dignified way. His team was exceptional and the job they did is absolutely beautiful

In 2008 we had CWF lay our lovely maple wood floor. It was excellent. We called them the other day to have them do some minor repairs on the floor. We have the wood so there would be only labor costs. They gave us an acceptable estimate and insisted on all the money pay before the work started. We explained that we would pay 1/2 prior to the work started and 1/2 upon completion. They absolutely refused to accept this and insisted through an E-mail contract that is would be all - up front - or they would not do the job. We explained that we have send them several customers through out the years, we are good for the payment. - yada yada yada ... they would not budge - all or they would not take the job! We got another flooring company to do the work. I believe there is new management. BEWARE OF ANY CONTRACTOR WHO WANTS ALL THE MONEY BEFORE THE JOB IS COMPLETED!

The installers did a fantastic job and worked so quickly, yet made no mistakes or anything left undone. Weve used the big box stores for flooring before and I will never do that again. You wont find a better option for wood floors anywhere else.

I would give them nothing if I could. They used the wrong glue on my entire floor and it started to buckle. After several months of living with this because they had to check with the glue company to see what they could do they said they would do nothing. That we had to pay the complete price to do it again. Their paper work said 100% guarantee but when we asked about it they said you didnt read the fine print. This company is 100% rip off!! Now I am without my money or a floor. I would run if I was you.

The quality of the product seems high and the installers were professional, courteous, on-time, and clean. The communication with the sales/scheduling team needs work. While they are attentive at first when working with you to secure the business, once they get their 50% deposit the communication is almost non-existent until the Friday before the scheduled install date. Then its dealing with the installers who were excellent all around.My frustration was with how poorly communication was handled when the job wasnt complete due to two stairs being mismeasured by the salesperson. Nobody contacted me to inform me when they would return to finish the two stairs. When I reached out to ask I was told by the salesperson to call the scheduler to find out. I did and was referred back to my salesman. It was a bit of an organizational mess, but the general manager stepped in and it was smooth going forward. What was disappointing was that nobody advised us on how to care for our new floors. I had to go online to do research on it. For as much as we paid they could have taken the 5 minutes to share best practices for cleaning and products. The craftsmanship and install are superb, but the administrative and customer care process could use some attention.

I wish I could give ZERO stars they are the worst company of all time!The grout is all coming out of my shower floors in my brand new home- and they dont show up the manager Richard has been scheduled several times- I waited hours and NO SHOW!- Then they sent some other guy - he dug rocks out of my grout, and showed me how they grouted the floor and didnt clean it first, then they sent another guy - made a bunch of promises and the day they are scheduled to come do the work, the would be here by 10AM i got a call say they were on there way now its 12:30 and still noone is here _what the heck kind of company is this!!!!! RUN if they are working on your house! Nothing BUT Headcahes

I bought about 35 boxes of krono laminate flooring from classic wood flooring. The packaging all looked good and undamaged when I picked it up from classic wood flooring. I hand loaded it into my truck then hand loaded the flooring into a spare bedroom where it sat out of way for 9 months while a major home addition was underway. When it cane time to install the floors and the boxes were opened 5 boxes had notches in the end ruining all the 6 ft planks in them. Well I didnt have flooring to finish my rooms. I took pictures of damage and send it to krono who they the manufacturer or their distributors damaged the flooring but they dont care they sold me $350 of damaged flooring. The good news is that the owner of classic flooring was very helpful and got me two boxes replacement flooring for free so that had i needed to finish my flooring. Thank you Don. Lesson to be had by all, even if floor packaging looks undamaged, open every box on the ends to inspect for damage. The manufacturers cover the ends with packaging paper print so you cant see it all and trust me the manufacturer wont accept responsibility for the damage they inflict.

These folks are terrific. Went the extra mile to find what I was looking for and I highly recommend them.

I had CWF remove carpet and tile and install ~1000 sq ft of vinyl. Installation took almost a week, as expected. The floors look very nice and I am happy with the product. My concerns are with the details. Where the tile was removed, there were 1/2 to 1 gaps between the door frames and the vinyl floor. I had to renegotiate a price to fix the door frames so they met the floor. Additionally, I had to call the installers back about 6 times over the course of 2 months to fix vinyl planks that were peeling up, install a threshold between two rooms, install shoe molding in areas that were missed (side and behind the refrigerator, inside the linen closet and the entire kitchen). When you walk through the house, the floors look great but when you start looking closely you can find flaws. I do like the floors but had different expectations regarding the details of the end result.

No one knows whats going on at this place... The Company took 5 days to give a simple estimate request, after repeated attempts of calling and emailing and was told we will send it repeatedly and never did, then got the email wrong, twenty excuses how other people in the office cant do other peoples estimates. Bla bla bla, and when I finally got an estimate it was ridiculously overpriced with one lump price and couldnt provide any breakdown which is extremely Shady.. Sad af company, dont waste your time. Get someone else.
