We had our floors done while we away and everything went well and the work is superior. Im in the construction industry and cant find one thing to complain about. The price was very reasonable. We chose to go with the plank vinyl and are very happy.

They even helped us navigate our tough HOA rules that I had no idea about previously, and Zach (the owner) was a life saver during that process. This business was able to send out a worker to perform a job on a room that needed to be remodeled quickly. E.T. (a Hispanic giant who may sideline as a pro-wrestler) showed up on short notice, was very professional, and worked quickly. Great job. Price was fair for the work done.Googles TOS in regard to leaving names for reviews is not clear, so Im avoiding using this employees full name. For that reason, Im only using his initials.

We had an estimate done at the end of October, and their labor prices were about the same as the other two estimates we received.I ended up doing the work myself however, and instead just purchased the hardwood from them.They gave us the best price on flooring, from all of the estimates we received. What really impressed us however, was how knowledgeable they were about their products and how accurate their measurements were because we only had 1 box left over at the end of the job.My wife saw how much work we put into doing our own floors, but we will definitely consider hiring their installers next year when we do the kids rooms.We had a great experience, and will use them again in the future.

Pelican Floors replaced our carpet and tile floors with beautiful wood floors. The owner, Zach, was amazing to work with and did a professional job measuring, assisting with selection, and always answering any question with detailed explanations that was easy to understand and he is so knowledgeable. He was really helpful dealing with HOA details to ensure we were in compliance. Kirsten was extremely helpful and knowledgeable also. Sergio and his entire crew were amazing from day one doing demolition of the tile and carpet and the installation of the wood and it was like watching artists at work. Fabio did an outstanding job with his entire crew also on installation. Both Sergio and Fabio and the tear out crew and supervisor showed pride in their workmanship and we are very pleased with our floors and would recommend this company to anyone. My wife and I were very happy with the flooring work done by Pelican Floors. They have very fair and competitive prices. More impressive to me than the quality of their work though, is how trustworthy they are. They actually talked us OUT of a more expensive material, because they had a product that was a better fit for our application. We even left a key to the house while we went on vacation for a week. We came back and everything was done and put back together. We will definitely use Pelican Floors for any future flooring jobs. I highly recommend!

I hired Pelican Floors to install new hardwood and tile after hurricane Irma put water in my condo. What can I say but that experience was delightful. I love my beautiful new home, and the boys who they sent to install were so nice and did such a wonderful job!Im recommending them to anyone who wants to avoid headaches with this sort of thing. Ive had one too many bad experiences in the past with contractors.They even called me after the project to make sure I was happy. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Ill be calling when I get my tax refund to redo my bathroom, thanks!

There were no noticable seams or issues with the flooring and the materials used were of high quality. Pelican was able to work around her schedule and was very courteous.The prices were competitive with contractors in the area. Definitely recommended.

My husband and I flew in to FL to help out friends who needed to replace their carpet with hard flooring due to the husband getting out of rehab and being wheelchair bound. We got in On a Thursday morning and called a few flooring places. Some never got back to us, but luckily for us we got Zach at Pelican Floors. He explained all the different flooring options for us and what would be best for our situation. We were able to pick an Ecco flooring that he could order that day and he had an installer that could install on Saturday. That was very important as we were leaving Tuesday and the husband was also coming home Tuesday.The installers were on time, very professional and did an awesome job. We had Victor & Jesse. Can’t say enough about these guys. They removed all the carpet and installed all the new hard flooring. They installed trim moulding around the two rooms and even inside the closet. Looks beautiful. Cant believe we were able to accomplish all this is just 3 days. They went above and beyond to accomplish all this in the time frame we needed. Zac, Victor and Jesse, you were an answer to prayer and we can’t thank you enough!
