I ordered a tall hot chocolate with caramel drizzle this morning. What I received was a HALF cup of warm milk. I drove back to ask them to replace my drink, which they kindly did. However, when I got back to my office and opened the lid, I saw a piece of plastic floating around in my drink - how disgusting!! Even though the staff is friendly, the quality control is extremely poor at this Murrell Road location.

Overall it was a great branch. Angel and Hannah were amazing and helpful. However, there was a fly in the glass case with the snacks. Besides that, the java chip frapp and the almond milk latte was pretty tasty. The hot mocha wasnt as good though. The bathrooms were clean and had the essentials.

Not often am I blown away by my customer service experience at a drive through but this time was different. Everyone has bad days but I was truly touched whenever Meaghan at the drive through kindly asked if I was okay. You could tell they meant it and that is something often overlooked in our busy day to day. Everyone says how are you but not often can you tell how genuine someones heart is. This doesn’t have anything to do with the drink I ordered or how quickly I got it I just wanted to share how touched I was by a simple act of kindness that really went a long way.

Made a mobile order, went to go pick it up. Get to the front door and it says cafe closed so we were forced to sit in the drive thru line for literally 25 minutes. Get to the window and they got one of our drinks wrong. Go to a different location if you value your time and want a product that accurately reflects what you ordered.

Well no Starbucks for me today. New to drinking drinks from Starbucks, I was at the Stadium Parkway location a couple weeks ago, went inside and ordered a drink that was absolutely delicious. Decided I finally wanted to get another drink only to drive up and see this location its either drive thru or order online. Sorry Starbucks location but too many drive thrus have screwed up my orders over the course of several years and I dont want to spend all this time registering the app and online and then waiting for a drink. Guess Ill grab a drink at home.Special note: I only remembered my order had white chocolate. I planned on looking at the menu up on the board to help me remember what drink it was.

We ordered two large white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso.One came out omedium and he asked if that was okay instead of a large evem though we already paid for two large.Then the second one that he re made was wrong had no espresso in it whatsoever and was caramel not mocha. Both drinks also were not even close to being filled up. It was level with the cardboard sleeve. Pass on this locationWaste of money and time.

First time at a Starbucks where the person talking the order was the holdup. Both barristers were chatting away waiting for an order to fill. They kept chatting while I waited for my order... when their conversation was over, the barrista started my beverage. Have not had this poor of service at any Starbucks in the past.... I will drive extra mile to not return to this Starbucks.

Everytime I have gone to this Starbucks it has been through the drive through. Everyone there is always so kind, potentially the kindest starbucks employees i’ve ever met. They always ask me about my day and make sure I have everything I need. Their attitudes alone make coming her such a great experience.

I know its a pandemic, but this is the second time Ive tried to go to this Starbucks and its been closed during operating hours. Its 4pm. No sign, no explanation, nothing. Their hours are clearly listed on the door, and theres just nobody there and theyre not open. I recommend finding another Starbucks. Ive never had this happen anywhere else.

Horrible customer service, they don’t answer the phone. I also learned recently from my daughter that the drink she got for me on Mother’s Day had an unfortunate story. My daughter ordered a beverage for me, the employee made an error and the manager made my daughter pay for another drink to have it corrected!!!!! That is almost unbelievable! She is young and didn’t want to make a scene….just horrible!!!

This morning I was running a head of schedule so went through Drive thru ordered my drink and repeated that it has to be decaf. I got my drink it was dripping from the sides ask for a napkin to wipe off the cup Thank God it was a cold drink the lid was not on! It spilled on my pants and on my car. It was a mess. When I took a sip to get rid of some of the liquid, I could tell it was not decaf. So I went home had to change, clean ip my car wasted $4.60 on a drink I could not drink.There is a reason people as for decaf! This is not the first time. Sorry about the soap box but there is labels on the cup for a reason just read. And clean off the cups.

Great shop except for the manager(middle aged blonde woman((resembles a “Karen”)). This Individual seems to have issues with impulse control. From my own experience with this particular lady she proceeded to pop her head out the delivery window while reciting another customers order, crazy me thought she was reciting the order she was actively handing me. She then decided to stop what she was doing and sit everything down and tell me I was wrong and this was my order, at that point I no longer cared and wanted to leave with my order.Store: 11907Reg: 4

This store closes at 9pm (as advertised) but I arrived at 8:30pm on 5/8/21. The staff ignored me and when I finally got the attention of one and they refused to serve me... said “we’re closed”. I mentioned the store is suppose to be open until 9pm and the staff was extremely rude and said they closed early. Closing early wasn’t what bothered me as much as the rudeness of the staff.

All the staff were friendly and surprisingly efficient I got there with 10 cars ahead of me and they got me my 3 coffees in Id say about 15 minutes from when I got there, which was impressive. Logan at the window was an absolute delight and the staff as a whole were awesome about wearing masks and made me feel incredibly safe. I will definitely be returning!

I was extremely excited to work for Starbucks in Rockledge. But after really getting to know the store manager, that all changed. I was met with the worst work environment I have ever been apart of. The employees were amazing, almost everyone was friendly and welcoming and willing to teach their peers. The management was the opposite. The manager would not coach in appropriate ways, almost always embarrassing the employees by being blatantly disrespectful and having an extreme lack of empathy. Employees thought we could find a solution with higher management but were met with retaliation. Instead of solving the obvious issue, corporate management found problems within the employees themselves and let them go days before the holidays. I am extremely disappointed with how the company handled having a manager that not only poorly handles a store as a whole but is also abusive both emotionally and mentally, and is both narcissistic and manipulative to her employees. I will never work for this company again, even though the only core issue was the management. I loved the job, I really did, but like how anyone in an abusive environment would react, I had my breaking point and left what I thought would be a dream place to work.

My mocha frappe was half melted due to the line in drive thru. I will applaud premade drinks actually being available on the time set. When the lobby is open, its a nice place to relax and do some work, theres rarely any noise.

If you decide to come to this Starbucks u NEED to have 30 minutes to spare!! This Starbucks will make you EXTREMELY late to work,school,etc anywhere important you have to be....trust me I have work at 2 one day and I’ll leave my house at 1 get to Starbucks by 1:10 and still be late to work and my work is a WALKING distance not even 5 minutes away No joke and I spent majority of the time at the window just waiting for my drink and I saw it was already made the guy just ignored me!!!!! Some days the get my coffee order perfect some days not at all ..it’s like a 50/50 chance my coffee will be made right and it seems to just depend on who’s working...but I can say usually they are always willing to remake it ..but then again like I can’t even count how many times I’ve had them remake a coffee.

I had the mocha Frappuccino and it was very good. The prices theyre obviously are very expensive but it is well worth the taste for the product that you buy. I rent this is for stars because it is a bit pricey bring the prices down a little bit and you might get a five-star out of me. Otherwise very good job and the staff was very friendly kind and courteous.

This place has its ups and its downs but more times then not they are amazing and friendly. The drive thru does get busy in the mornings so it pays to go early or go inside if its open. Coffee is always consistent and as ordered. Friendly staff.

This Starbucks is the slowest that I’ve ever been to! I never wait as long as I do unless I’m at this one. It’s actually really ridiculous. And most of the time they dont get my drink right at all, and I’ve been getting it for years and it’s simple to make. They need people working there that are a lot faster than the ones they have. Sometimes I wait in line for 20 mins plus!

Staff is awesome. Theyre so sweet. Even if they do mess up they are super quick to fix the issue. The manager that I saw showed exemplary management skills. She did not barade she corrected in a respectful fashion. Everyone there is so sweet. After only 3 visits they remembered my name. Its nice to walk in and have them actually be happy to see me. I love this location.

This Starbucks location has the best customer service experience ever! I went yesterday where I was greeted by Michael. I ask a question regarding there pink drink and not only did he explain how much he enjoyed it he also let me sample some. I was then greeted by Gabriella who had such a good and bubbly spirit to her. If your ever in the Rockledge area and in need of a caffeine fix and a good customer service experience to remember stop at this Starbucks location!

Nice store, if I received my stars/points for my order, when I scanned my gold card, I would give it five stars. The girl who took my order said that I would get the points after scanning my gold card, but they arent there? I could have easily reloaded my card if I needed to, to get the points, guess I know better for next time!!!!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. It is handicap accessible and has a very friendly wait staff. It is a bit small and not right off the highway so seems to be a bit quieter. This would be a five if they recycled which they do not. You are right next to a gas stations and shopping plaza.

This is a good Starbucks with enough staff to handle heavy demand.Located on the corner of Barnes and Murrell, it is convenient for locals as well as not too far from I-95.Inside this store is cozy, dark and fairly quiet. Very comfortable.

Coffee is usually good, and the revamped furniture is a nice change. Main complaint is the amount of time it takes to get a simple latte. The last 3 or 4 visits Ive waited an inordinate amount of time for a simple latte. This visit there were only 2 people working both the drive thru and the counter. I was one of two people waiting on a drink. The guy behind me got his drink right away but I waited 5 minutes for a latte. In the meantime 3 or 4 cars were served at the window.

This Starbucks can never get a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew right. It tastes different than every other Starbucks’ cold brew. It tastes bitter and like they just barely sweetened iced coffee. This has probably happened at least five times in the past few months. One time I went in to get it fixed and they just gave me an extra sweetened drink. From now on, I guess I will have to drive to the one on Wickham if I want a cold brew.

I’m visiting from out of town with my 90 year-old grandfather who happens to love hot chocolate and coffee mixed together. The barista looked at us like we were crazy and said she couldn’t make that. What? Then we ordered the donut that was clearly in their display case, and the employee looked at me and said “I’ve never had anyone order one of those. We don’t sell them.”Everyone was just rude and inconsiderate. Drinks were prepared out of order and when customers asked when their drinks would be ready the employees were nasty.

I drink strictly decaf coffee and I absolutely will not drink Americanas (which taste like watered down coffee) - however, the last couple of pour over decaf I have had, left me shaking and uncomfortable. A wonderful Barista at this Starbucks figures out why - they dont clean the grinder before each grind. So, in my case, when they grind the decaf beans, there is still about a half-scoop of caffeinated coffee grinds that come out with it! Pour over are only 4 scoops total, so that is a fair amount of caffeine that unintentionally ends up in your decaf. Needless to say, this information has greatly improved my decaf experience!! So thank you to the wonderful Barista who took it upon herself to not look at me like I was crazy when I explained my decaf issue to her and actually figure out the cause! She truly embodies the Starbucks commitment to their customers coffee experience.

We ordered 2 large Cambros this past Friday for our wedding. Literally two people got coffee out of this before thinking it was empty because the workers didn’t inform our server (who picked up the coffee) that it needed to be vented from the top and they were placed on a large bar where the top wasn’t visible. The next day before returning them, we opened them and discovered they were full to the brim, $150 worth of coffee- wasted.Okay, I get this kind of thing happens, but we wanted to let the manager know that they should probably inform their customers in this situation of the vent so this doesn’t happen again. The manager could not have cared less. To be clear here, we were not looking for any kind of monetary compensation. Just trying to tell her how disappointing it was and that we would hate for it to happen to other people. She gave us about 20 seconds of her time where she told us how a vent works and asked if we wanted a bag of holiday roast. Zero acknowledgement that this should be something they inform people when picking these up and not even a sincere apology that we wasted $150 on coffee that no one enjoyed.Honestly, we are big time Starbucks drinkers and have always had great experiences (my husband worked for them years ago) but this definitely gave me a bad taste in my mouth for this particular location.

Drinks are made wrong half of the time and certain employees are not that friendly. It took four times to get a white chocolate mocha right today and it still had too much syrup. Started ordering iced green tea lemonade and most of the time those arent right either. Its very frustrating to have to constantly ask for your drink to be remade and then get an attitude in return. I Love the early morning staff however weekend afternoon staff definitely needs better management or training on making drinks and customer service.
