SC Grand Strand, Lowcountry and Central Florida/Space Coast beware. Ordered a Abacco Deep Seat Patio Set and was supposed to be delivered at the latest by mid July. We called our local store 4 times at different intervals for a status. I even reached out to the Orlando manufacturing location and got no response. No updates, no status, no return calls by either. My husband and I finally had to walk into the store to inquire. They had no answer and said even the employees were not getting a response from Orlando manufacturing. We asked to cancel the order and refund our deposit. The store did so. There were at least 3 or 4 other couples in the store for the same reason. I understand there may be delays in this day and time; however, there is no excuse for no response and zero customer service.
I dropped off a chair and ottoman for recovering on 2/15/21. We paid in full and was told it would take 3 weeks to complete.It has now been almost 4 months and we still do not have our furniture. Customer service is non-existent. We call every 2 weeks only to be told they are very busy at the factory.I was very patient for 3 months due Covid, however the company makes no apology for the delay. They repeatedly say it will be ready “next week.”I would not recommend this company due to their lack if follow up or concern for a client that spent thousands of dollars in the past on their patio furniture .

I went in today having a problem with the aluminum chairs that I had bought. These are reclining type chairs that the spring has sprung out on. They were dangerous to sit on as one might fall backward. I spoke with them and they said that they couldnt help me because they dont sell the product, that I can understand. However Arnold the owner of the store helped me immensely telling me step-by-step what to do in order to repair them. They had the parts that I needed very reasonably priced. Arnold told me exactly what to do. I accomplished it in 2 hours and I have chairs now that are safe and in perfect condition. I want to thank Arnold at the Rockledge store for all of his help thank you again I appreciate it.

The people at the Rockledge Palm Casual are wonderful. I had been shopping around in stores, magazines and on line, but knew before I made a final decision I would visit Palm Casual. I had purchased quite a bit from them in the past so I did want to check out their items.I found exactly what I wanted but did not purchase at that time.When I was certain I would purchase again from Palm Casual I went back and met with a different saleslady, who was as nice and warm as the first sales lady. We sat and I started telling her what I wanted. She gave me great ideas that I loved and purchased. There was absolutely no pressure.Now here is the reason I purchased from Palm Casual and will purchase from them again. As we all know. Its nice to have a great sales lady, but does the company stand behind their product, and do they put the customer first? I will tell you...THIS COMPANY DOES. There were a couple of situations. I called...and that the company stood by ME with a reverence that stunned me. I was amazed. I even got a call from them a month later to make sure I was happy.
Very disappointed with the quality of the product. Bought a set 9 months ago had to have a couple of pieces exchange but no other issues. Fast forward and the cushions are beginning to mold. Took a couple of pieces in and was told to wash them in a mixture of bleach and soap. During the sales pitch when buying the furniture nothing was said about the fabric molding, in fact was told that the furniture that was displayed outside was still is great shape after a few years outside. Was given a paper on how to clean the cushions and this paper stated that the fabric doesnt mold but in a case where its very dirty it may. The cushions were not dirty.
We bought a set of outdoor furniture from Palm Casual over a year ago. I didnt like the back cushions as they lack form. I took them in and met with the General Manager, Arnold Mann. His first comment was what can I do to make this better for you. He is very focused on customer service. He replaced the stuffing in the cushions and I am very pleased. He took time to listen and understand the problem but most of all he wanted to do everything he could possibly do to make me satisfied with the product. To be clear, there was nothing wrong with the cushions. I just didnt like the stuffing that was used. Great customer service. Thank you Arnold.
Sales team and owner were relaxed and helpful. No pressure to buy! They spent a lot of time showing us cushion options, taking us back to their warehouse to show us the few options that werent on the sales floor. We wanted to customize our order by using the original seat cushion with a back cushion from a different set. We had absolutely no problems! They even absorbed the delivery cost because we had already paid one when we placed a different order at the New Haven store. The owner even ran out to our car as we were leaving to notify us and refund the amount charged. This is our new home store for beautiful outdoor furniture. Such a great team!
I purchased a very large set of wicker furniture from Palm Casual in Rockledge, Florida. The service was EXCELLENT and the prices were the best in the area! We went to several stores in Melbourne too but they couldnt beat the price and selection! Tom delivered my two dining tables and 10 chairs in just 2 days in time for a family party!! Then he came back within 2 weeks with the sofa, glider love seat, 2 rockers, 2 chaise, a table, and all the cushions!! He brought them all in and set them up on the patio deck! They are so easy to clean and warranty is fantastic!Thanks also to Anita and Vanessa, I highly recommend them!!Family owned business, please check them out!

I ran out of gas and thank God it was in their parking lot. The owners were the sweetest people. They allowed me to sit in the showroom for almost an hour until my roadside assistance showed up. I was offered water and donuts and a comfortable place to sit. I am forever grateful to the team for turning what could have been a miserable event into a pleasant surprise. I can only imagine how their kind spirits show through their work. If you are looking for an honest group of people to furnish your patio, look no further!

I didnt know there were still companies out there like Palm Casual in Rockledge, Florida! Rarely can you find a company who stand behind their product like these folks did for us. We were having some quality issues with the furniture we purchased and the General Manager went above and beyond to take care of us. We will be customers for life. High quality products and a knowledgeable team that stand behind it. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend.

I ordered a 7 piece set, first delivery 4 of the chairs went back for various problems. Second delivery 2 went back. Finally completed order on third delivery. No compensation for time and aggravation. Make sure you inspect finish, stitching and plastic plugs on ends. Seems they have a serious quality problem and dont inspect the furniture before it leaves the factory.
Promise one price on lawn furniture, go to pick it up and price just jumped 10$. state they recover furniture, they do only if you buy it from them, said they couldnt be liable for covering made for chair they didnt sell. Really does this mean they dont trust their own work. we only ask them to make cover not guarantee a chair!!! their loss we didnt buy the chair we were going to that was to go along with covered chair.
