Had to return a lock for a cabin door because even though they warned to measure first, I didn’t ....the return and reordering process was dry simple and easy. Very happy with the correct lock and the customer service. I would highly recommend this company

Unwilling to engage with a cant do attitude. Could possibly be due to my being based in the UK but to not respond to a potential customer is ignorant and unacceptable nonetheless.
