I had such a great moving experience with this company, they were efficient and professional. There were no delays and absolutely zero time wasted with these guys. They were worth every single penny for the quality of work they provided. Id recommend them to anyone moving. Great job guys!

The day of the move, the guys came promptly, equipped with all the right supplies and were courteous and respectful of my stuff. I had a lot of loose items that they helped me package and move. And their estimated time was pretty much spot on. I would use them for my future moves, too!

I would have thought looking at reviews before considering any company would be the right thing to do but i was wrong. The owner offers a certain percentage off of your total if you give a good review. Meaning even if service was bad you would not be able to tell. And aside from this the owner Over charges for basic moving prices and is very suspicious. Told us she wouldnt charge our card for full price because we had cash. But it was company policy to have a credit card, And tried to charge card anyway. And then claimed it was a mistake, but she did my friend who referred me to this company the same exact way! And said it was a mistake. Definitely wont be back. Her movers were very respectful

These movers were awesome! I wish I would have had this same experience with my first movers a few years ago. I will refer this moving company going forward to any and all!

Its unfortunate that it has come to a one star rating. I would have done no stars if I had the opportunity. The movers were careless, and while moving a very expensive desk, dropped and completely destroyed a custom made reception desk, leaving it unserviceable for my office. When claim was made, all they offer was a $50 discount, when my desk is worth $2500.00. They avoid your calls and only refer to their moving contract documents which are of no use. Also, mover injured himself which probably left him with an orbital fracture. They claimed employee was ok, obviously to negate workers compensation claim. I hope this company finds a way to do the right thing for customers as well as employees. Will NOT contract again. Save yourself grief and contract other movers. Sonia

I have moved probably 30 times. Jay and Landon were 2 of the best movers I have had. It was a small but complicated move and they never missed a beat.

I would not recommend this company as a moving service. Reviews for the company are based solely on people making good reviews for money off their total bill. That is no real way of telling whether not the company should be recommended. My expectations of this company werent fullfilled as they shouldve been compared to the other moving companies ive dealt with. Save yourself the disappointment.

No one worked together to prevent scraping the furniture, items broken were put out of sight and discovered after movers departed. This should not be considered a moving company but a hauling service. I have moved more than a dozen times...this was the worst ever. Not recommended.

EDIT: The business responded that they had no record of me and insinuated my boyfriend worked there. Wrong and wrong - how can you not have record of me and confuse me with someones girlfriend? I literally used you guys TWICE this year. Your employee texted me several times asking for side work and didnt take the hint when I didnt respond, but if anything that adds to the concerns I have about your business. I had to block the number :-/ And, yes, MANY THINGS WERE BROKEN!!!! And I had to hire a second moving company to bring up the furniture and boxes that remained because they took so long and had another job to go to. Your first crew: not so bad. Your second crew: I dont believe you when you say you background check.They spent a lot of time playing with my kids toys, then there wasn’t enough time for them to finish the job so I had to pay another company to finish. Also, I specifically said this one pile of boxes was fragile and then he managed to drop three of them. Almost all of my fragile knickknacks were broken in this move. Would never use again or recommend.

Using movers is pricey but worth the money at the end of the day, in my opinion. Moved a one bedroom apartment and a 10×15 storage unit into a home in about 5 hours. Great job.

This was the first time I used a moving company instead of begging family members to help me. I highly recommend using this company. The price was more than reasonable and the process takes all the stress out of moving. Lisa was a breeze to work with for estimates and booking. The 2 gentlemen that came to move all of my belongings were very fast while still being careful. They took great care to make sure nothing got damaged by wrapping and padding furniture and delicate items. Our crew, Ray, PJ, and Dustin were outstanding! They were professional and worked tirelessly to do everything thing they could to get our hot tub moved and in place. Kim in the office was great and was able to send the quote and schedule the move quickly. My only complaint is the job was under resourced and because of that, the actual cost was 56% MORE than quoted -resulting in me paying the 5% credit/debit card fee because I didnt have 56% more cash on hand. Only 3 guys were scheduled and there should have been at least 4 to move something of this size (the dimensions were given at the time I requested the quote) - putting the safety of the crew in jeopardy and leaving my boyfriend and his 80 year-old dad to help move this monster. This move was way more difficult than it should have been -just one more guy would have made it much more manageable AND given me a more reasonable expectation as to the actual cost.

I could not have been more pleased with At Your Service Professional Movers. Your professionalism in all aspects of my move was wonderful. I did not experience the lengthy questionnaire prior to my move as with other companies and the cost of my move was less than I expected. Cole, Marcus, and Charlie were excellent people and hard workers. You might think I was very satisfied with your company, and you are correct.

These people will steal and break your belongings and act clueless to the situation!! Not to mention the employees seemed higher than kites. Lisa is very disrespectful and defensive. There were also weed roaches on her desk and another employee stated “she has her medical card” when I said something about it.... Never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional company. Definitely do not recommend!

They were fast but apparently played soccer with my fridge. Scratches and dents all over and specially in the door handles so impossible to hide. If you hire them pay attention and stop them when needed. I just assumed since they do moving every day then it was safe to let them do their thing. Really regret hiring them.

My Husband and I moved more than half of our belongings ourselves this past Friday, including some pretty heavy large items. We were able to move all our belongings in without any incident to our furniture or the old and new homes. I called and scheduled At your Service for Sunday to finish the second half with a movers assistance. The men were polite but they ended up damaging 2 major pieces of our furniture that were valued over $1000 and damaged walls and the blinds to our brand new house. I am pretty upset. The mover drilled 4 screwholes into the top of our $1500 dining room table making it usable. They offered to reimburse $91 only after we drop the table off an hour away from where we live to see if they can repair the holes, if not then they will just give us $91, which cannot possibly buy a new dining room table.I do not recommend this company. Keep searching, because they are not at your service and not professional.

I have used this company twice for pick up and dropping off furniture. My opinion is the movers weren’t knowledgeable and lack of training how to lift heavy goods without causing damage. My first experience was my glass cabinet kitchen was broken and they couldn’t assembly the top part of my tv unit. Second experince was two days ago. I used them for the same service. They brought my sofa set and torn my tile laminate. They also broke the screw to the sofa leg. I called the company to claim all damage they did. The lady named LISA who she claims is the owner, tried to fix the situation unprofessionally. She said she will send “stuff” from amazon to fix the tile. She said she can’t send her people there to fix because the damage is an easy fix. Beyond that the way she handled things, she told me it was not her guys fault about the sofa leg. She said it was defective of the furniture company. How is this so when the furniture came completely wrapped and the screws were in a plastic bag. The day after, we reached her by phone and message, but we couldn’t because she blocked our number ( she admits it). We decided go to her office and asked her to take responsibility about this, and she showed her trash attitude toward us, the customer. For me, she is alright if everything goes smoothly. In actuality, she is not smart and uneducated manner to handle a problem.What we are going to do is hire an attorney. Under any circumstance DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!!I encourage you to ask in detail about their insurance policy before you hire their movers.

The fact that this place immediately says the customer is wrong and/or has the wrong information says a lot. Yes, i was your customer. Its sad that you dont even know your own customers. The movers made my brand new white Ikea mattress completely filthy with dirt. I called about it, even said i have pictures as proof and never got any return phone call. And no, I am not confused, I used YOUR service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go read BBB review now. They damaged my baby grand piano and damaged my floors because they did not move the upright piano with anything under it. I stopped them from moving it saying you scratched the floors. After the owner was notified she told me they did not move the piano to that location. The owner is beyond unprofessional.
